Decent hotel, sometimes pricey due to time of week but overall maintained well enough.

Great for the price. Very clean and quiet. Will be going back.

The room it self was average. Looked a bit run down. Place though very misleading with price per night and amenities. Even though we were quoted one priceday before we checked it and when we did check it SUMMER rates apparently started that day we arrived? For the price per night definitely needed better rooms that werent so run down. No bugs. Walls super thin. But convient for what we needed it for. Denise from Phx Az.

Racist middle eastern man in the hotel. So I booked online and had the money to pay for it but looked at me and said he could not rent to me because I was Asian. I mean what else could it be. He said no reason but with that being said it's because of the way I look. He swears that hes going to hook up with anyone there and based his judgements on the thought of I dont speak any English and that where going to have a lot of loud asian people in my room which is not even the case. I suggest he takes his towel wrap and shove it up his racist ass.

New tvs dont always wotk because they are recently bought, but can be easliy fixed.

Made a reservation for $98 when I got there to check in I was told it was gonna be $139 per night. He acked like he was doing me a favour. When he seen my daughter (who was only dropping me off) he wanted to charge me for her to stay. After several attempts to assure him that she was not staying he made it sound like she was hooker a prostitute or a drug users. I new it was time to leave his low budget facility. How dare him insalting my family like that. However it was a true blessing that this happen because I found a HOTEL and not a motel pretending to be a hotel. Holliday Inn also honored my Veteran discount.

Chill spot a lil pricey for area. Wifi works. Smoking rooms available and they just installed new windows.

We made our reservations a month ago for a smoking room. Even called day ahead to confirm and all was good… Got her and was told NO SMOKING ROOM AVAILABLE : (ALL GREAR… THEY NADE IT RIGHT.

Where from big bear. Had book a nice room. We had a smoking room. As we arrived. Hotel but us in a no smoking room. Wasn't happy.

Clean room and super cute. They have laundry room for guests and friendly stuff! You can stay there for sure!

Horrible experience! We had a booking for a 86$ room including breakfast. When we arrived, the room was not avalaible and we were forced by the unfriendly host to take a 120$ one or have no room. We couldn't enter our pin number so we had to give it to the host. The "jacuzzi" we were forced to pay for was a complete joke as you can't even turn it on cause it's amazingly noisy. I showed up at breakfast at 10 to hear that it stops at 9 (the host didn't mention it when we checked in). Overall can't be worse because of the booking system and the unfriendly staff. Good point is that it's kinda clean.

This place was way better then I expected it to be. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Only complaint, need more pillows! (I guess I'll bring my own next time).

Had made a reservation on line months ago. Last minute added another night to the front end of our trip which was accommodated without a problem — I was grateful. Finding the location was easy as it sits right off the freeway where everything is under construction. Our check-in was quick & our request for a room on a high…

Went to visit a friend who was staying there and overall its not a bad place. Its fairly clean just a bit outdated when it comes to the furniture.

The person at the office didnt believe that I was staying there by myself and said that no one uses the jacuzzi by themselves and kept insisting that I wasnt alone. Very rude and bad attitudes. If I could rate them lower I would. I do not recommend anyone go here. The website says 60 something dollers a night and they were going to charge me 130$ that is ridiculous.

Not recommended to rent it for a week and is the motel more disgusting than e seen. And just as nasty staff 2. It only good that has is the poor Lady to clean the rooms.

The breakfast is poor and bad, the hotel shouldnt say that has breakfast.

It's cheap rooms are clean and its quiet.

If I could give it less stars I would there its a terrible service I suffered a robbery when I stayed there and the manager instead of helping me she ignored us and when we called the police she just yelled at me and my family. I do not recommend you stay here its horrible also the housekeepers dont stop by the rooms smell like cigarette and the bed clothe and bedspreads smell like feet and are stained.

Its cheap but they tried to charged me 3 times what it was, the person at the desk was rude and screamed.

The customer service this Budget Inn provides is exceptional. Not sure what management the negative reviewers dealt with, but the management I encountered was an Indian family, and they did a great job at customer satisfaction. After a long flight from the East Coast to La Puente, I was greeted cordially by the lady manager who gave me very helpful pointers on where I can get what in the area. We had an enjoyable conversation, On the second day, I checked out and needed a place to store my baggage for a long time. I asked for storage service, and even though they didn't offer it, they allowed me to keep the baggage in their office. I told them I'll keep the baggage till 5pm. At 5pm, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to extend storage to 7pm. I was embarrassed to ask for an extension because they were already doing me a big favor by agreeing to let me use their office as storage space. To my surprise, they granted me the extension. Throughout the course of my interactions with the management, the managers were courtesy, friendly and empathetic. I highly recommend this Budget Inn because there aren't many lodging options out there that can offer equally great prices and customer service.

Very clean liked the room. But the prices change willy nilly. So I dont go much.

Sucks, never coming back, cholos, drugs, familys living permanent, and expensive.

The lady in the front desk in the morning is rude. Very nosey. Trys tp tell u what u can bring into room.

Very nice family owned and operated hotel. I am a frequent corporate customer who check in super fast.
