Very warm, cute and clean!

Tranquility at its finest. Loved the outdoor area with jacuzzi and fire pit. Loved my thoughtfully appointed room and delicious bed!

Great place to stay. 2 bedroom 2 bath, couch bed, full kitchen, backed up to Castle Rock. Several different properties in area are part of, Adobe Village Inn. We are in a 4plex home. The room name is Supai. We could hear kids running around in the unit above during the day but really quiet at night. We really loved this place. We will be back.

Great place for a romantic getaway.

Very quiet and the area is perfect from traffic for sure we will return circle k just a few steps away from our parking lot.

This place is beyond wonderful. Kvely setting, great room, marvelous breakfast, gracious staff, really charming.

This place is a nice property. Rooms are nice and clean except for a old stain on comforter. Breakfast was very good. I spend about 150 nights a year in hotels and wanted to try something unique on a 5 day Personel vacation. Was very disappointed after 3 nights of stay. The owners were very unfriendly and could barely get a good morning from them. First morning woke up to a cold shower and the owner told me the first morning that the water heater was being replaced, the knowingly put me in a room with a bad water heater with no apologies whatsoever. They replaced the water heater and the next morning I had a lukewarm shower. Informed the owner and he said he would look into it, the next morning I had a barely warm shower. My guess is they left the water heater on the lowest setting to save money. There were no apologies or sympathy for the bad water heater. I checked out and went to my trusty Hilton but that spent so much time in traveling, it felt wonderful. I come to Sedona quite often I will never stay at this hotel again. The rudest people I've ever Met n my travels. The front desk girl Sami was very nice at least and got a very nice good morning from her. Was a very disappointed stay.

Adobe Village Inn was perfect. The various assortment of rooms, villas and suites provide an excellent range of price and spoiling yourself and your within walking distance local activities and amenities. Whatever you choose you won't be disappointed! We've already scheduled our next stay!

Stayed this month for 3 nights. Fabulous location for hiking, gorgeous views. 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and very quiet which I value highly. Nights are lovely and dark and quiet too. Cheryl accommodated my diet and the breakfasts could not have been tastier. Garden is beautiful, hot tub was helpful after hard hikes. Recommend highly.

My daughter and I stayed here for an impromptu weekend in Sedona. I can’t express enough how adorable this place is! We felt catered to from check in to check out! It was so lovely to wake up and come downstairs to find the tables all set for a fresh, homemade breakfast! We strolled around the gardens until we were ready to sit and enjoy breakfast. Private paths lead you out to the trails. The room was cozy and comfortable! Everyone is lovely! This inn is so perfect! I will be back again and again! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona!

This place was 10/10. Stayed in the supai suite. View is unbelievable. Room was clean and quiet. Walk to bell rock trail. People were so nice. Breakfast made fresh for each person. HIGHLY recommend this place! Hated leaving Sedona in general and hated leaving this beautiful welcoming property.

Cheryl and Ron are warm and gracious hosts. The breakfasts are are 4 star quality! The grounds are surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes. The entire package made our weekend simply wonderful!

We had a fantastic time with our friends staying at in our lovely rooms in the Villa Court yard. This was our second time staying in the "Purple Lizard" and as always we enjoyed the smell of the yeast from the fresh warm bread in our room as we arrived the first day, and everyday of our stay. Having brought our own cheese and salami, we opened up a bottle of red wine and had a small feast that first afternoon. Our friends were also thrilled with their room, the "Sunset Villa" next door to us and delighted with the homemade cookies every afternoon. As always the three course breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. Sammy was an absolute delight, and managed to call us just a few minutes after our departure, to let me know that my husband had forgotten his medication. Saved us a lot of time. Overall experience was amazing. The three course complimentary breakfast was the perfect start to the day. Great views of the red rock mountains, Bell Rock trail was easily accessible before breakfast with a short and scenic drive to downtown Sedona. Would stay again!

Service was personalized and the the breakfast was very filling. I was surprised to pay an additional $25 per day at breakfast for an infant who is not eating solids. We explained that the baby would not eat breakfast and were told that he is a person. I appreciate clarification about the additional fee. We did not book the trip through Expedia. We made our reservation through World Ventures. This website did not advertise the room for Adults only.

More amazing in person than online! Immaculate room, delicious breakfast, amazing location… My favorite is the attention to every detail by the owners. If we come back to Sedona I will be staying here again.

My mom and I had little girls night, over memorial weekend. The staff was sweet, the room was relaxing and wonderful, the views were spectacular, the food was delicious! Thank you Adobe Village for giving me a beautiful little ‘time out’ that I so enjoyed. Can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely loved it here! Very different than your regular hotel stay, since this is more of a bed & breakfast. The owner, Ron, was very nice and incredibly accommodating to our food allergy. It was quiet and cozy. Everything was very clean and orderly. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here. Quiet location, trail head close by, beautiful views. Ron and his staff were wonderful hosts. Breakfast is prompt between 8-9, food was wonderful, easy location to stay, just 4-5 miles south of downtown Sedona. The pic is a view out the back of our room.

