It Is very good but does not grab almost signal have Wi-Fi but it was the signal that day Jajjajajj.

Room with fleas, no coffee in the room, no breakfast, TV has as much as 7 or 9 channels, boring programming. This motel is good only for hook ups and sex affairs.

Microwave. Fridge with freezer. Tv's a little outdated. Smell isn't bad at all but can be a little overwhelming at first. Walls a little thin. No bugs. Quiet. Smoking permitted in the rooms. Gas station near by but everything else in town not within any reasonable walking distance. Pillows ok. And the A. C. Works well enough but the curtain must be tucked into the window to prevent the cool air from being trapped behind the window.

Hard to find entrance. If you miss it you need to make a u turn up a ways. No Wi fi.

Nice and clean. Quiet. Great for the price. Only gave it 4 stars because of the pillows. They were flat. But I wouldn't mind staying another time if needed.

Need better television but pretty much ok.

Rooms aren't too bad. Not any bugs in my room 110 when I stayed here for 4 days & 4 nights. Conveniently located not too far from convenience store and casino. Town isn't too far either.

Nice and quiet. Heating and Ac unit is perfect for room size. Clean room and walls.

This motel is a great place to stay you will not regret your stay here. I normally don't comments on these things but I do this time around because whenever I look for hotels/motels I look at the comments box to see what people are saying about the motel. I have been traveling from state to state every week and I used motels frequently. Their prices is fair, there is no disappointment when you walk in what you in the picture is what you get. It's a quiet environment, you only heard the car driving on the road since it is close to the highway. I am from Florida, if I have to come to California again in this area, of it is stay that way I will use it again and again.

I have lived out of a suitcase for years now and so I appreciate a clean motel. This budget motel offers the cleanest rooms in town. Any town! The entire well lighted property is super clean. The beds are super comfortable and spotless bedding as well. I was pleasantly surprised and glad to leave a review. Great value!

Good place to stay if you want to save your money…! Room really clean and plus The front desk man really nice.! Love it.

The ppl that run the place r great, very friendly but there r sum things I wld like to c changed. Place needs an ice machine or ice on hand for guests. So tired of only having 1 lamp with a bulb! Cld stand to hav a desktop lamp on desk. Fix cracks n gsps in bathroom to stop bugs, I did find a roach. Needs to invest in good solid pillows or a wy to refill the 1s they hav. At check in guests shld b given Wi-Fi passcode. I CLD go on n on but really it is the best value for a clean room n good service. Oh and they cld use a soda & vending machine!

Perfect spot if your on the go, and need to stop and rest. Great hospitality. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Great place simple but great any one passing by lemoore or Hanford this is the spot.

The Wi-Fi was worthless. When it did connect, it was painfully slow. We had reserved a room for 4 people. The room had 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper. It seemed we were a bother for asking for more of either. They also only gave 2 bottles of water. Since you can't drink the water, a 2 queen size room should have at least 4. And the worst part, we went to the beach for the day with our daughter, who is stationed there. When we got back, the ac had been turned off by the maid. After spending the day in the sun, we had been looking forward to a nice cool room. No such luck for us. In heat at, or more than 100, we were very displeased by this.
