Beautiful rooms. Close to shopping & plenty of options for food. 10-15 minutes from the beach. Friendly staff. Clean property. Plenty of parking.

Great place to start friendly and helpful staff clean rooms and the location is not to far from the beach with a car would definitely stay here again and recomend it.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE! This location is so dirty. Absolutely no customer service! They charged me over $1200 incorrectly and refuse to reverse the charges. I explained my situation to two different people, and one who relayed all my information to the manager (who refused to speak to me). I have to deal with everything through my bank because they refuse to take any responsibility. Not to mention other people from another soccer team that went here said that they got bed bugs from this place! STAY AWAY!

The worst hotel I ever stay in. Will be my first and last. Carpet smells like puke and the worst of all! I got bed bug bites all over my legs! So freaking gross! Room is so muggy and the bathroom is so small! For the price I pay I thought it would be a nice big room. Apparently $190 a night doesn’t get you a big room. Instead we got the small crappy stinky room.

Exterior hallways… modern upgrades include: mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, nice size tv. The beds are not bad. This is definitely a budget location.

This is the worst hotel ever. Room is so nasty, I didn't want to take off my shoes to walk on the carpet. There is evidence of some sort of insects living in the room. The base boards have insects bites on them. And guess what? That's not the only thing that was eaten. My friend and I have insect bites all over our bodies from laying in the infested bed. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I'm calling corporate to see if I can be compensated. Just gross!

Nice and clean. The owner need to have /hire at least 2 clerk people to facilitate faster checking in guests. Long wait to check in.

This place is just a scam and joke. Make sure you shop around before you book this stupid hotel. They rip you of before your eyes blink. They no refund policies. If you pay anything and never got it. Do not surprise they won't pay you back. i booked a 2 rooms couple months ago and we didn't make it because of family matters. i called the hotel cancel the reservations. They respond was very short and easy we can not cancel it please call your credit card company to dispute to transaction which I did called my American express to dispute the charge of $868.43. They told me to wait we ll get bottom of this. Open a dispute charge. It took two weeks of waiting I got screwed. I trust the Amex to protect the customer right and service. Which is all came down to I end up been paying the company. Quality inn is terrible of course with their policies and treatment to customers. For Amex is to shame. now on I wont use my amex or never go near quality inn. Bad manners basically.

The rooms are Huge. The service is Excellent. Free Breakfast. Customer service is the best for this type of hotel.

The first room we got had a plugged toilet. They gave us another right away. That's the best thing I can say about the place. The bed was bowed in the middle and very uncomfortable. The free breakfast was an abomination if you were hoping for a hot meal. The eggs were little circular white disks like they had come from a machine. The sausage patties were thin disks, they exact same diameter as the eggs! Nasty stuff.

I love this hotel! It’s quiet has cute little pool vending machines breakfast in morning suits on second and third floor my husband and I stay there often we love it! Has elevator or stairs for your convenience.

Clean, roomy suites decent hott breakfast. Our knoy suggesrikn is to get 1 more waffke maker. 1 is not enuff. Would stay here again.

A little noisy, a little in need of a facelift, but quite affordable. Pleasant staff. Especially the lady servicing the Sunrise Room. Thinking of her just changed my star rating from a 3 to a 4.

Great size rooms available. The family room with the king and queen really needs a small table and chairs in it. The hot tub is amazing. It's the size of a small pool. Breakfast was good. Had a few hot items then cereal and toast yogurt ect. Most of all rooms were very clean and updated. Worst thing I had issues with was no/very very low water pressure.

My go to place with my lover. Quiet, clean, basic but not seedy. For an overnight get away with no frills, affordable. It's worth the $$130ish to not be struggling to hold back screams from the adult kids in the next room while playing Scrabble (if you know what I mean) lol been there a few times. Cheers all!

The service was great and the front desk night clerk was more then help full. She was a young skinny Latina girl. The room comes with a fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, and a desk. There's also a pool, washer and dryer, soda machine and ice machine.

Stayed here for a work conference and it was amazing. I loved the lighting and how the rooms were set up. It's also nice to know that not just anyone can access the room floors because you need a key. The food at the restaurant was also great, I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I like this hotel clean quiet nice pool breakfast employees are polite just all around nice place to stay.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay here again. There's so many reasons why we choose this place. One top reason is the location. It's near a large shopping mall and also near by Huntington Beach attractions. Another is the customer service is better than other near by hotels. When calling around they we're happy to assist compared to others that we're not. The continental breakfast was basic. Considering the pricing and location this was not a deal breaker. Last time we visited Huntington Beach we stayed at a near by Comfort Inn, due to our experience with customer service we decided not to go there again and try out Quallity Inn & Suites. Another reason is the pricing, the pricing is fair and within reason. We enjoy the staff that we're happy helpful and accommodating in making our reservation and stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Very nice. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Excellent location to the beach. Shops, store, and restaurants with in distance. Will stay again. Price was perfect for location.

