Newer hotel, very clean. Very nice people. They even gave us breakfast bags to go.

We stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. The room was very clean everything tidy. The breakfast the next morning was beyond great. A sausage breakfast sandwich on a biscuit was the best I've ever had and I travel a lot. The staff was super friendly. Moderately priced and conveniently located close to I-40

This is a very nice hotel. Seems to be nicely up dated or new. Front desk check in was fast and simple. They were helpful in directing us to a place to eat dinner.

This place is nice. Clean up to date rooms. The continental breakfast was good. Only down side is the size of the dining area. On the smaller scale and cannot accommodate too many groups at once. Other than that it was a very good stay!

On vacation with with 2 adults and 4 kids makes it hard to find Hotels Online who will rent one room for 6. This place was one who wouldn’t but only one in the town who had available suites and we were exhausted from driving. The attendant told me the suite I rented only slept 5 but she hooked me up with a double room suite they had with a malfunctioning pull-out (it wouldn’t push back in). We were super satisfied with this because that’s what we wanted to do, sleep! And the breakfast the next morning was great.

A surprising gem in Winslow, Arizona. I normally won't stay at Best Westerns but choices were limited. Nice large rooms that were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was very comparable to more expensive hotels. The lady managing the area was very helpful and nice. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place. Breakfast, gave us a crib (but we had to assemble . Never seen that before)! Beautiful room. Comfy beds. Only thing is that they could've been more hospitable. But the stay was nice overall. Church's Chicken is around the corner.

It was a pleasant experience. We prefer a carpeted room even though tile is easier to keep clean. I liked the walk-in shower. It has easy access to downtown Winslow. Yes we did "stand on the corner'.

Check in was easy with our group's reservation. Our whole group slept well. It would be nice if they could increase the size of the pillows they use, but seems standard for most hotels. The breakfast here was really good and the breakfast staff was friendly and cheerful. They did a good job of keeping food available for as many people that were eating breakfast that day. The breakfast area seemed kinda small and was hard to get our plates together and find an available seat. We ended up having our breakfast sitting in the lobby. Overall though a pleasant experience. Would stay here again when we're in the area.

Clean and fairly updated. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. The room was just shy of a good match for the rate.

So much better than the 3 days I spent in grand canyon and at a great price! Winslow has several motels but this one is clearly head and shoulders above the rest. Breakfast was great, the room was a little small but packed with people. Leslie was personable and very efficient. Safe and clean, enough said!

Family Vacation. Heated Pool. No hot tub. Very friendly staff. We stayed in the Queen suite and my kids loved it. She had her own room. Very roomy. Very clean. In fact we are traveling to the Grand Canyon and will look for Best Western to stay in. Excellent breakfast.

Checking in was fast and the rooms were warm and cozy. The hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was great to have before we hit the road. 5 stars.

For its class, this is a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is more than adequate, with a server available to keep the plates stocked with a wide variety of breakfast choices. If I'm in Winslow again, this is where I will stay.

Very rude staff. The breakfast kitchen lady made us feel like we were an imposition for her. She almost ran into us at the coffee bar, she wouldn’t let us by because she needed to empty the trash. The front desk gave us a bill for a prepaid room and then were put off that I came to the front desk to ask about it. I left a hair iron in the room and while most maids will track us down on the way out or at least call, no one bothered. Disappointing hotel and staff.

Sheets were old and had "balls", made it difficult to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was great though.

Excellent value for the price, we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Julie at the front desk — she was so helpful and gracious. Our room was large (1 bedroom suite) and very clean. We enjoyed the pool, where the pool furniture looked well kept and up to date, as well as the pool itself. The breakfast attendant was friendly and made sure breakfast stayed well stocked, especially during the busy time. She was very friendly to the guests, all smiles. We would definitely stay there again, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends!

At this price level this hotel totally impressed me. I expected a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Got it. But, I also got a good a/c whose fan stayed on all night, a window I can open to get colder air in, a very nice bed and little touches that made me feel that these guys care. Also, a bathroom air extractor and full size trash can. I got a fridge in the room and a floor-community microwave. This was totally reasonable to me. If you've been following my reviews, you know I have issues with the current hotels I've been staying. There is nothing I can point out that was negative during my stay. I'd like to give them a 4.5, but I can't here. Also, with easy access to I-40 and to Flying J fuel station without being in a scary part of town. If my experience at this BW+ is typical, I might as well start staying with them. I just have 3 more chains to try (03/18).

One of my favorite stays in AZ. I travel a lot for work and have stayed here so many times over the years I can’t even count. Super comfy, clean, great staff, great breakfast. Also right across the street is a wonderful Mexican restaurant. What more can you ask for:)

The Best Western us was the cleanest, most beautifully decorated motel I have stayed in during my last 7 motel experiences. It was close to downtown and away from freeway noises. The heater/air conditioner unit was quiet. The room was immaculately clean and newly remodeled. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible with the kitchen staff continually replenishing the dishes with fresh hot food. They were helpful to clear tables as they noticed meals were finished in a very polite manner. I will stay in Best Western from now on because of this great experience.

Easy access off the highway with room to park larger vehicles. Rooms are clean and good sized. Breakfast better than average for this class of hotel. Friendly staff. Downtown historic Winslow and Standing on the Corner park just a few miles away.

