Very old building, the rooms were not clean, hair in the shower, stains all over the floor, all the rooms in our group only had double beds, the pillows were disgusting and hard as a rock, the towels were so old and thin they don't even dry your body after the shower, the "breakfast" consisted of toast, cereal and you have to go to the front desk if you want a banana or a hard boiled egg. They charge money to use the ice machine. I gave one star because they did quickly fix our toilet after it broke twice. I do not recommend this place. They run things as cheap as possible, two families in our group actually left to find a better hotel.

A good place for especial event, quinceañeras, weddings, etc.

This is a ver old, but very nice and clean please. It took me back in time to 80's.

Basic no-frills hotel. Clean rooms, cereals and bread for breakfast (boiled eggs and fruits too, if you are lucky), no room service or restaurant, decent Wi-Fi. Okay, if all you want is a bed and some sort of breakfast to start the day.

Place was quiet and peaceful the people that run the place were attentive. I asked for a bit of a relief because I was on a strict budget and was given it. It seems they care for the place well. Just word of advice if you want to be treated well be respectful. I see too many people wander into a place with this sense of im paying so im right and it's not cool to do that then expect the staff to wait on you hand and foot. That's not how it works.

Affordable price inn 7 min away from Disneyland. Not the best quality cuz of the price but it was definitely worth it. They also have free breakfast available. I would go here again to get a cheap place to stay close to Disneyland.

Friendly people. Cheap rates. Close enough to Disney to take an Uber. They also have a few Evangelical Christian churches rent out the meeting rooms on weekends! Take a visit very nice.

Good rate. Terrible Wi-Fi but it's free. Breakfast was decent. Guests can be rude. Staff are friendly.

I was there for my niece's Quinceañera The Food Is Great and the service is perfect.

This place is very peacefully the rates not so expensives and the staff very friendly and helpfully they renew the etablishment and breakfast have more things to eat I recommend for everybody who look for nice rooms with good price and you can also have tickets for parks like Disneyland. Universal studios. Knotts berry farm. And others just ask at the front desk thank you Kelly.

Don't Let the front of the Motel fool you. This is a very nice Motel very soft bedding very clean envirmoment. It comes with TV with HBO microwave, free coffee & light complementary breakfast. Pool & hot tube. I wanted to stay one more night but it was fool already lol I suject booking online to get a better rate.

I'm sorry this was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was not clean at all. There were cigarette ashes on the floor, orange peels on the table still, and to mine and my friends surprise we found a large knife (not a kitchen knife of any description) stabbed into the side of the mattress. It sounds like some sort of strange film-like scenario so you can imagine our surprise. And our first time in Los Angeles and the US. Hopefully some of the standards have been raised since because the experience has completely deterred me from staying in Los Angeles for a while.

I come here with my wife and my son to stay one week out of the year every year and some of these reviews have me scratching my head. Never have I found something as disgusting as a used condom in the room. The room has always been clean, the beds comfortable, the pool relaxing, and the service wonderful. Now, I happened to be in the lobby at the same time as this Kaleb character was attempting to blackmail Kelly and the rest of the staff at the hotel. In his words, he said that he would "write a bad review on Google" if he did not receive his refund. It appears as if his threat has been carried out, and it appears that he drew inspiration for his review from the review before it. I remember him pretty vividly because he was making a giant ruckus in the lobby for the sole purpose of creating a scene and scaring away other customers. I am now in town for a funeral and staying in a room at the Brookhurst as I write this review, with nary a condom in sight.

Our whole room was absolutely disgusting. There were mystery hairs everywhere. Crusty stuff in our beds. They actually yelled at us for asking for new sheets. When they finally brought us new sheets an hour later they were wet? They also yelled at us for complaining about finding a condom in the bed. A used condom. He wanted to come inspect it. He picked up my friends soda can and used it to get the condom in the trash in our room. The condom was still in our room haha. We asked them if they even clean the rooms after someone stays there and he said "Sometimes. " I was really scared to even have my feet touch the floor because there were stains everywhere. I would have slept in my car if there wasn't a bunch of drunks in the parking lot. Maybe they were crackheads. We were told we would get a refund when the "manager" got there at 7am. Didn't get a refund. It was gross. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. They are very rude and not clean. Do not waste your time or money on this.

Stayed in the hotel the other night an it was the worst experience I've ever had. My girlfriend, friend and I shared a room. When we got in the room my friend opened his bed to find the sheets were soiled. My girlfriend and I opened our sheets to find a used condom. We called the desk and a man named Steve answered. I explained to him the situation and he said "what do you want me to do about it? " After hour of arguing we finally got him to deliver us sheets in which he didn't even put on the bed or us. He said talk to manager in morning for refund. In the morning we spoke with the manager female named Kelly and explained to he the situation. She went nuts! Said we were lying and wouldn't refund us and called the cops on us. Cops came by were nice, actually tried to help us out and get a corporate number. Ultimately we didn't get the refund and she threatened to sue us if we posted a review on yelp. What horrible experience. This has scared me away from staying in these no-name hotels.

I didn't know what to expect, since I saw this hotel's advertisement in one of those free "Traveler's Coupons" magazines you find at Denny's or other off-highway places. This hotel is beautiful! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are pretty and super-clean, and the pool/Jacuzzi area was warm and inviting. I took advantage of their "Internet" special instead of the magazine's coupon because I wanted to book one of their bathroom Jacuzzi, king-size bed rooms. The spa worked wonderfully, and it was a special treat for my birthday. I would most definitely stay here again, given the chance. Plus: Super-clean, friendly staff, and in-room Jacuzzi bathrooms (extra fee for those rooms, but well worth it! ), microwaves and refrigerators in most rooms (all rooms? ), coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. Minus: Internet access is NOT free — about $5-6/night, compared to Motel 6 @ $2.99/night, or FREE at most hotels offering In-Room Wi-Fi service. Also, they charge 25 Cents for ice from their ice machine. That was mildly irritating; I'd never heard of a hotel charging for ice before.