They had a nice smoking area with pretty plants & flowers. Nice big rooms. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Very dated hotel, the suite has a small AC unit that doesn't even cool the sleeping area in the suites, it was very hot when you first walked in your room, they should keep it comfortable when they know they have check ins, breakfast was really sad! Went at 8 and they were out of EVERYTHING. They didn't have enough staff to work the food and front desk, one person was running both.

Got charged an extra $150 for deposit on the day I checked out? Even though I paid cash on arrival and it was returned to me at the end of my stay. No compensation for a mistake a staff memeber made. Thanks for the overdraft fees. The manager Sonia is a joke, the hotel everything sucked!

Wasn't too bad. Shower was strange. Lighting was bad, it made the room feel dirty. Breakfast was good.

This place hasn't gotten enough good reviews as it should! The room was nice, the price was right, we are 3 miles straight to the beach, beds were comfy, Ice cold ac, comfortable beds, and very nice and clean. I'm 6'2" the showers were for short people as normally I have to fight in hotels. I would recommend and come again for sure!

Passibly clean rooms — the bathroom door appeared to have been punched in with a large spackled hole and lock unfunctioning. Polite service staff, though most dont speak English. The office staff have been more rude on the phone than you'd expect from a place of this caliber and are inattentive. Questions are referred to the manager. The manager is generally nowhere to be found.

Rooms were clean, simple, and well made. The down side was that the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors easily.

The rooms aren't huge but are we and and clean. The real highlight is the warm pool. It is very relaxing and a joy to dip in for an hour. It's also close to most restaurants in Beach Blvd. So that's a convienence factor. Nothing to fancy but if you stay here you won't be disappointed. Price is a bit high but considering the area is a fairly good deal.

They have loose electronic sockets all over the room. A previous complaint, of the same thing, was made over two years ago, before we stayed there. I figured it would have been fixed by now. It wasn't. You cant charge your cell phone because of this.

This hotel was comfortable, but lobby service could be better. During breakfast, the PA played the same exact song repeatedly — incredibly irritating and totally unnecessary — and the clerk there wasn't able to give definitive information about local transportation when asked. There is also not coffee served in the lobby outside of breakfast time. Overall, a fine place to stay if you're just looking for a nice room; if you want frills that wow you, then you may want to look elsewhere.

The hojo rocks. Great place to crash near the Beach.

The staff and management at this motel were very friendly and accommodating. My room's sink sprung a leak, so they refunded my first nights stay and put me in a much larger suite for the same price as my old room. The facilities are good and in line with what you would expect for the price in this area. I definitely recommend this HoJo for people looking for an economical stay within a 10-minute drive to the beach.

We have waited two hours past check in to be let into the room (smoking room, requested non-smoking). Was lied to by the front desk about what time the room would be ready, was not offered any discount, and now we are in the room and guess what? The TV is broken. There's no manager to speak to until 10 pm and there will not be one AT ALL tomorrow (Saturday — great business right? ). When I asked what they were going to discount me for the room (since they didn't bother offering one) I was told I'd have to speak to a manager. When? If this entire stay isn't comped or they at least pay for our stay at another hotel, I'd be outraged. If you offer a service and don't provide it, why would you charge me? Never returning. Telling everyone I know to avoid the chain. I'll write reviews everywhere I can. Blog it. I'll even PAY for ads to promote the knowledge of this entirely unsuitable hotel. Great start to a vacation.

Room was discussing, ac made weird noises all night, TV had no power button had to turn off by unplugging front he wall, non-smoking room but smelt like smoke, shower was a joke, and the continental breakfast was old bread, apple, and cereal if you were lucky enough to get any at all! would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and the lights on building have every other letter light up so very hard to find at night. Very ran down and needs updated. Parties all night till 3 am if not later. Don't let your kids in the hot tub.

Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Rooms are old and worn out. Caulk and grout was cracking and missing. Towels were cheap as you can find and old. Bed was comfortable but pillows and linens were (again) as cheap as they get. I was disappointed in the "breakfast". Toast, cereal, some drinks and some fruit is all you will find. Not even a microwave. 3 two person tables were all that was available. I'd say this is a $50 hotel.

I was forced to stay here because the Best Western Regency was booked up for the weekend, so I spent two nights trying to sleep with a bunch of surfers making noise until the wee hours. The room was dated back to the 1960's with everything old and dated, including bedspreads, drapes, TV, and furnishings. The sink was plugged up, there was only one lamp, the room was small and dark and it just was not a pleasant place to stay. The continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee, dried up sweet roll, white toast, and an apple or orange. The only redeeming factor was the staff was pleasant and welcoming and the room was clean. My sheets the first night had holes in them. Very depressing overall. I was glad to get back to the Best Western Regency that is so much better there is absolutely no comparison.
