Morning and afternoon noon staff very friendly. Evening staff not so much. Had dried blood on my pillow (not from me, from people before me) brought it to the evening staffs attention, not an apology, not fazed. Lamp shades in room had dirt and mold on them. Pool was always full of bugs that my husband would use their tools to clean it before I would go in.

I know it's in a more expensive area, but I have stayed in far better places at lower prices than this. It's actually a motel rather than hotel. Kinda like an upscale motel 6. Room I was in was small and dated and had a very inconvenient layout. I had a group rate that was $120.00 with actual rates at $180.00 and up (I had no control over where I stayed). Won't be staying here anymore anytime soon. Just because it's within driving distance, and I mean kinda close to, some theme parks doesn't automatically make it worth more.

We booked this hotel to visit Disney. The price was great. Nothing fancy but, the hotel was confortable and clean. The staff is really nice, especially the breakfast service ladies. You should give it a try if you are looking for something cheaper and still 10 min from Disney. This is a great choice.

Clean and neat. No alarm clock in the room and the phone didn't work for a wake up call. Good breakfast selections, eggs, etc.

Clean but there is some industrial noise nearby that's not loud but when the traffic dies down you may or may not notice if you strain. Good breakfast. Whole scrambled egg patties, sausage patties, make your own waffle and a beef, red and green peppers, and potato dish I've never seen before at any quality inn hotel breakfast. Haven't had the coffee yet but it seems at least dark enough from what I saw of others. East access to and from 57.

This hotel is very nice. The room was clean and large. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was decent if not great. The only real downside that I noticed is it's a little out of the way and there aren't a lot of food choices bear at hand. Still I would recommend this location for staying in and around Disneyland.

Reasonable price. Service was prompt and polite. The location was fairly quiet. I did find a few tiny ants in the bathroom, though.

Very nice and clean room, great breakfast, guest laundry has a good working washer and dryer. I experience a very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommended.

Very chill hotel. The staff is friendly and will check you in quickly, breakfast is pretty basic but it works for me to grab some eggs and bagels before heading to work. The fitness room is small but has an elliptical, some weights and a treadmill. The rooms are clean and quiet. I've stayed here a couple times now and it's a nice relaxing place to stay during business trips.

It was a pretty decent hotel for staying over night. It's an older building so the rooms are older but it looked like they were refurbishing them as things broke or were brought to their attention. They have a good breakfast in the morning. And over all it was a decent hotel. Not what I'm use to but still decent.

This place stands firm behind their policy that if a paying customer of their establishment is allowed to be subjected to the unwarranted whims of the police while walking from your room to the vending machines by yourself and being illegally searched and harassed then bringing a drug sniffing dog to go free in your car (which was bought 24 hours prior) and leave black pants prints and every inch of all white leather seats front and back, then bring a female cop to basically malest the female. They continually ask for the room number I'm staying in. Finally they leave without an apology. In the morning I go to the front office to make a complaint and see what their management would do to stand up for their customers. They told me straight laced that the cops can harass their customers and they don't get involved. It was quiet there and no cops were called to a disturbance or any other reason to be in their property accept to harass people staying there minding their own business. It's the most embarrassed and disrespected I've ever been in my entire 36 years of life. I wish karma to fall over your establishment like a black fog.

Nice hotel for the price. I stay here 20 times a year and it's perfect for a bed and shower. Breakfast is simple premade food, pastries yogurt breads bagels fresh waffles and fruit. Drinks. Go somewhere else if you want a real breakfast. Great staff.

Very happy with the rooms and service. Rooms were very clean and the bed was soft and comfy. Property looks very well kept also.

I'll start with the positive points, because there weren't many of them. The hotel is located in a decent area and the rooms were clean. The price was also very affordable (and it included breakfast), but now I think I know why. The bed was too firm and the pillows (even though they looked fluffy) were absolutely flat. I'm a single pillow person and I was forced to use two. It was not comfortable at all. In the morning we asked for a late check-out (noon), but at 10:30 AM they started power-washing the windows, catwalks, etc. I went to get something from my car and there was a sheet of water pouring down between their front door and the useless awning that covers the walkway. There's probably more that I'm forgetting, but that's exactly what I want to do now — forget we ever stayed there.

It is a good hotel to just relax if you spend all day in the parks or strolling around los Angeles. They are very clean rooms, good beds, bath, servibar, iron, air conditioned, pool and even the breakfast is very basic it helps a lot for not going out with an empty stomach and don't waste time in having breakfast, and arrive early to the parks.

This is our go-to hotel for Disneyland. Free parking, free breakfast, clean rooms, and alway had friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and now don’t even look at others. It’s right off the freeway but easy to get to with surface streets as well, near a gas station, fast food, and a Denny’s. We love it.

This hotel was great. It was really clean and comfortable. We were there only to sleep after a wedding but we got a good nights rest.

Pretty much lived here for a year and they have the best rooms and also delicious breakfast. And fresh mad cookies all day.

