I always stay at La Quinta no matter what state I travel to.

Very nice clean rooms best place to stay! Pet friendly love this place it’s clean and comfy.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Hotel! Noisy, dirty, gross, disgusting, unsafe! Checked out 4 hours later! Couldn’t sleep with the noise and there was hair everywhere! From the tub to the floor, the sink, the sheets! The toilet wasn’t flushed and the tub wasn’t washed! I was so embarrassed for my family! We drove all the way from San Diego and checked out 4 hours later at 5 am to check in to another hotel! Horrible!

Checked in 5:30pm. Room was not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Only gave us 2 towels. No toilet paper. Smoke detector was missing from ceiling, just bare wires. No breakfast or grab and go. No rollaways because of covid. After a few hours was given a couple of damp supposedly clean towels. No cups. No ice bucket. Most of the time no one at front desk or answering the phone.

Love the room and convenient parking.

Rooms were clean. But they smelled bad. TV is small and no channel guide. My biggest complaint is no vending machines or ice. That will make me not stay at a La Quinta again.

Booked a room and really enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and Accomodating. Enjoyed the stay and breakfast in mornings.

They are in the process of a remodel but at least make sure the things accessible are in good conditions. Paid over 300 for 2 nights and I had to ask the room service lady to clean my fridge, it had mold in it. When I reported it to the front office the guy was rude and didn't do anything about it. Bed was comfy.

This place needs a face lift and better breakfast. Other than some cleaning issues, the staff were great and mailed my car keys that I left behind at their expense. 4 stars for sending me my keys! Thank you.

It was nice but was being remodeled so it smelled like varnish. Breakfast in the morning was so so. No good bacon left. Eggs too watery.

My room was very clean and so was the hotel in general. The breakfast was good and I was satisfied with it. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had no problems with anything like I did in past hotels. Very satisfied and definitely will be coming back!

Fairly clean, somewhat quiet and relatively safe. Good breakfast including waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, cereals, yogurts, pastry, orange juice and coffee. Staff helpful. Jacuzzi and exercise room. Functional business center with computer and printer. Lots of convenient stores nearby — grocery, fast food, laundromat, library, Walmart, barber, etc. Gambling casino 1 block away. Cabinet that fridge sat in had a broken shelf which resulted in the fridge being tilted. View out the window was of a used car lot. Fair amount of traffic noise and sirens. I wouldn't go walking outside at night but fine during the day. Noisy at night — guard dogs barking in used car lot next door, metal room doors slamming shut, can hear early morning showers running in next door rooms. OK place for a day or two, not a long term stay.

Good place to rest a night.

Very good price quality, nice LAX area away from downtown. Pretty economical. Clean Hotel, spacious and comfortable beds. Breakfast not very varied but good.

The room was okay, service was excellent, hotel could use some fixing up over all 3 out of 5 stars.

How can a place so awful be a part of such a beautiful city? As soon as we pulled up outside and looked at the dirty, holey curtains hanging like rags behind the stinking glass of the rotting windows we should have turned and run. The room was tiny and stank, as did the rest of the building. It was a combination of cats, mould, rot, damp, the local petting farm and a pair of Zoo Keepers’ wellies. We went out early and stayed out as late as we could manage. Next morning we were up and out, didn’t have breakfast as we saw the state of the kitchen when we parked the car around the back in ‘Steptoes’ yard! Which was not only full of junk but also half the cat population of Lakewood CO, who incidentally, made themselves very at home by laying all over my car. I’d like to say “Lakewood, rot in hell” but I think it already has! NEVER EVER AGAIN. ”

It was good for the price. The staff was helpful and check in was smooth. But we got a suite and for the most part it was clean but then looking at the couch and chair. They were dirty as hell. Grease or something on the armrests. Didn't seat in either. Would go 3 stars but everything else was up to par.

The rooms are clean but the whole place shows a lot of wear and tear. Stains in all the common area carpets. The walls carry sound like no other, you could hear everyone slam their door.

Clean room, good service, good breakfast, excellent location. The only disappointing thing was the gym, too small, only 2 machines.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Rooms were clean provided with everything you need during your stay. Great breakfast with a lot variety of food. Hotel staff: friendly and best communication. I highly recommend La Quinta In to you. Thanks.

The beds and the bathrooms were appropriately clean. The staff was friendly. The building in general looks like the guests have treated it a little rough, but it was world's better than a "budget" tier hotel/motel. There is a laundry room on site, but only 1 washer and 1 dryer, so plan on doing laundry in the middle of the day if that's on your agenda. This place is half the price of anywhere similar in Long Beach, so I certainly have no complaints.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, the continental breakfast option is really impressive… Location is good as the hotel is near the shopping area.

