We chose this hotel to go and visit the Sequoia No. Breakfast was also included in the price of our room: too bad there are four tables in the breakfast room (with a sign that you can't bring anything to the room). Impossible to have breakfast at the property. Having many rooms, it would be advisable to expand the room used for such service. I can't comment on what you could eat, but it didn't seem much provided the buffet. The cleanliness in the rooms, left something to be desired.

You'll be pleasantly surprised to stay at a seemingly low ended motel, but the only low end thing about this place is the actual prove! This place was top notch in every other way (although the bed could use a bed update). It's convenient off the highway on your way to Sequoias, with a fantastic breakfast only place in the parking lot. The landscape is pretty, there's conveniences nearby, it's quiet, safe-feeling, clean and offers free Wi-Fi.

Well it’s a motel not a Resort but the room we had was very clean, had a coffee maker, Fridge, and quiet. We did receive a call 2 hours after we checked in telling us we had to put a 15 Dollar pet fee due to us having a dog, no big deal. At 0130 our smoke alarm kept going off so it was unplugged. Woke up and enjoyed the small breakfast and met the Manager who refunded our 15 Dollar pet fee for the smoke alarm issue. The Manager knows how to interact with the guests and over all for the price it was a great place to stay at. This is one of the nicer motels if your not wanting to spend a lot for a room.

We stayed here for four nights. Our overall experience is good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is near busy road, so light sleepers may find little discomfort.

Motel room was nice. But the manager is very rude. I have emotional support animals. When I checked in I told them I had 4 ESA dogs and showed them my Dr's note. They allowed me to stay for 4 nights and then they told me I couldn't have all of them in the room. They also said that they could even take our money for a room and then 2 hours later kick us with with no refund. Yes the motel is nice but the staff sucks. I think it also has to do with the fact im white. And they say their pet friendly. Their not even people friendly.

In town for a race at the Thunder Bowl. Hotel was very clean and very nice staff. We will stay again.

Beds were comfortable room clean the Wi-Fi was not compatible for mt devices and there is no channel guide to see what's on tv.

The motel is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. It is as expected of a motel. Only complaints are that if you are downstairs, you can hear footsteps above you. Depending on how much your upstairs neighbor runs around, it can be annoying. They have a swimming pool and a washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking and cable is pretty good.

Clean hotel, large room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
A swimming pool is available (not tested). Free Parking. Breakfast is included but on the other hand not much choice (eg that salty butter no sweet butter).
Despite the road not far, no noise.
Not much in the vicinity but convenient on the road to Sequoia National Park.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice but this place is filthy top to bottom. The entire room smells like feet and I was afraid to step on the carpet. The shower was moldy and I felt filthy after taking a shower in it. At 80.00 a night it's just not worth it.

The toilet flusheded through the fold, had to remove the lid of the barrel and poprovljat the pilaf. The internet is very bad. Breakfast is minimal, toast, waffles, tea.

Typical motel very close to the highway with a large king bedroom. Our room had the bare minimum number of towels, and the bedroom was kind of clean. As usual loud neighbors could be heard. Breakfast served was juice, milk, coffee, two types of cereals, apples, and a toaster was available for industrial waffles, and bread.

Perfect place to crash for the night. Staff were incredibly helpful especially since we went to check in and they had lost power from a car accident down the road. They made sure we had flashlights or candles. Place was safe enough people were sleeping with the door open. Breakfast was decent, typical breakfast for a place like this.

Beds hard and lumpy. The bedding was just a sheet and a coverlet. The bathroom floor had water damage and the wood beneath the linoleum is rotting. Heard very little noise from neighbors. It is right off the 65 which is a nice location. Replace the beds and fix the water damage and you would have a nice place.

It's ok. Bad Wi-Fi signal. Breakfast is spartanic — Bagel, jelly, peanut butter, cereals.

Was very disappointed with this motel. My husband is handicapped and wheelchair bound. They advertised a handicap room which was a big joke. After traveling 6 hours to get there on a Friday, we couldn't stay in the room. This motel would be fine for the average person but terrible for the handicapped.

Great customer service! The staff did everything in their power to please me and several other guests.

We arrive… the front desk was actually very nice. That is the only nice thing I have to say. Our beds in our rooms are dirty, stained, and have cigar burns. The pool must stay open all night, and is right in front of our room. Kids scream all night outside and run around up stairs. People blaze up all day, and the smell of marijuana pours into our room through the ac. People are allowed to drink beer in the pool. The bathroom light sounds like it's about to fall through the roof. The TV signal is awful, Wi-Fi is not working. It could have been our timing, but this was a bad stay. If you're over 6 feet tall good luck trying to take a shower because the shower head will be at your chest.

Surprising quality for Super 8 motel. Enjoyed my stay. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was my unit was far away from the Wi-Fi signal. I couldn't get wireless Internet connection to work consistently. Other than that, everything was good.

We got a good deal and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had good options too.

For some reason the reservatiin we made on expedia was cancelled, they didn't contact us, and we had to sleep in the car. It was a terrible experience, although the receptionist allowed us to use their restroom, and in the morning when one of the room got available we could use their bathroom to shower. We didn't have any problem with the hotel, just with expedia. So for what we could experience of it, it was great.

Very clean and comfortable service is great happy with my stay here.

Average hotel. Felt very old and outdated. Complimentary breakfast is not a hot breakfast (cereal, waffle, fruit, etc) with no eggs or anything.

It has a bed so I got some sleep. They let me smoke and bring my dog to. Pretty decent price to for being out in no man's land too.

Terrible. We turned the air conditioner on and it was extremely loud. There were flies everywhere, at least a dozen in the room plus the air conditioner was still overwhelmingly loud. After two hours we asked for a refund and the manager and owner refused us.

I was there only for one night but everything was perfect and they accept dogs ;) 5 stars, absolutely no problems with online reservation. Then just $10 more for the dog. Nice breakfast as well.

I think it is an insiders' tip when you are planning to go to the Sequoia NP. It is closer to the park than Porterville and cheaper. The price is good for a Super 8, the rooms are clean and with a running aircon you don't hear the noise of the highway. Gas station and various fast food locations are around the corner. Also you get free Wi-Fi and a breakfast, but the selection is very limited and for Europeans I think it is a bit too sweet ;). We used the washing machine and the dryer. They are placed outside and look not very promising, but they both worked. Problem is they have only one each, which is a bit short for such a big place, also only one dryer slows you down since drying takes twice as long as washing. The stuff is helpful, but has not the same charm like you get in a non-chain motel. We would stay here again for another visit of the park. Also the flyers in the motel gave us a good hint for a place on Hwy half the way between L. A. And San Francisco.