We had a great stay at the Adobe Village Inn! The owner, Steve, was wonderful and had a lot of helpful for information for us while visiting Arizona. Our room was clean and comfortable. And we had a delicious homemade breakfast the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a tremendous experience at Adobe Village Inn with Ron and Cheryl. Breakfast was delicious, our room was awesome. A lot of very nice simple touches including DVD Library, cookies in the room, and fireplaces inside and outside. Breakfast was delicious and different each day. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I stayed here on our first trip to Sedona. The accommodations were great and Ron and Cheryl were very helpful with where to go and what to do. The breakfast, wow, you’ll have to experience for yourself. Steve and Sammy were very kind and Jag adds a touch of home. Relaxing or hiking this is the place to be.

This is a great destination in Sedona. Ron and Joyce the owners are excellent hosts Very friendly and helpful and the fresh homemade breakfasts are excellent. This is much more like staying at a friend's home then just a place to stay the night. We highly recommend it.

Check in at any hour is easy and all instructions complete. I've never had a B&B (or hotel for that matter) send so many helpful hints pre-check in to assure an enjoyable stay. The rooms are cozy and charming, and the breakfast is gourmet — don't miss it. Also we met some wonderful new friends at the community table. Just lovely. We'll be back.

Great western style room with a jacuzzi! You couldn't ask for more after a day's hiking around beautiful red rocks. But you also receive a fabulous breakfast too!

The accommodations are lovely, we (my family) stayed in the supai suite for the nights of Christmas eve and Christmas day. One unfortunate incident was that on Christmas morning we arrived at breakfast at the time it was ending. The owner and his wife were 0% lenient, nothing can be taken to go. Even more than simply denying breakfast they were actually rather harsh about the matter. Lovely location and shelter, but don't plan on any sort of extra hospitality if your party ever warrants exceptions (two of my family members have brain injuries). It's understandable they don't want the extra nuisance, ma and pa sort of bed and breakfast, not very much extra staff, not like a residence inn where a breakfast buffet lasts an hour longer than scheduled.

It was a very good experience for me and my wife. The room was clean and beautiful. The bathroom was amazing and fun. The food was that of a 5 start hotel and the view was fantastic. It was quiet and close to the city life. The bed was like laying on a cloud. If you are looking at a romantic getaway this is the place.

Awesome place to stay the views from our back patio were spectacular, staff was warm and friendly, breakfast was like being at home if not better. Best of all if you enjoy the outdoors and history there is a lot to see around here.

This Bed and Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was amazing! My husband and I will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I we're overnight guests in the Painted Desert room. Overall we found the stay enjoyable however there were a couple things that would be good to mention. The pillows on our bed were a bit flat, it was hard to find a comfortable mix as one was too little and two too many. And the temperature of the room was incredibly cold and unchangeable on the thermostat. Just a couple minor things.

Great spot to get to hiking trails quickly. Also amazing breakfasts.

A little dated but the breakfast was great and lots of good hiking maps available. I'd stay again. You can walk to Bell Rock trails which was convenient.

My hubby and I stayed in the Purple Lizard Room for 2 nights, whoa what a room. Great view with breakfast served. The open fireplace with the jetted tub was a perfect way to end the nights.
We will be returning for sure!

We absolutely loved this place. It was extremely clean. The room was large and comfortable. Ron was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing. The surrounding grounds are beautifully landscaped and made us feel so relaxed. We'll be back!

My husband and I spent five nights at Adobe Village Inn in Sedona for our anniversary, in the Sundance room. Our stay at this B&B was fantastic. The grounds and views were beautiful, and we spent some time every evening with wine on the balcony enjoying them. I swear, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The breakfast every morning was amazing. They took into account my husband’s dietary restrictions, making sure that he could enjoy every part of the meal. They remembered these restrictions from the note I made on the reservation when booking alone — I actually completely forgot about even noting it until breakfast the first morning. The dietary restrictions are new, and I forgot to mention them explicitly when we checked in the evening before. At breakfast I felt terrible because, having forgot to mention it to them, I assumed they would have forgotten about them as well. However, when I brought it up they were very understanding and I found they had remembered after all! They walked us through what was being served, and the substitutions made. They were wonderful for our stay.

Hin and torn. With great attention to detail, this bed 'n breakfast is furnished but sure in the years come. The prices are very high: $699 for 3 nights is already a proud price. Breakfast is served as 3 course menu, however, has the disadvantage that you get for example no toast or scrambled eggs. There's always a homemade muffin, fruits and different prepared egg dishes. Views are fantastic and the location very quiet.

We stayed in their least expensive room, The Southwest Room. This Inn was a great location in relation to Sedona. It was really quaint and adorable inside too. The breakfasts were a fun treat to wake up to each day too since they always had different foods from what I normally eat (homemade muffins, corn cakes, baked fruits, warm breads, etc). Our room was cozy: it had a mini balcony with a view, spa robes, a comfy bed, homemade cookies on our bed each night, and a wood burning fireplace (we had to buy the wood ourselves and there were no fireplace tools — we asked). However, the room decor needed updating and the carpeting needed to be replaced. The jetted bathtub was scurvy and there is no way I'd ever take a bath in it. The inn keepers were pleasant; not your typical hospitality people who are super talkative and dinging themselves to help you out. The guy is way more social than his wife. Overall, we had a great few days at this Inn and would recommend it to others.
