Edit: These thrives here are still charging my credit card. Do not ever book a room here! ROBBERS, DO NOT STAY HERE! If you do, you better keep a close eye on your credit card. My company is working from out of town, on fire clean up and choose to stay here, do to its location and amenities. For the last three weeks they have double charged our card 3 times! Once, is an accident, second time, shame on us and now they have made a full of us. I received the reimbursement of $1, 055.88 (one over charge) after going back and fourth for over a week. Now lets see if we ever see the next two reimbursements.
A lot of people don't have a few thousand dollars to be messed with like this. An "accident" like this can destroy someone's financials.
To top it off, they keep your card info on file and we also had fraud on the same card for thousands of dollars. Coincidence? I think not.
I'm curious, how many fire victims are staying here and are being defrauded by them.
Do your self a favor and don't bother with this place.

Horrible, dirty hotel. Sheets were dirty and floor was filthy. Was very skeptical leaving the car in the parking lot overnight. People roaming around. Will never stay here again.

The room was nice with the fireplace. The staff was friendly and made sure my needs were met.

I would recommend Jackson casino.

Our room was AWESOME. We totally enjoyed the fire place. Very clean place! now the breakfast on the other hand, not so great. Everything else, from the staff to the front desk were VERY FRIENDLY! definitely coming back.

The room was dirty! the air/heater sounded like and jet taking off Everytime it started up all night long!

As soon as I got here I watched a tweeker steal a truck from the parking lot.
The parking is impossible to acommandment my dually & the rooms are old and less than adequate…
Has coffees packets but no coffee pot.

Sat. Night. Place is booked. Ac doesnt work. Moved to another room. No concierge. No help, according to Best Westerns response to my review they consider sending a pregnant women who was left alone to run the whole hotel acceptable help. Left and went to Holiday Inn instead. Better choice. Use caution.

The room that I was in was nice and updated, the outside seems a little outdated not sure how some of the other rooms are. Not too bad of a breakfast either you get a 15% discount off at Denny's next door to the hotel. Easy to find location on the main strip.

The rooms were no less or more than. You would expect, which isn't bad. There was a television, which I used with my my console so I was delighted. The breakfast which was supposed to end at nine was pleasantly on montenegran time. In other words, I woke up at the time I would normally, and enjoyed a satisfactory breakfast. Furthermore, the do not disturb sign proved to be very effective in deterring housekeeping from entering our room. There was also a pool which we did not use.

A few years back me and my wife stayed for the weekend. On the day we were scheduled to checkout we were at the front desk when I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. My wife decided to go back for it while I stayed behind and waited for her to come back. As she came up to enter the room she noticed the housekeeper was hurrying quickly down the hallway, upon searching the already supposedly clean room she noticed the wallet was not where it should be. So she hurried to locate the runaway housekeeper, she chased her down almost losing her in the process, when she finally caught up to her she asked where the wallet was. She said she didn't speak English and so my wife demanded the wallet be returned. Out of frustration she decided to dig through the soiled linen cart the housekeeper was protecting. Upon searching the cart she located my wallet in the center of the tangled bed spreads where she tried to hide it. There is no excuse for her actions and all she did was put her head down and walk away. For all the trouble that she caused us that day and the complaint to the front desk did nothing to make it right, they just humored us and no action was taken to remedy this situation.

Good quality travel lodging. The rooms were reasonably clean, the staff was helpful and polite and the breakfast was good. We stay at the Amador Inn whenever we are in the area. Tv remote didn’t work, but oh well.

This BW has modern amenities with a very comfortable interior environment! Our King bed was super comfy, all was extremely clean, and the plentiful staff was full of smiles. I think $188 for a room in Jackson is high, yet we were happy to find a room there with everything else being sold out!

Had a nice room. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable but it was just 1 night. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and nice. They even delivered us extra pillows at 10 pm. Will be going back there!

This cute little hotel super easy to find, right off of Highway 88. It was fairly inexpensive. We arrived to late to enjoy the pool. Rooms were nice, beds are pretty comfy, coffee make and a mini fridge included. The free continental breakfast was great, there was also a waffle maker. If you didn't want that for breakfast. Denny's was in the same parking lot. Friendly staff also.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. It is dirty and run down. Room 165. It was missing a chair to sit on. The rear slider door was ridiculously hard to open and close it was useless. Plus there was 1 inch gap when the door was closed. The air/heater was as loud as a jet engine. The hot water is scalding hot. I had a red mark on my foot for three days after my first experience in the shower. The kicker was they turned off the water with out any warning as we were getting ready one morning. Unbelievable. The layout of the furniture was stupid. Half the room was bare but on one side of the bed there was only 10 inches to squeeze between the refrigerator/microwave stand. Really difficult for someone who is handicapped. That’s me. I would give it zero stars if I could.

My stay at this hotel was the most comforting, enjoyable, and even relaxing. The money is worth it to stay at this hotel, and I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. The employees are much kind, caring, and very helpful with every stay. I have never experience any problems at this hotel. I thank each of the employees at this hotel for their warm welcoming at this hotel. See you all soon.

I stay here during my fishing trips. Professional and helpful staff. They always make sure to book my room so that I'm close to my boat. They offer 15% off Denny's. And Best Westerns breakfast is good also.

The carpet was sticky, the “non-smoking” room smelled like smoke. I was there 5 days and they changed the sheets one time and just kept folding up my old towels and putting them back up on the rack. The front desk insured me that I would be able to be reimbursed for my stay since they have worked with my department before but they were very wrong and now I’m out $450. The key card to get into my room worked half the time. There were homeless people loitering in the parking lot every day.

