Red alert. The front desk staff extremely RUDE and Unhelpful. We request the owners to do something or fire these people immediately.

Everything about the Accommodations were wonderful, the only thing I would like to see there is a pool.

Amazing room! Tiny hotel, but super posh. We had one of the rooms facing the street and ocean, which was beautiful. Only one block from the beach. Room was designed like the cabin of a sail boat, and we had a small balcony for private seating. The hotel's hot tub wasn't filled (owed to water shortage from local wildfires), but the room had a tub big enough for two. No kitchen, but so many great restaurants within walking distance, plus a Ralph's two doors down. Mini kitchen, nice seating area, large desk, big TV with cable, built-in fireplace, and free Wi-Fi in the room, plus a BBQ grill in the communal courtyard. I'd stay again.

We stayed in number 9 it was cool. My husband, myself and my daughter all stayed here. Great location. Something's didn't work, kitchens not very function able not enough pans etc to even cook. But it was nice. Beware $15 parking I wasn't told about until after also when booked was told check out was one time and when checked in told a different time. I stayed until what my bill said.

We booked this hotel last min. Arrived to get the room and front staff was not so friendly. Went to our room and appreciated the out door lounging area between the rooms. We were unable to open our door. We struggled with this for a while then called below to the office and then managed some how to open the door. They did send some one but got it open. Later we left but then could not get it to lock by the time we got in after dinner and walk with my teens we struggled to lock the door for the night. Light was burned out over the sink and the lights over are bed kept going on and off. Finally got those to settle down. Beds were great and the room and small kitchen were nice everything was clean. We left the next day and I notified them on the way out of the issues. Hotel staff was not surprised and seemed aware of the rooms problems. I was slightly bothered by that. Hotel was conveniently located.

Rooms are nice and very clean. The front desk staff were not able to answer some very basic questions pertaining the immediate general area, so don’t count on this. Some training would probably help.

Cute place, centrally located. Quick walk to everything, includint the beach. Housekeeping paid attention to all of the details.

I rented to 2 bedroom suite and it was one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in. And, within walking distance to the beach very pleased. Will be staying there again soon.

We loved the room, and the location. Lots of pros : modern, new, cooktop, deep tub, great lighting, big bed, fireplace right in front of bed. Only cons : pillows are not that great.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. Within walking distance of multiple beaches. Very spacious, and they have a really nice deck with chairs and stuff set up for the guests.

I love my Room so much I checked in 2 more nights slept the best I have slept in months.

Nice upscale hotel room prety big and the shower is amazing plus walking distance to the beach, to your left and right there's the restaurants.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The private parking garage was easily accessible to my room. The staff was also very friendly. My room was a delight and that was a vacation in itself. Will be back to visit soon. Thank You!

Overpriced no accommodations $15 to use their parking garage. Phones at front desk don't work alarm going off in room when turning on the fireplace carbon monoxide going into the room. Had to open door the jet tub did not work got shocked no elevators Walk up stairs with your luggage $241.00 a night not worth it Had to call booking. Com at front desk to leave early. They didn't want to do their job no hotel change during these incidents not on the beach. I was only suppose to be charged $199.00 with booking. Com going to dispute with the bank Jacuzzi didn't work no lighting on the upper level. Hotel did not reduce their prices for their rooms not concerned with their clients terrible place also would not give me a receipt or any pamphlet. The hotel should have accommodate something for their customers. Don't believe their brochure for their future customers. Defiantly false the place needs health department to do their inspection and have this hotel up to code. Terrible place to stay and the owner should be embarrassed for how their hotel is running. An to have a serious conference on how to manage this property. I will be personally calling the health department on this site. One more thing parking garage that suppose to be gated has also been. Broken several issues with this property.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The hot tube was out of order. Fire place was leaking gas into the room ; fire alarm in our room went off.

Nice place to stay right on PCH right across the ocean. Friendly atmosphere and service. Everything is within walking distance, very convenient. Would definitely go back and stay there.

There is no staff on site after hours, so you kind of need to find for yourself. Seems like they've been renovating somewhat and improving an already good vibe at the place. Location is amazing and the staff (even they're there) are top notch.

Stayed at 14 West at the end of February 2015. Very Interesting concept for a hotel. Convenient parking in the small garage right under the rooms. Looks like this was an old office suite building that has been converted to hotel rooms. There are only 14 rooms but they all have double mini-refrigerators along with a single burner cook-top and a microwave. There's a gas fireplace with a TV above. The staff was helpful and efficient but not there 24/7. Not a problem if you know what to expect. The place is close to everything necessary for a great stay including a Ralph's Supermarket right around the corner. Also within walking distance of most of the shopping areas in Laguna Beach. Speaking of the beach, it's right across the road. Rest assured I will stay there again when I go back to Laguna Beach.

This gem in Laguna is really great! For the business traveler, families, or gathering of friends, whatever you are looking for there are so many great things about this place. Location to so many things including a grocery store to fill up your kitchenette which is fully stocked and amazing to some great eateries and places to shop. The fireplace in the room, the walk in closet, upgraded amenities and the adorable outside seating area that includes a grill. No this place doesn't offer a gym or a pool, but there are so many trips where I don't use those amenities so I was ok with not having these things. 14 rooms total, definitely quaint and would definitely stay again. The price is right, keep your eyes peeled or you may miss it as you're driving buy. Love that!
