We stayed at the Alcazar with a small group of friends for their birthday celebrations! We booked through a third party and had a mixup at checkin, however the staff made it even better by upgrading our room! The hotel is immaculate and beautifully accommodated. The landscaping is perfect. We felt like we were in the Palm Springs of the 60’s… with luxurious furnishings and service! We’ll be back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We travelled from Australia with an 18month old. Staff were excellent. The pool was very relaxing and our stay was the highlight of our trip to California. Highly recommended.

Arrived early, was able to check in early. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Rooms are very clean and stocked, will definitely visit again.

Just perfect! My husband and I stayed here with some friends for the weekend and it was a wonderful experience! The place is clean, classy and perfectly located. We enjoyed the pool all day and wondered out for some great meals close by. It couldn't be located in a better location. Tons of great restaurants and bars just walking distance away. The staff is always making sure the premises is clean and maintained. Mainly adults but we did see 1 child here during our stay which we felt the parents were uncomfortable due to the fact there were no other kids. We will definitely be back sooner than later! Booking our next trip as we speak! Thanks for an amazing weekend!

This is a cozy little hotel perfectly located in Downton Palm Springs. We we're walking distance from some great shops and restaurants. The two restaurants on the property, Birba and Cheeky's, are also delicious and a few steps away. The rooms were good sized, and the bathrooms we're large. The pool area was quiet and comfortable. If you are looking for a crazy scene with a bar, this isn't the spot for you. But if you want to BYO, or get a couple drinks from the lobby and chill by a quiet pool, this spot is great. We spent hours by the pool reading and relaxing before walking to a delicious dinner nearby. Great experience overall. Added benefit, overnight parking is free.

Clean, comfortable and lots of TNTs. Definitely stay again and pool open till midnight. Stayed for honeymoon and went to splash house fest.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. Very “eager to please” staff. My room was a bit small for a long term stay. But for a weekend it was perfect. Love this place.

I've stayed here several times. It has a great location; right next to Birba (good drinks, cocktails, dinner) and Cheeky's (great breakfast and brunch) and a short walk to downtown. The pool is heated. The courtyard is great to sit and read in under the palo verde trees. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable, but won't win any design awards unless you like plain white. The hotel is a refurbishment (2011) over a previous one. It's quiet, except for near the restaurants, which can sometimes be a little boisterous. You won't find many kids here, not really the vibe. If you are looking for a quiet place near good food and drink, and with a nice pool, this is a good spot.

Alcazar is an amazing piece of paradise to stay rooms are beautiful especially om 38 overlooking the pool white and serene brilliant chill out surroundings reception staff and manager friendly and very helpful stayed here twice and will be returning next year have sent friends and colleagues here when they have visited the USA.

I have stayed at the Alcazar for a group event and it was a great space for the whole party. Our room was spacious and clean and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Not to mention the entire grounds are gorgeous! Plus you are right in the middle of Palm Springs close to all.

I really liked this place. It was a good combination of being close to the action but being quiet enough to be relaxing. I was there with my fiancee in June so it was very quiet and hot but the room was comfortable and cool.

Looks better in pictures online versus in reality. Staff is whatever; not warm or welcoming at all. Small intimate place, like the all white and restaurants with hotel are excellent. Wouldn't come back, but okay if nothing else is around.

This is nice 3 star hotel. It's in a great location and attached to two good restaurants. We have a baby so this was very convenient. The pool is clean and relaxing. Our king room with pool view was on the upper level although it looks like the majority of rooms are on ground level. The view from outside the room was a good one of the pool, palms and the mountains. The room is quite basic. The bathroom was dated. The bed was comfortable but there could have been more attention to cleanliness. Overall I think it was good value and would consider staying there again.

This is a good location, easy walk to downtown, my only problem was that it was so white & bright which made it hard to sleep. We stayed here two different nights one on our way to Scottsdale & on the way home from Scottsdale, two different rooms the interior of both were excellent, but both hard to sleep in because of it being so bright, would I stay here again, only if we had to, which was the case on this trip because we couldn't use our timeshare on the dates we needed.

I stayed here last month for my birthday and enjoyed it thoroughly. Location is perfect, the property very well maintained, modern with beautiful greenery and landscape. The pool area was relaxing, I loved the music that was playing in the background. The staff were so friendly, the woman I checked in with even upgraded me to the poolside King! The rooms are spacious, sleek and clean. The resort itself is peaceful, more catered for adults. My birthday trip couldn't have gone any better. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again when I'm in the desert.

Perfectly situated (adjacent to Birba & Cheeky's, but not loud) and wonderfully designed, the Alcazar is the epitome of Palm Springs chic. Highly recommend for a quick getaway or a long weekend!

Great staff! Welcoming environment, calm, relaxed vibe. Understated rooms all in white. This is our go-to getaway in Palm Springs. Landscaping and the pool area are just wonderful.

Clean, nice spot. Our room walls are a bit thin so you can hear a lot, but overall a solid place.

Great boutique hotel in the uptown district of Palm springs. Easy parking, close to good restaurants and a nice pool area.

My husband and I frequent the Alcazar Hotel whenever we can. The Staff are friendly and attentive, the Hotel is Boutique style, is quiet and clean and the pool area is perfect. We enjoy our every stay and enjoy the proximity to all Palm Springs and area has to offer.

A small but nice hotel. Everything was clean, coffee and croissants in the morning, bike rental for free and a great pool in the middle of the hotel makes this place so great.

Great place to stay! Nice pool area, clean and bright, minimal but cozy rooms, big bathrooms and nice staff! We stayed in a street facing room though, 4* because it was quite loud during the night.

Hard concrete floors make the rooms noisy. Coffee and pastries don't begin in the front office until 8am — too late for many guests. The selection of 1 coffee, 1 juice and 2 different pastries is underwhelming at this level of expected service. Barely worth the walk. Bath towels were stained, thin and sandpaper-rough. Two electrical outlets at desk in the room, and both were already used (for lamp and refrigerator) — none available for guest use for computers, phones, etc. Very dated Jacuzzi in bathroom was too dingy-looking to step into. The fiberglass shower stall wasn't much better. Friendly and attentive staff. Exquisitely-kept grounds and pool area. Very peaceful, boutique resort-like atmosphere.

I bought a Google offer for two nights for this place, I was surprised how small it was, parking was right in front of rooms, but really clean place staff really nice!. I have been going to Palm springs for more than 10+years and never heard of this place. I really like the room great for two. All the rooms are facing the pool which was nice not many people and zero kids. So if your looking to a get a way for two adults this is what your looking for and a its right next downtown.

Heuvos ran heros soon good with crispy, thick tortillas. Yum! And clearly marked as gluten free. Grapefruit juice excellent, too. We will be back w.
