Great place, great staff who really goes out of their way to take care of us… plus they have lake access and boat docks!

Large clean rooms, friendly staff, good food nearby. It's an older dated property from a different era, but that didn't detract from my family's satisfaction. At check in, the clerk recommended a larger room for my kids for the same price. We loved being right on the water. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, good beds, nice people, nice location, nice service.

We were on the second floor facing the lake. The mornings were beautiful with the sunrise coming up behind the mountains. We enjoyed our morning view as we drank our coffee. We happened to be in Lake Port to see Family, but it was also during the fires. This hotel was completely booked with volunteer firemen and evacuees who had lost their homes. The staff was amazing handling this unusual situation and even waved the pet fee because so many families had pets. I highly recommend this facility both for accommodations and personal treatment. Thank you.

Clean and in a nice location. Staff is friendly. Has a charcoal grill as well. The washing machines don't work too well tho, I would go to a washing saloon if you plan on washing your clothes.

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Perfect location right on Clear Lake. Our room had a deck with chairs and a charcoal grill. Highly recommended.

Skylark is a beautiful and resort with a quaint small-town feel. The resort's grounds located right on Clear Lake, boast plenty of shoreline and large common areas for volleyball, ping pong or relaxing. My family and I were there for three nights and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean, well kept and the amenities contemporary. If I am ever in the area again, I will be revisiting Skylark.

I Love Skylark What a great place to stay. Our room overlooked the lake and that was great to wake up to. We went fishing right off the dock. Free Wi-Fi and restaurants were in walking distance. I will be back.

Skylark Shores is fantastic! I have never had a bad experience and have been going there for 4 years now. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the grounds are kept up very neatly. If you want a really relaxing stay, this is the place to go. Great fishing, wonderful view, nice pool, picnic benches, barbecues, etc. Just a wonderful place to stay. Last year I was fishing off the dock and hooked a giant bass, and my line got tangled around the dock somehow. The owner himself helped me untangle it in order to get my fish in. Another day, I was out on the lake and my jet boat quit because I carelessly went through some heavy seaweed with it. Once again, the owner arranged for me to be towed ashore, and brought back to the motel. How many places would do that! It's restful, yet exciting. What else can I say. See you next year my friend.

This place is a great location for good family fun. We were there for 3 nights and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are very pleasent and the facilities are in great shape. The landscape is awesome with great views. We will be back here.

The Skylark Shores Resort is a fantastic place to stay whether it’s for only one night or an extended stay. I have traveled throughout the US, Asia and Europe and what impressed me most is the staff. From the time that we checked in until the time we checked out the resort manager, Audrey, did everything she could do to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Ken (sales), Selena (front office) and Diego (maintenance) were also extremely kind and helpful. The owners are very fortunate to have Audrey and the rest of the staff on their team. And, if you’re lucky you will also meet Sassy, the owner’s golden retriever. She’s very well behaved and is as gentle as a teddy bear. The views are magnificent particularly at sunrise or in the early evening when the moon is rising over the lake. The lakeside rooms are clean and spacious and the cabins are cozy and comfortable. The resort grounds are very beautiful, well maintained and perfect for weddings, wine tastings, special events and BBQ’s. The park-like setting has swings, horseshoe pits, a ping pong table, tetherball pole and a full size grass volleyball court. It was absolute paradise for my 9 year old son who spent hours on the docks catching fish and making new friends. My only regret is that I can only give Skylark Shoreline Resort 5 stars instead of 10.

My partner and I stayed in one of the Lakefront rooms, on the second floor, with a spectacular view of the Lake. The sunsets were amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful, our room immaculate, and very quiet. The pool was nice and the people at the resort were friendly. We have stayed here numerous times over the years, and have always had a great experience. If clean rooms with a view are what you are looking for, this is the place for you.