Good stay strategic location for Disneyland and certain commercial locations. Use Uber or Lift to move.

Location is in an industrial park. Comfortable, but worn hotel. Refrigerators and microwaves in every room. On the night I was here there was a party vibe prevalent but it did not impact the stay. Decent water pressure in the shower. Would stay again.

Unfortunate experience with the front desk when inquiring about rooms during the Canyon Fire. Very unhelpful and could not be bothered to help people who had to evacuate. Wouldn’t even recommend other places nearby.

Room was awesome for the price. Staff attitude could be adjusted. The guy that was checking me in kept making it a big deal that I booked through a third party. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of different healthy options. What wasnt healthy was the guy behind the counters attitude though.

I dig it. This is the second time my kid and I have stayed here while we visited California to go to Disneyland, California Adventure, and the beach. My kid and I really like the daily morning continental breakfast that comes with your stay. It's in a safe area, it's clean, and it's a good price.

The room was small but clean. This helped the AC a bit. I picked the wrong time of year to visit Southern California. It was over 100 every day so the rooms were typically hot when I checked in. I left before the breakfast was set up so I can't comment on that but the front desk staff was very friendly. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

The location was well within reach of all the area entertainment but also very secluded so going back and resting was never a problem. Cleaning room and cozy location. Will stay here again.

The location is convenient, but also out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Its absolutely quiet and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The rates are reasonable and are definitely a bargain.

Checked in late one night after drinking in the area. Clean, comfortable, and safe feeling. The top floor requires a room key to access the hotel rooms, which was nice.

I stay here regularly and am always greeted by a polite attentive staff member and taken care of promptly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and we'll appointed. It's quiet and safe with plenty of parking. There could be more food options close-by, but the main drag isn't too far away if you are driving. It's clear that the hotel staff try hard to make each stay pleasant and relaxing for their guests.

We stay here a couple of times a year, mainly because it's walking distance from our favorite brewery (The Bruery). It's not super-luxurious, but it's clean and relatively quiet. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful; at our request they gave us a 1st floor room so we could move some boxes inside overnight.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and pleased as always! The staff is very kind and helpful, ESPECIALLY the house keepers. The modern rooms are very clean as well as the restroom, and air conditioning works amazing! The rooms have a wonderful clean smell. Every time I left the hotel to go somewhere; new sheets would be on the bed, the room would be picked up. The house keepers stopped by each day to make sure everything was cleaned and to ensure we had towels, cleansers, and the room was up to par. Breakfast was also very good! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very friendly staff, tucked away from main roads. Rooms have outdoor access. Stayed in a clean King size room. Very quiet. Breakfast was offered and there was more than enough options. Only complaint is fitness room variety.

Very lackluster. We booked through Hotwire and were put in to a single king room, but that wouldn't work with myself, my wife and two kids. They wanted $20 to upgrade to two queens, but would do two doubles at no cost after some back and forth. The desk staff were friendly, but the rooms and other guests were shady. We'll never go back, that's for sure.

Dingy room with a peculiar and unpleasant smell. Front panel of the air conditioning unit was hanging loose. We just wanted a place to crash after visiting the Bruery (which was fantastic) — this hotel was adequate for that purpose I guess?

Our first room had a broken air conditioner. After being moved, we found that the iron in our second room didn't work either. We asked for a replacement from the front desk and, while this one at least warmed up, it spilled water all over our clothes! Small room, terrible fitness room, decent breakfast.

Room has been recently renovated. It was clean. The breakfast had some good options. Not a 5-star place by any means, but definitely a great value for the price.

Staying in the back half a the hotel really close the the gym and pool. Really good place except for when the shower didn't work they replaced it of course and it's as good as new.

Rooms were basic but clean, breakfast had a good selection of food. Location was what we were looking for.

The hotel was just 5 miles from Disneyland and was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The employees were very helpful and even let us check in early and check out late. I definitely would stay here again.

We chose the hotel because it was near The Bruery. Everything was clean and quiet and breakfast was good. It was so close to the The Bruery that there was even a secret entrance!

Stayed here with my wife. Room was clean, building is older but it has been updated. Bed was very comfy. A. C. Worked great. They also have a pretty decent breakfast. I've been to the BEST WESTERN down the street from here this place is just as good. Staff was decent. Price is also very economical a little cheaper than others.

A little high priced, but very clean rooms and in a ok location.

Horrible experience here. My brother was stuck in the bathroom because of a faulty door handle for about an hour the day we had our flight home. The breakfast was mediocre and the staff didn't seem to know to refill anything — they had to be told. Sometimes we had to wait as long as ten minutes at the front desk for an employee to emerge. And on weekends when lots of people stay at hotels, it says there's a manager on duty, but lo and behold, we were told he wouldn't come in until Monday morning. Needless to say, we got a refund for our room. Don't stay here — the staff is careless with just about everything (our TV remote didn't work, for one), and they don't seem to care about their guests.