Place is just decent. Showing signs of wear and tear here and there. Somehow they forgot to service our room on the first day then forgot bath towels on the second. Breakfast is good but they serve instant coffee, no fresh brewed. Real problem is that there are few good hotel choices in the north Long Beach area. All in all, I doubt we would stay here again.

Great hotel and I loved the breakfast, was there for 3 days and did some shopping at a Walmart and was kind of disappointed when we found out there was no freezer and wished there was a bigger garbage but other than that awesome place. Next to some awesome food options too! (Being from Chicago)

Good location small rooms but clean.
TV super minibar and microwave at the start.
Shower Top (! ) Air conditioning great.
Wi-Fi ok. Mattresses slightly soft but good sleep mable. Near disney knotts berry and other attractions including beach.
Breakfast for lq ratios above average good. Personal supernice.
Rooms should only be spiced up a little by the furniture.
Like to come back.

Pleasant rooms, good service, and a decent breakfast buffet. Nothing exceptional, but the quality is solid.

Clean rooms. Excellent service. Great breakfast. Could not ask for anything more for this price. Only wished that the Wi-Fi could be better though. Stayed here for 9 nights and all the staff have been friendly and really helpful.

Room was clean but a/c was not cold enough, asked for a fan, and next day they offered us to move to a different room if we liked. Bed and pillows were so comfortable.

Room service was wonderful, loved the people the customer service was on point break fast came in handy over all the rooms were clean the beds were comfterble smelled clean the area was good as well I liked the local stores.

We definitely loved the service reception and the cleanliness of the place thank you very much.

NOT dog friendly! They say they are but the girl working at night is rude! I have a small dog that barked a little when I went to down to ask a question. Another dog started barking in a room and kept barking after mine quit. A guy in the elevator started making barking noises and kept the other dog barking. The girl at the front desk has NO people skills. I have found most people in California to be rude! I was planning on staying a couple more days but not with this attitude… The free internet sucks! Thank goodness I have 4G!

Probably one of the newest, cleanest hotel in Koreatown that's actually worth the asking price. Clean, well serviced staff, convenient location, and all around world class experience here. You tend to forget you're in Koreatown. Rooms feel light and airy, not at all stuffy. Softest linens, and just the friendliest staff!

My wife and I had a 5 night stay starting on 3/2/16. Lobby and breakfast room clean. Room very clean. Laundry room clean. Are you getting my drift… Breakfast hot and cold items for our choosing. Room had frig, micro, and coffee. Good towels and wash cloths. Expressway close for easy access to attractions/LA.

Normally we love & prefer La Quinta. However are stay has been sub-par at best. The pillows are these small sort of kind of pillows!?!?! For what we paid for this room we should have at least nice normal pillows. Also we paid for two nights but when the maids came through they barely went over the room to include not restocking our coffee!?!? Um yeah we have had so much better service so we were highly disappointed at this location.

Was here for halloween, had a suit then & loved it. Going back for new years because it was so nice and peaceful, staff was superb.

Nice hotel, good price. The bathroom shower handle was a little loose, but this wasn't too much of a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would definately go back.

Actually 3 1/2 stars, yet there isn't much near this area for the price and comfort and if I was back in the area needing a room I would consider staying here as well as recommend it. Not sure what keeps the desk staff so busy behind the wall. But they came out promptly. First room had "smoker's odor". Faint, but enough I realized I couldn't stay in it and, from experience in other places, that my clothes would all smell like cigarette smoke the rest of the week. However, if I was a smoker I don't think I would notice it. The clerk was apologetic and reassigned me a room promptly. Bed was comfortable, room/bath very clean. Everything worked. Breakfast was usual scrambled eggs/sausage patties/breads-muffins, etc. Neighborhood seemed a bit rundown and the very large signs posted accepting no resposiblity for cars/contents gave me some apprehension. But the high fence, single entry/exit and many, many surveillance cameras eased it somewhat. Overall, due to many small things, I was left with the impression that this hotel is pinching pennies to save where it can and yet provide a positive experience for each guest. Would I stay here again? Most likely. Do I recommend this place? Yes.

Some of the counter staff couldn't be bothered to say hello. Breakfast is decent here as is the TV channels. Internet was PAINFULLY slow. Clocked less than 1Mbit. Room carpet turned my feet BLACK! Suggest putting bedspread on floor and walk on that. If you're bringing a pet, don't bother staying here. Their designated pet area is a small patch of poop filled dirt under a tree in the back corner of the lot. Walk half a block, the grass in front of the car repair shop is nice. Becareful late at night… neighborhood is a bit sketchy.
