Worst place ever came in found weed and a broken meth pipe in room. No towels no toliet paper the place was just all around gross. Do not recommend.

Room 103 is very disgusting. It's falling apart. Just overall nasty.

Not very clean and kinda expensive.

My stay was decent could have used more towels and a continental breakfast.

It's a tweakers dream come true for some.

It needs to be remodeled it have roaches and it's nasty.

Less expensive than the other of Atwater's 2 hotels. Family friendly. They allow pets. Cons are the rooms could be maintained/repaired better. None of the usual complimentary items. Motel 6 in Merced, about 7miles south, is $70 cheaper per week and also allows pets.

I just loved the air conditioner! The rest was like any other motel. But considering it was right off the freeway it was peaceful and quiet.

Kind of hard to find the room was a right if you just need like a place to stay for the night it's not bad cheaper than Applegate.

Have 5 month old baby they gave me a room that smelled like pee and it was infested with roaches u have to ask for towels toilet paper and u have to clean ur own room… Don't stay in the rooms with the kitchens they have boards holding the sinks rugs are nasty maid don't clean everyday.

Clean, safe and friendly. The quality for the price is worth it.

Was a nice place, but a little bit. Cheap the ac was the best part.

Ghetto motel in a nice area! why?

They charge $30 extra if you check in during morning hours. The hotel next door is more accomadated and doesn't have such a fee.

It has the basics down clean the bed TV, just I wish fridge and microwave.  Great place if you're on the budget.

Good experience here shower was good got a smoking room and odor was OK not during like other places good place to stay fit a Couple days.

My stay here was terrible, here's why: — my room smelt of used cat litter — there were holes in the walls of my room and the flooring was ratty — the shower head was mounted so low that it only reached my chest — the desk clerk did not know how to use the credit card swipe when I signed in, when I offered to pay in the morning, this was accepted. I was later woken up that evening when the night manager came on duty to come pay, even though the clerk I had talked to was still around — there was no shampoo in the room.
