Fancy and nice.

Had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their free breakfast was very good and the room was clean.

Evertthing … comfortable, cute room, had a nice 2 nite stay. Grade A.

Great location, right by the main intersection. Good breakfast. Wifi was good as well. Parking can be challenging specially on weekends. Great staff.

Smallish room. AC was noticeably inadequate during the day. And when it's 100+ that's an issue, especially considering the room isn't that big. But, it turned out to be fine once the sun started going down. As long as it's comfortable when I go to sleep is good enough for me. And the TV was pretty much a low budget PC monitor. Maybe 22" screen? It made me chuckle. Front desk staff was friendly. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Don't think I'd stay again unless necessary.

Good complementary breakfast. Building felt old and there was a smell of cigarettes. I did feel safe however and it was nice being so close to HWY 180.

Serviceable for an early flight. Sorely needs updating. One of the doors to our section didn't have a card reader, so you could only use one door to enter the building. Very dark room, lamps were really not enough. Bed was ok. I'd give the Best Western across the street a shot if I were you.

It said spa tub under amenities. No hot tub. It said flat screen TV and yes they had one, but it's like a 25 inch. The room smelled like someone smoked themself to death in it. There are only about six electrical outlets and none close to the bed for your phone. Housekeeping apparently only comes every other day, but they were very nice and accommodating. Sorry, but I don't think I'll be back any time soon.

Excellent front desk staff! The room decor was “dated”, but nice and clean with fresh linens and a very comfortable room. Breakfast was nice. Pairing was ample and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Thank you!

Solid choice for overnight stay by the airport. Front desk staff were very friendly an helpful. Room was utilitarian but about what you would expect for the price. First floor has windows that open right onto the parking lot, so ladies might now feel safe staying solo. Second floor has no elevator.

This motel is very clean and near the airport. Even better there is a Starbucks across the street. Also a convenience store within 100 yards. The rooms aargere very nice with up to date appliances and furniture. The restrooms are large, big enough for a wheelchair and the shower is semi open for disabled people with a seat built in the shower.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! HORRIBLE! The bathroom shower head was so weak. It was a spiral head shower that was supposedly switchable to different water holes, however it didn’t even worked. My family stayed at this hotel for over 4 nights and booked 2 rooms. We didn’t even get any room cleaning on our second night because the housekeeping came around in the morning when we were still getting ready and only asked us if we need anything. And we said no. They took “no” as in we didn’t want any service including the room cleaning. Totally miscommunicate with us because we assumed it was a casual question. The sink water stopped working at one point with no notice that they’ll cut off the water — same goes with the toliet. Overall, the whole experience was terrible. We came out of town and stayed for 4 nights with expectations that it’ll be a decent hotel. However, it was the worse hotel we ever stayed in. Definitely need to work on upgrading hotel rooms & room service.

It's a good hotel the people are nice, rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable wich is very important, and have Continental breakfast that is also nice.

It's one of my favorite hotels. Continental breakfast, beautiful rooms, easy to sleep in less than 5 minutes beds, I can go on. The service is great here and the staff are.

Had some initial issues with check-in and having my reservation cancelled on me after I called them and explained the situation and they told me they would take care of it and apparently didn't. The room accommodations were okay, the place felt a little dated compared to the other quality inns that I've stayed at in the past. It constantly smelled like marijuana smoke in the halls and around the grounds when it was supposed to be a no smoking inn. Outdoor pool that is not heated so very cold, I ended up telling the kids no (after they fought me a bit). But the breakfast was pretty good. The location next to the airport is convenient. Not bad for budget accommodations I guess, but I've stayed at much better choice hotel chain places in the area.

Stayed last night and had a nice quiet comfortable room. Didn't hear too much noise from the airport. The bed was nice and comfortable. Made a quick stop for breakfast this morning and it was nice and clean. Pool area was also kept clean. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this Quality Inn to be close to Sequoia N. P. Which made it easy to drive to in the morning. The hotel is a little older, but is fairly priced. We had some issues with our room, but management went over and above what was required to accommodate us. Thank you Nor H. And staff for your professional courtesy!

One of the best Choice Hotels in fresno… The staff is amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers… Breakfast is a plus. Pool is always clean…

I stayed for one night while I was stuck in Fresno for a work event. The hotel was nice and clean and the basic breakfast was really good, every time I stay at quality inn affiliated hotel they have good breakfast and solid basic rooms. The price was on point and the people were nice. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow but I cannot complain too much.

The hotel is a little older, but it is very well maintained. The room was really good for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was really good. The only thing is that you have to walk on the outside to get to your rooms and with the cold weather it kind of sucks. But the hotel itself was really good.