The room was clean and comfortable. Needs a few more electrical outlets in my opinion. We only had 2 available without unplugging any of the various electronic devices in the room.

I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. It had all the basic amenities I needed to make my stay pleasant. The room I seemed very new and was extremely spacious. My only concern was how the showers were set up… Only partially covered with glass and the water went everywhere. Otherwise, breakfast was quick and well stocked. I've stayed here before and will likely stay here again in the future.

Employees friendly and attentive. They take that extra step. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet typical choices but everything was fresh. They even cooked the scrambled eggs in a pan not the typical microwaved of other hotels. We will be back.

This place doesn't have vending machines. We must of had a handicap room because the shower didn't have a door or a curtain. The shower head was about 6 1/2 feet or more on the shower wall. I couldn't adjust the thing, which was very frustrating. Because of this, the bathroom floor got soaked. I also want to make note that the bath mat was wet and folded up when we checked in. The tube of body lotion had been used and not replaced. I threw it away! I will NOT be going back.

Clean and comfortable. And after being on the road for seven days, this was the best breakfast we've had. The scrambled eggs were slightly browned (excellent), sausage patties with hot, make your own pancakes, fresh fruit, mixed fruit, mixing your own fruit yogurt. What's not to love? Definitely better than your "typical" Motel breakfast!

Great place, staff was very accommodating. Had to leave before breakfast was out, but they did have the coffee going. Will stay again when in Winslow.

Was very nice hotel they had a good selection for breakfast he had an indoor pool and gym it was one of the nicest places in Winslow the staff was amazing super nice very friendly and helpful I felt very comfortable there I slept like a baby.

The room was comfortable it had a strange smell like maybe old cologne. The window did open which was nice. The breakfast wasn't anything to brag about but was ok.

Very low presure in showers and sink, focets outputs more of a extremely hot water even when you have Umar halfway. Clean, neat place that's what I care about, nice employees, Goodluck.

So we checked in to the best western Inn in Winslows az I noticed that the toilet was not flushing properly so I asked my hunny to let the front desk know. They gave him a bucket and a plunger and sent him on his way to fix it… What kind of service is this? He also went down and asked for salt lady at the front said there is some out there in diningroom. He couldnt find it so gave up… What kind of customer service is this? If I wanted to plunge my own toilet I wouldnt have spent 110 dollars to do it… Its a shame because its a nice hotel. We arent hard to please, but handing me a plunger and a disgusting bucket to plunge my own toilet… Really…

A place to rest your neck… clean and nice pool.

The room was clean, spacious. Well worth a good review. The Staff was excellent. I came to breakfast late, and they made sure my family had all we needed, and cooked fresh eggs. The overall experience was excellent.

I had to stop in Winslow due to a snow storm so I picked the hotel with the highest ratings. The hotel was under a renovation and appeared to be nice from the outside and lobby. The front desk employee was nice but my room was mediocre. It looked like it was supposed to be a double queen but there was only 1 bed and a big empty space where another bed was supposed to go. I took a shower and the tub didn't drain well at all. It looked like they changed out the shower head and bathroom accessories but didn't patch the holes well then slapped a coat of paint over it. Overall my stay was average. Definitely not worth $99 a night.

Our family, plus our dog slept here for the night. I was very impressed by the staff. Very friendly. Helpful and courteous individuals. The rooms are very nice and clean. Prices are very reasonable as well, plus its pet friendly for a cheap price! The breakfast was great. I must say they had the best coffee! The overall appearance of this hotel is great! If your looking to stay in Winslow, Az. The Best Western it is! Best hotel in town.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. The photos online are recent and 100% accurate. This place was much cheaper and nicer than the place I had planned to stay at in Flagstaff. I will be returning with the family this August and will definitely be stopping here again. UPDATE: This is now the 4th time I have stayed here in the last two years. I have worked in a four star, five diamond (Mobil stars, and AAA diamonds) hotel, and have been very fortunate to stay in a handful of similarly rated establishments. I can tell you with no amount of hesitation that the friendliness, attention to detail, and the overall commitment to making our stay wonderful was on par with any of the luxury hotels that I have stayed in. I stayed in 4 Best Western hotels during a drive from Mountain View, CA to Chapel Hill, NC and I wish that the other 3 stays were as nice as our stop in Winslow, AZ. I hope this praise reaches the staff there so that they will know that their hard work (I have done it, and it isn't easy) is not unnoticed and unappreciated. A note on the town in general, I have stopped there 4 times on cross country drives and everywhere I go there I have always gotten the absolute best customer service. I asked the front desk clerk at the hotel if there was something in the water that makes the teenagers at the local fast-food places polite.

People are wonderful! Rooms are large, average prices, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, but a little cramped. I understand they are continuing with renovations, but very accommodating. Right off I-40 so very convenient. Would stay here next time through the area.

Great service and very clean, modern rooms. The rooms have a fridge, flat screen TV and even organic soaps and lotion. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. The location is ideal. Just off the interstate, but far enough away from the action that you don't hear the cars. Only complaint was the crying baby in the room next to us. Some thicker walls would have been nice.
