Everything was clean and really nice two restrooms two bedrooms and a nice big kitchen a amazong living room it couldnt be better!

My family and I go every year. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and villas are in a good location.

This is our second time coming here. My girlfriend's family comes every year and so far it's been fantastic. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The pool is incredibly well maintained as well. The 115° heat isn't so nice but that's its own thing. Only complaint is the television setup, it's a bit dated really. But who really watches much TV on vacation anyways right?

The location is obviously hot and fortunately my partner found a fan in the closet that will accommodate for the low powered AC in our room. The service is quick about any possible changes to our key card and stay. Overall a great time.

It's a nice location right off the 111. It's literally 2 minutes from the main strip. In great weather you can walk the entire strip and come back. All of the stores are conviently located. Room sizes for the place is great. It has a kitchen as well so you can cook your meals, with select utensils. Management is nice but some people that stay especially when using the BBQ can be a bit rude. Overall a decent place for the money.

We come every year. We really enjoy it. It is quiet and secluded. The down side this year is they have had trouble with the hot tub (closed) and the pool water has been cold. Not typical.

It is located in Palm Spring at the end of the Street View Chino. The location is not in downtown Palm Springs. The rooms are nice and overall the pool is excellent too. But this week the pool was a little dirty.

Good proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and spacious.

My Parents have a Condo here that they like real well, and us as Family members enjoy when we visit them there too. We've been going there for quite some years now, they are very personable, Friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They have a nice pool, a Big Jacuzzi that's very relaxing, soothing too. Overall this is a Very Nice Place To Stay.

The rooms are quite nice. Kitchen is outfitted with blender, dishwasher, stove/oven, hand mixer and a mix of pots and pans. Our room had popcorn and deflated balloons under furniture that was there for who knows how long. We also found used qtips near the edge of the bed when we arrived. Lots of storage and the bathrooms were new. Place was quiet with a full pool, BBQ, ping pong tables, laundry ($1 for each wash and dry) and plenty of parking, both covered and not. Overall, if you need a hotel for a long stay or are in need of a kitchen, this is a solid choice. Very quiet amenities and close enough to grocery stores and other shopping. You will need a car for most, however.

Great location! Nestled at the mountain base in the neighborhood of the historic rich and famous. Everything we need is in the condo. Easy access to local sights in Palm Springs using the available bicycles or free bus from Thursday through Sunday. Hiking is close by via the famous tram or venturing into Indian Canyon lands.

I felt like I was in an apartment not a hotel. It was super high class. Very nice.

The service is subpar. The woman in the front office told me that she would call when the room is ready after I checked in. She didn't call at all and I had to call them myself to find out if the room was ready. The place is in the middle of nowhere so there were nothing to see or do there. The Wi-Fi also doesn't work in the resort. Wouldn't really recommend to anyone unless they really need to find a place to stay.

The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone, including other guests, are very kind and welcoming. Staff are kind and professional. The amenities offered are good and tge pool area is very nice.

The rooms are OK though they feel a bit outdated. The master bath is pretty bad. I feel like I'm on a cruise ship when I go in there. You can barely turn around in the shower and the rest of the bathroom isn't any bigger. I'd say that the place, in general, is average, hence the average rating.

Spent a few nights as part of a timeshare exchange. It's an older place so our room showed some age but it was comfortable enough. Nice to have a full kitchen to make breakfast but the cooking utensils didn't work that great with the stainless steel cookware — kind of flimsy. You're close enough to walk around Palm Springs for a couple of blocks but it's nice to have the free trolley which drives loops around town and you can get on and off when you want to. And it has the essentials — a pool, and ice machine, and air conditioning!

Love this neighborhood and place! Chill relaxing vibe! Friendly staff and great location and price! We had a great time and will be back next year for sure!

We had a great time staying here. We enjoyed the amenities they had to offer. The condo was spacious and roomy. It was a two bedroom, two bath with full kitchen. It could sleep 6 easily.

Nice quite place, pool, spa, ice machine next to pool, nice old girl on front desk, rooms are massive, worth a couple of nites stay, you won't be disappointed.

I loved my stay at Dessert Vacation Villas. It was like having my own temporary apartment in Palm Springs! I was able to cook when I wanted to or I could go to one of the many great local restaurants. The location is perfect-it is close to everything while still feeling serene and private. The rooms were clean and well kept-the pool was awesome and the staff was AMAZING! Jeffrey at the front desk was able to give me great local insight on where to go shop, where to do "touristy" stuff and where the best eateries are! I'll be again soon!

Quite place I was hit and threatened this place close EARLY no one was able to help me. I hospitalized blood all over hotel rooms. Awful Experience. Rooms to Close for no one to hear what was going on. By way supposed be friends did this to me. Place alone was great. Desert vacation close to early anything can happy after 5 pm.

Just know what you are renting. It is not a hotel but a small number of nice villas. I have stayed here twice and have been happy with the villas. Good location, full kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and balconies/patio. Hot tub and pool are small. Quiet, clean and affordable. Grounds are nice and the views are lovely if you get the right room. 103 was nice for views.

Nice spacious rooms. Had a small pool that is heated and outdoor barbecue!

A nice price friendly option when travelling to Palm Springs. The rooms are very cosy and feel a bit more like home than other hotels. The air conditioning is fantastic and the windows are fitted with insulating blinds. Always as cool as you need it to be. Complete with large refrigerators and some appliances, even silverware, we enjoyed our stay.

20 + years of ownership were seeing less posistive changes and less lighting, wall switches, less patio furniture, no patio lighting. Basically more wear and tear of the outside stairs and property showing signs of the years. Bushes and grass now rock and sand, decking rotten and sidewalks needing surfacing as cracks are in all walkways, edges of walkways uneven. Pool side surface black in most areas of bacteria and hard water deposits. Flooding during rain storms from plugged up drainage. Pool tile dark and water deposited and soiled from suntan lotion and body oils. Staff always pleasant. Rooms stocked well for eating. Appliances new and modern and functional. We have had our one week stays without AC and or a option to change units and required stays at Hilton and in the future Hard Rock or The Spa hotel casino as prior for are guests visiting us being family and there children.

I have been vacationing at DVV for 25 years. It is a charming resort, small but very well kept. One if the nice things is each unit is a fully equipped spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom so you have the feeling that you are staying in an apartment and not a motel room. The management and staff keep the units updated, clean and inviting. The office staff are always very courteous.

Desert Vacation Villas is the best place to stay in Palm Springs. Great staff, amazing location, and fully equipped rooms. I highly recommend it here. Why stay in a hotel room when you can have all the amenities of home while on vacation.

Wow, where do I begin? Once we got here (after 4pm) we were told that our room wasn't ready for another hour. After we waited and finally got back to our room we were getting in packed and settled in a house keeper entered into our room via her housekeeper key and was startled to have found us in our reserved room. I asked her if I could help her with something and in poor broken English with the stereotypical appearance of a Meth addict, she said "beer" startled I asked her to repeat herself she replied "cervesa" I told her no cervesa here, she walked past me into my room through my family swing open the refrigerator door and pulled out two six packs of Caron a, one that was half gone! As she walked out she popped another one open and went on to her next room, upstairs. I'm still blown away. This is also not to mention the lack of clraliness of our room, the. Three dead cockroaches we found at the corner of our guest bed! And thenkive crickets we had in our shower! I called the health department and they said"we will look into it" we all know what that means. Please do you andnyiur family a favor,, if this is the only place available in the city while you are here. Strongly consider changing your trip dates. You will need your hepititis series vaccines before coming here.
