Hello. I checked in online at the Fairfield Inn and suites Indio Coachella on Thursday February 2. I am scheduled to checkout on Sunday February 4. When I checked in online I agreed to housekeeping every other day (as opposed to every day). On Saturday when I returned to my room 8pm after a long day at our horse show, our room had not been serviced. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that it’s every 4 day which is unfair and unreasonable for guests staying 2 nights or longer. I informed the staff person that the online checkin and the app info page specifies that this particular property has housing keeping services “every other day. ” I am requesting someone contact me tomorrow in regards to the false advertising and the inconvenience of having to change my own linens when it should have been done today. This has been our hotel of choice the past couple years for service and proximity to the Desert International Horse Park but if services are being withheld, my group of riders will certainly find another property next year.
