Perfect location within walking distance to the main strip of Ojai. Room was comfortable. Courtyard was nice. Felt very private. Road noise was a little loud as there's a stop sign right outside the bedroom window. I brought earplugs so it was bearable.

Spacious, comfortable accommodations. Bed and pillows were also comfortable. Large bathroom and bathtub. Location is convenient to downtown area, most shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Only cons: low water pressure in the shower, and shower water temperature was consistently warm (didn't get cold) but never quite hot enough for my personal preference; sometimes there was not enough parking available in the lot if you arrive late at night, but there is ample free street parking nearby.

It was good nice. We arrived early as we were hopping down the coast. We asked if we could. Check in early and we were told to check in at 2:30… No problem, except the staff was on break until 3. Some of the staff seemed a little annoyed to have to do work while others were jovial and seemed genuinely glad to have you there.

I took my wife here for a weekend away from the kids and I was a great getaway! Very clean comfortable suites. Quiet relaxing place to stay that has so many things to offer within walking distance.

Good location, walkable into center of town, quiet, great staffing, however no night staffing … you're on your own after 7 pm … love the place and city … ummm.

Stayed here on our honeymoon in September 2015, loved it! The hotel is gorgeous, and all the people we met made us feel very welcome. We loved our suite so much that we bought microwave food from the market and stayed in for the night with a movie. Fantastic!

The staff and accommodations and the Su Nido Inn were extraordinary! The suite was comfortable and spacious with a charming outdoor patio that allowed us to share a bottle of wine from the local Vineyard and reflect on our adventures of the day. Such a wonderful experience.

I rented three rooms for family and the gentleman that helped me was awesome, both on the phone and when we got there. He went over the top to make our stay so enjoyable. There was a woman working in the office that was horrible — — I needed some help but she was visiting with a friend and didn't want to be bothered. But overall our stay was wonderful and the man (I forget his name, drat! ) was so good it made up for her bad attitude. They don't staff the office overnight so be prepared for that. Rooms are lovely and they provide free snacks in the rooms. TVs are a bit difficult to get working — — remote controls are complex and we needed help.

We stayed here for new years and were very excited. However, a couple of days after leaving we saw a charge for $50 on our card. We called and were informed it was for the 2 soaps that were missing from the room. That we didn't take. After us pleading with them telling them we didn't take the soaps, they said "we're not calling you liars, but the cleaning lady reports missing items". The cleaning lady whom we tipped, mind you. They assured us they would investigate and call us back. We never heard from them again. Side note, we picked a movie from their DVD library. After we got back from dinner the movie wasn't in the room, and the office was conveniently closed. We resorted to renting the movie online since we had gotten excited to see it, but it took 4rs to download due to their slower-than-dial-up wireless. Never going back, never recommending. They would rather take and keep $50, while tarnishing their name, instead of providing good customer service.

I called the hotel today to ask the hotel manager some questions as to if they had a day spa or spa services. The hotel manager was very rude and said I am sorry but your asking me to many questions and I am very busy, got to the point! I was shocked. In all the years of my travel worldwide never have I experience such rudeness on the phone. I am sorry but I will not stay at this Inn. I hope that if someone day stay at this hotel that they treat you well.
