➜ Filthy hole. Almost 100 dollars paid for a small hilly room. Cockroaches. Adventurous electronics. The only star goes to the employee who was at least anxious.
Not at all impressed. We paid for two queens and ended up with a double plus a twin trundle bed (for the same price). The room was okay… But this place is definitely not worth more than $40 a night, not sure how we got tricked into paying $120… Photos online are completely misleading. Also, this hotel is hard to find because they have no signage mentioning their new name (only their old name "Motel 29 Palms"). This is not an "inn and suites". It's a motel. If you want a nicer motel, go down the street to motel 6. You will probably enjoy your stay more… Also, a bunch of good reviews posted exactly 2 weeks ago (as of writing this) seems a little bit fake. Their original motel profile has awful reviews…

I never leave reviews but this place was so horrible, I feel obligated to so more people don't waste their money. I stayed for a week; would have left the day I got there but couldn't because they charge you for your entire stay when you check in. The room service lady only asked if I wanted my room cleaned, new sheets, new towels, etc. The afternoon before I was checking out. Went to the office to ask for these things prior but they always said they were closed. So I had to buy my own toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, etc. From a nearby store. I was changing the trash bag, that was in my room when I checked in, after it got full and there was a half-eaten sandwich in a ziplock under it in the bottom of the trash can. The carpets turned the soles of my feet black. So much hair under the non-slip mat in the shower. Would give this place 0 stars if possible.