Friendly staff, overall pretty clean hotel, and pretty inexpensive. For the price it was a good deal. I only have a few minor critiques. All they had for breakfast was waffles (which I personally don't mind), small TV, and some of the wallpaper in the room was peeling.

Got to check in early which was great with a special needs child. Who was exhausted from traveling. BTW the rooms do NOT look nothing like pics. It's not white bedding. With a runner! It's old. Upon checking in the sink was clogged in our room and had a horrible smell coming from it. Which sucked right when you walk in to your room. Front desk had to fix it. Not maintenence or housekeeping! I Went to put my son down for a nap, pulled the comforter down to find a nice big blood stain on it. That wasn't from us! Then I was told no other rooms were available! Did an egg hunt in the room and my kids found a Raiders flask full of whiskey under the bed. I then went to front desk and was less than nice. I was told there's nothing he can do and will let manager know. He never told anyone. I went the next morning and then complained again. He said he told housekeeping and they will be having a meeting about it at lunch. I was never offered a refund. I never got to talk to a manager. As one wasn't avail the 2 days we were there. The morning front desk are great. Other than that. There's is nothing more I can say. I would choose Best Western across the street. Same distance from airport.

Decent service, though its location (just adjacent to the Piccadilly Inn Airport, which is a distinct hotel) is confusing. It's got the bare basics of a hotel down (clean sheets and towels), but if you're looking for anything beyond that, you should look to somewhere else. Poor lighting in rooms, old CRT televisions, a heater/AC unit that is manually controlled and not tied to a thermostat, as well as a card reader that takes up to 20-30 attempts before it unlocks and lets you into the hallway to get to your room is why I cannot rate this hotel any higher.

My marching band roomed here and the service was great.

I booked this hotel through Priceline Express (in exchange for discount, can't see hotel specifics until you make a reservation). The good: — Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the desk in the morning helped me to print some tickets when the guest computer crashed. — The room seemed quite clean. Furnishings were dated, yes, but for me that's not a problem if things are clean and they work like they should :) — Internet worked. The bad: — Because it's right next to a road and also the airport, you should expect some noise here. And the AC unit is from the 1970s (not even kidding) and has the same volume as a small lawnmower. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. — The room "seemed" clean. While getting onto the floor to pick something up, I glanced under the bed and saw dust bunnies, beer bottle caps, and tissues. Cleaning staff had not cleaned under the beds for some time. Eew. — Breakfast was kind of disappointing. It was all carbs… danishes, bagels, waffle mix, instant oatmeal. Some "fruit" juice and flavored water from a dispenser. Most hotels in this day and age, even the cheaper ones, offer some sort of cheap fruit and/or cheap protein with their breakfasts. Some apples/oranges and some boiled eggs/other cheap protein would have been really nice. People who can't eat bread, you're not going to have any breakfast options. Overall it's a place to sleep. You could do worse. Just know what you're paying for.

Hotel was close to airport and very reasonably priced. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff in the lobby were very nice and made sure we got the taxi to the airport for an early morning flight.

Expected better. Big let down.

We stayed the night, the room was clean and the beds comfortable (we had 2 queen bed)
The breakfast was also satisfactory, bagels, the bread, butter, cream cheese, confirture, rolls to cinnamon, coffee, tea, juices and yoghurts.
It is ultimately all that is asked when you step in a hotel!

Stayed there a week or two ago — after reading reviews and being assured that this was one of the FEW decent places to park a car thanks to their security patrol, I made the mistake of staying there. okay bed, what looked like a distant vomit stain on the wall in the corner where the trashcan was — eh — acceptable I suppose. Bar and resturant were closed when I arrived hungry and in need of a beer. then I wake up and my work truck was broken into, maybe by the damn security guard himself! went in and told the desk, the manager was conveniently in a meeting and would ABSOLUTELY get back to me ASAP within the day. Left my name, number, room number etc and nada. No call, no apology, no video evidence (though I know there was a camera pointed at my truck) that I desperately needed to back up my insurance claim to my company for the stolen tools. I will never stay here, or anywhere in fresno again. you have been warned. if you're the manager reading this, I'm still waiting on that phone call. You have my name.

Checked in Feb 1 at 2:40 had to wait 20 minutes for front desk person to even acknowledge we were there because they were on the phone. Sat 2 Feb my wife had to take a cold shower due to no hot water Had to complain two different times to get any action to fix the hot water! Lack of customer service.

Very surprised at favourable reviews. Place is rundown, over priced, poor service. Been there myself once. More when friends have stayed. Find elsewhere.

I was surprised at the low cost for the high quality hotel. Fridge microwave TV etc. Safe as well. Need card to even get in the building. No sense of danger here. Just good security. Cheap gas down the block about a mile. Right out the driveway one mile down to Arco. Cheapest in town. All food varieties along the way. Stay here. You won't regret it.