Clean rooms, a little dated, no frills. In the hospitality business sometimes the details are what counts, i. E. One of our keys didn't work properly, the a/c controls were wonky and with most all motels the in-room coffee was horrible. Nevertheless, a clean room for the night.

Rooms were clean and personnel provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was hearty and a good range of options were offered and the attendant was welcoming and circulated often to ask if I would like juice or anything else. Exterior was kept clean. Only recommendation is to secure the exterior doors to the doom hallways with key-entry for additional guest security security.

Pros… Staff was great. Quick check in. Requested room location. Cons… hall doors to the outside are left unlocked and wide open. Major safety concern. Staffs stated those doors don’t lock but didn’t explain why they are propped open. Think they need to make it room key access only. Anyone can walk into the area.

Clean and comfortable. Courteous and friendly staff. Great place to stay on your way to South Lake and areas beyond.

I have trouble at many Best Westerns concerning receiving a late check out. I have health issues and don't appreciate being disturbed unnecessary. The front desk approves a late check out but always fails to inform the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff comes knocking on my room having no idea I have a late check out. Communication is lacking. We had issues of running out of breakfast items. Hope anyone staying here does't have the same issues.

Beds were comfortable. Right off the main road which made it convenient to get to where you need to go. Close to the casinos. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

A comfortable, quiet, affordable place to stay if you are the Jackson area. Not sure where the casino is, but BW Amador Inn is not anywhere near eye nor ear of it, which made me happy. Easy walk to downtown if you want to visit the shops.

The place is near the city and it is easy to find all kind of shops near this hotel. Denny's located in the same compound and has 15% discount for people staying in this hotel. Breakfast is available from 6 am-9 am.

Place is going down hill since its been under new ownership. The quality of the beeakfast gets worse and worse each time I stay there. And there we COCKROACHES in the bathroom area. Typical for the kind of people who now own it. Filthy the staff is great but the owners suck.

If you are interested in wine tasting, the Jackson Best Western is a good value. The property is older so don't expect anything flashy. The people were nice and the breakfast is good.

Quiet, very clean, spacious room. Exterior is kept very clean as well and includes a small pool. Parking lot is just big enough for the guests. Denny's is located in the same parking lot and has a discount for guests staying at this hotel.

A nice, functional hotel with a great location. The room was clean and comfortable but over fragranced with air freshener or carpet freshener! unable to be in the room for the first several hours of our stay.

I received great customer service from the front desk staff both on arrival and departure. Rooms are very nice, beds comfortable. Slept well, will be returning.

Stayed here for 1 night while spending the day gambling very close by. Place was very clean. They accommodated us for early check in. Which was nice. Room was huge with a separate kitchen. Very clean. Food was really good. Very clean eating area. We will be coming back Labor Day weekend.

We had a fine stay here for several nights while we hit the sights up at Sequoia NP. The room was ready, clean and comfy. The place was quiet. The food was tasty. The only thing I would change is that they don't serve the exact same menu each morning. Thanks for a great stay!

During a recent evacuation in the area, my family, with their dogs, cats, bird and rabbit left their home in need of finding a place to evacuate to. Best Western Amador Inn open their doors to my family and their pets. The kindness and love and great care taken to help my family for the day they were evacuated was immensely appreciated. So kind of them to realize how much my family needed a place to stay and allowed their pets. Thank you for taking care of the people and their in your community. You went above and beyond and we are forever grateful!

Clean. Felt safe. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Good for the price. Beds aren't great, but not bad. Denny's next door is super convenient.

Stayed there over night and will for sure stay again! Very comfortable beds, pillows, friendly staff, fun in the pool and close to downtown Jackson and other stores and restaurants! Dennys right next door!

We tried to get an early check in, I called the day before and the day of, instead we had a to wait until AFTER the check in time for our room as it "wasn't ready. " The breakfast was empty every day at all different times. They stated they were "out" of breakfast items. Not even coffee. We had to ask for toilet paper three times. There was another guest that verbally attacked me and would not leash her aggressive dogs. I called the desk, but it didn't fix the issue. The housekeeping didn't even clean the room or change the sheets. Just left towels. The staff was barely friendly. Like friendly enough to take our money but that's all. They did give us a first floor room that I requested so I that was nice. The room was nice. The beds are comfortable and the linen is clean and in good shape. Plenty of pillows. It's been remodeled in the last two years. The decor is plain or non existent. The water pressure was mediocre. We stayed at this hotel about two years ago and it was so much better. We stayed for a month then and did not encounter ANY issues. But this time, for five days, it was less than enjoyable. Especially for the money. We chose this hotel due to previous experience and it was extremely disappointing.

I can't understand the negative reviews! We took a chance and were thrilled. The service was friendly, the rooms were really nice, big and clean. Comfy beds, lots of pillows, great breakfast, soft towels and soft water, great shower head, quiet, the list goes on! Edited to add: breakfast gets put away promptly at 9 so don't be late.

Be careful when making a reservation at this hotel. If you need a specific request, don't bother to put it in writing on your initial reservation request. They don't read it. You must call ahead and make your request, or it won't be honored. Other than that, the people at the reservation desk are sometimes less than friendly, and I entered with a smile and cheerful hello. It would be nice to get that back, but I didn't.

It met our needs. We did not have a lot of choices as the entire area was booked. We have traditionally enjoyed Best Westerns as they fall into our price range as a young family. This facility does need some physical updating and much of the rooms and Facilities smell heavily of smoke. The staff was great and did work with us and we were able to find a room that met our needs and was nice.
