Clean, Quiet and Cozy, very relaxing, we enjoyed our time there.

A Lovely property, lots of space, the room was really nice and comfortable, I really love the fireplace in the room. One of the best spots to stay in Idlewild.

We stayed here Friday night. We had the best time! The staff was very friendly and went out of her way to show us around and let us know about the town. My kids loved adventuring along the creek. The food for the birds and squirrels was awesome. We can’t wait to go back again!

I haven't been there. We were coming to stay in March, but Quiet Creek Inn is no longer our choice. When a Manager is rude to people, and Quiet Creek Inn wants to interpret it as a "misunderstanding" this is my first clue that my money will be better spent elsewhere. Word of mouth from other people's experiences is vitally important.

We stayed here last year and the location was breathtaking! So many tall trees, great facilities and grounds, lovely. The owner Mark made me and my husband feel so very special and we will be back!

We weren't able to stay because there was a death in the family. We called and spoke with the front desk person, she told us it wouldn't be a problem to get our $ back and even gave us the # to booking. Com. When booking. Com called her to confirm, she told them no, they wouldn't give us our $ back. It was literally 5 minutes after we had spoke with her. When we called her back she didn't answer the several calls we made to her. As soon as I called from a different # she answered. When we asked her what the problem was her attitude had changed to a too bad attitude we are gonna charge you and that's it. So she pretty much lied. We even tried to just change the reservation to a different date so we wouldn't be out all our $ and once again she was rude and wouldn't work with us. She's a liar and rude!

Beautiful rooms with fireplace built-in. Outdoor deck looks out onto bubbling Creek. Very peaceful and quiet.

Quiet Creek is the perfect name for this place. Rooms are truly cabins. Not like a hotel, by far. Very romantic place to spend your anniversary.

Quiet Creek Inn was a wonderful stay for me and my family. The rooms were described as "cozy" which sometimes means small, but there was plenty of room in the living room for me, my wife, and our 3 big kids. The kitchenette is exactly that, a little kitchen: 2 burners, ample sink, mini fridge, and microwave. Plates and pans were provided; we even used the tea kettle to make some hot cocoa from packets. The general manager suggested some places to visit and they did NOT disappoint. If you go, make sure you ask what's good to do or eat. Room was very clean, safe for kids (make sure you remind your kids not to touch anything hot), and most importantly fun. TV, fireplace, guest lounge, free Wi-Fi, and peanuts. Peanuts? That's right. They give you a bag of peanuts to sit on your patio and throw out for squirrels. They come right up onto your deck for them! So fun! And about the patio, it's nicely walled up so as to give you a sense of privacy. Very nice touch. We will be returning for sure.

The inn was off the main road and very quiet. The room itself was clean and warm with the fire going. We loved the squirrels that came up to the room's patio in the morning for peanuts. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints and we are definitely coming back.

Quiet, peaceful and perfect in every way. I recommend Quiet Creek Inn for any season. Snow, Spring or a midsummer day would be an enchanting time at Quiet Creek Inn. Comfortable and cozy with plenty of activities to fill up your day. Great for couples, groups or families.

Another review request on Facebook for a vacation I spent with my ex, who happens to be extremely happy with her new boyfriend. Awesome. Well, this place was amazing. Getting the squirrels drunk on whiskey soaked peanuts was fun. Spending time in this beautiful place with such an amazing woman is something I'll never forget. Might even come back some day, if I ever feel like being completely lonely in the middle of nowhere.

We've been coming here now for a few years and absolutely love it. It is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. The property is beautiful and peaceful and perfectly located. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! We'll be back for sure.

We've been coming to the Quiet Creek Inn for years. The new owners — Mark and Nathan — have made so many great improvements. The cabins now have many luxury items, to include the softest sheets ever, great new mattresses, new couches, and lots of high-end touches. They are both so nice and helpful. We spent four nights over the winter holidays and they had fresh-baked cookies for the kids every night (even delivered to the door! ). The cabins are great for families because the kitchenettes are equipped with mini-fridges, hot plates, microwave, toaster and all the plates, pans etc. That you would need to prepare simple meals. The kids spend hours playing at the creek and in the barn. There are bunny rabbits and squirrels everywhere and lots of exploring to do along the creek. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a wholesome family adventure, this is THE PLACE to go in the mountains in Southern California.

THIS IS THE PLACE! If you are looking to find that perfect getaway spot to come to then I would definitely recommended Quiet Creek Inn. My g/f Allison and I met both owners, Marc and Nathan, and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They truly care about creating an experience for their guests. Even BEFORE arriving to the Inn, we called the front desk to ask some questions, and everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly! The Wi-Fi is decent considering you're out in the woods, average signal strength compared to any city hotel stay. Everything was perfect from the comfortable and spacious room, to the super soft sheets etc. This is our new go-to spot in Idyllwild. ^_^.

Quiet Creek Inn is awesome! From the friendly, helpful management to the quaint, cozy cabins, my husband and I couldn't have been happier. We'll definitely be back, likely with our pets. :).

My wife and I stayed here overnight and had a great experience. Not only is the Inn a wonderful place to spend time, but the proprietors recommended the perfect restaurant and a hike that made our short stay in Idyllwild very memorable. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. What a fabulous place! It was quiet, beautiful and peaceful, and they were so nice to our dog too! The staff is wonderful and the area is just beautiful! Terrific place to go to just relax and unwind from the big city.

My husband and I had our first trip to Idyllwild. This was an incredible experience that I'd recommend to anyone who seeks getting away from the city, have some romance, quiet and peace. We stayed at the quiet creek for two amazing nights. The owners were both very gracious, warm and friendly. They gave us tips where to eat, hike etc. The room was very cozy and we loved the birds and squirrels coming to our large balcony and eating the peanuts provided by the hotel. I can honestly say that I will only stay here from now on when visiting Idyllwild. This place feels like home and not just a room! I can't wait to come back again.
