Rooms were decent. Pool and hot tub too. But they close at 9pm.

Stayed here over the weekend. Easy to book, clean and best of all quiet! The room had coffee and we we were given bottled water from the very nice front office girl! The room was very clean and so was the bathroom and it even had makeup wipes!

Nice place, clean pool, Jacuzzi as well as the workout room. Room was nice. Bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was a good way to start the day.

Beautiful and clean hotel near several medical offices and Glendora Community Hospital. If you need to stay overnight before an early procedure, this hotel is for you. Very nice staff, super clean room with fresh toiletries, and comfortable bed with nice linens. My room also had a desk, desk chair, sofa, and large flatscreen television. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent room thermostat kept the room comfortable. Free parking. I have no hesitation about going back and recommend this hotel to anyone going for medical procedures nearby or just wanting to take a quiet break to enjoy the Los Angeles area.

I travel 100+ nights a year for work, this is a new property. Very quiet contently located property. Breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. I will use this property again in my travels.

I had dinner with a friend in her room. The room and environment has awesome. Staff was very friendly up front, too.

Stay in the rooms on the parking lot side. The view from the back side of the hotel is a falling down auto shop, quite large. Friendly staff, chocolate chip cookies and wine for guests. Good location.

I am writing this review while I am setting in my room, I have been in this hotel since Monday and it is Thursday now, they haven’t changed the sheets not even one time (one sheet has a stain and is still on my bed), they only reorganized the beds, although I requested this before I left to the beach this morning. After we arrived 30 minuets ago I found out that they didn’t leave us any towels, they didn’t clean the bathroom, they didn’t vacuum the room, the didn’t leave us any toilet paper, they didn’t take the trash (my son took it out when we came back) and the only thing that they did was reorganize the beds with the same sheets. Rachel the night front desk girl saw the room and was nice enough to give us some towels and toilet paper. This is my second time to stay at this hotel but would be my last for me, my family and all my friends, worst experience for the money we paid.

Great breakfast. A lot of money spent on the rooms. But dodgy fit and finish, and both check in and out took far longer than they should have.

We had a great breakfast soft beds good towels hot shower they let me keep my truck there it broke down and let me keep it there for a couple of days till I got a tow truck to pick it up I thank everybody at this Best Western for being so understanding … by far the best.

We have been coming here a couple times a year and we love it. Rooms are great and staff is very helpful and they have a pretty good breakfasts.

Worst Best Western Stay Ever… made reservations two months before stay, checking to make sure all would be in order as I am physically disabled. Long story short, the Handicap Room 116 is inaccessible because the bathroom door can only open 45 degrees (because of closet door immediately adjacent/we gave up trying to use the closet as a result) and has to be propped open which means in a wheelchair or with a walker you have to maneuver next to the wall and the end of the door to get to the bathroom. The door will close (if not propped open) but then it will not be possible for me to open to get in. This was the biggest problem, along with the ADA acceptable two grab bars at the toilet… the left/wall and across the back… who can use the back grab bar? I extended my right arm and could not reach the sink counter… I had to be helped by my caregiver each time so as not to fall. Whoever deems ADA acceptable was not disabled in a w/c or with a walker! Many other room glitches but these two were the biggest problems, plus no manager on site or available. I came for a local event and assumed all would go well. It didn't and I would not recommend to others, especially if handicapped. On site staff were helpful, but could not solve the door and grab bar problems.

This is a perfectly adequate, clean, and well maintained hotel. The desk staff were very slow to check us in, and mixed up details with another guest. The room was very dark, with inadequate lighting except in the bathroom. The breakfast bar was ample and well-provisioned, although the food was lukewarm.

I stay here several times a year so I can see my son play football for Azusa Pacific University. The staff is courteous and accommodating and the hotel is very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were very large. Lobby was pretty. However we had dust on our coffee maker in the room and found spiders (one alive) in a towel and one dead. Really hot in room when we checked in at 9 pm during a heat wave when it was still 100 degrees at 9 pm outside. Air was not on at all when we checked. Took all night long to finally get our room to cool off… did not get a good night's sleep. For a prepaid room during a heat advisory you would hope for customer service that would think to cool your room.

The Hotel was very Clean and Beautiful rooms, and Great Breakfast also. It was and awesome stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff is amazing Tina, Grace and Sofia represent excellent customer service here. The location is great lots to see on Route 66. Great breakfast, and the view of the foothills breath taking. Keep up the great service everyone.

Hard bed, small pillows, breakfast service is slower then molasses 25 minutes for them to cook 15 sausage patties, and 30 minutes for eggs.

I had the worst experience ever at this Hotel, we travel and this is the first time they don't rent the room because my little girl I ask the men in front desk if can I paid for an extra bed he said they have beds but the maintenance room was closed. And we been looking for long time for room and they have rooms available I try to explaining we been in the car for hours please he said no… he don't show any compassion at the end my and family end sleeping in the car outside a store…

I had the worse experience I got their at 3am on Thursday nigh I was so tire from the long trip and they ask me how many gest I had previous reservation and they did not ask me how many gest they turn me out they want me to rent another room that was not communicated with the other rooms and they refuse to rent one room with two beds, it was my small children I cannot have them in different room I will never stay with them, they want money plus not friendly they did not care, I had to listen next time to the reviews from other people. They dot disserve not even a star.

Please re-think your stay here, I made the mistake of staying here, when checking in they were not able to use our corp card as it didn't have my name on it, I was able to pay cash, 147.00 or so for the room, wasn't asked about discounts but I did use my Best Western rewards card, plus a 150.00 deposit CASH I left a total of 300.00 cash with the front desk. We checked out or tried to anyway at 3 am and was told we could not get a receipt or the 150.00 back due to them doing a audit of the books, I was very mad that I now have paid 300.00 for a night in a crappie room. I just walked out the clerk seen me upset and did give me the 150.00 back but never got a receipt or my change from the room, Called Best Western Corp. To complain and got no where. I cup up the Rewards card will never stay in a Best Western again.
