I just have to say thank you to the GM Emily, The amazing House Keeper Wendy, and Anna who worked the front desk. The staff and clean amazing rooms will definitely have me and my family Coming back again the staff went above and beyond during our stay there. And always made sure we were all comfortable and happy greeted us with such lovely smiles Thank You.

The place is very very clean but it is old. Hair dryer did not work.

VERY FRUSTRATING! Arrive at 4:00 with a confirmation # from reservation I made over the phone. To be turned away, could not find my reservation & sold out. Only gave 1 star because I had to.

I have no complaints! The room was clean, the bed and pillows just perfect, and friendly staff! There are two BBQ grills by the pool and a hot breakfast in the morning. I will be staying here again!

Really an 0asis for us. Front desk people were friendly. Accomdated our need to work on our truck. Breakfast gal was super nice. Highly recommend.

It was nice. Beds were soft and lots of space. Location was good. Easy to access restaurants and freeway.

Front desk fellow was being overwhelmed when I arrived, and I added to it! but he handled it all very well, he's a keeper. Room was clean, but showing a little wear here and there, a nice room, like the little frig and microwave, also the coffee pot are great. I stay here whenever am in the area.

Eh, kinda reminded me of a Motel 6 but, the room was bigger. A bit run down as my room had water damage to the bathroom ceiling and a poor repair job was attempted. I can't say it was the cleanest room either. They do have a lovely courtyard and a friendly staff but, it's what you would expect for about 60 bucks a night, minus the water damage.

I stayed in room 130 at this hotel March 13-15, 2018. The room had a broken refrigerator, filthy top cover on my bed, a black ring of filth in the bathtub. The pool has screw heads sticking up at the bottom creating a sharp hazard. During our second morning, the hotel lost water pressure. We had no hot water the entire morning and lost water pressure off/on throughout the morning. Water is a hotel basic and it was not available. The GM did not bother to inform guests and was offended that I asked why we weren't informed. This hotel is filthy and not worth a stay. Please go stay somewhere else until this hotel can get its act together from a deep cleaning to hiring staff who care about guests.

Great room. Clean. Good breakfast and coffee. Very reasonable pet fees. Very friendly and helpful staff. The check in time was 3pm not 2pm.

Amazing time! Feel so rested! Highly recommend! 11 Stars is my rating. From the Front desk to Housekeeping, just Superb service. Breakfast was really good. Friendly atmospheres all around. Will come back again. Thank you.

Nice, well kept hotel. Staff is great, breakfast was great and the rooms are great, price was great as well. Easy to find location, as we are from Indiana and are not familiar with area. Pet friendly and pet fee is not sky high! Not one of those noisy places where you hear people through the walls all night! Definitely would stay here again.

Good accommodations, clean, bed was comfortable, good convenient location right across from banner casa grande hospital, nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi area, complimentary breakfast served until 9:30am, rooms have microwave and mini fridge, fast easy checkin and checkout. No problems, would recommend it and will stay here again.

The beds were so comfty. The room was clean. The shower was a little cool. Great free breakfast… friendly staff. Well lit parking lot. Goodbye motel 6. We found Quality Inn.

BED BUGS in room 216 — Don't sleep run! When I complained to the lobby clerk, I was told I could stay or I could leave but they wouldn't be changing my room for another one. The clerk did not even seem surprised by the complaint of bugs in the bed. If you must stay here, ask to check your room, before you check in and look at the bedding (sheets) to assure there are no bugs.

Very good value for the cost. Accommodations were good and excellent breakfast choices. The front desk is very accommodating and helpful.

Comfortable room and bed. Pool could have been maintained better. No one likes a green pool. Breakfast offerings are better than expected and a nice workout room, as well.

It is wonderful, a spectacular pool green areas, family 100% a qualified service. And I expect the Yummy yummy breakfast.

I opede there for a few hours to sleep late at night, the hotel is average quality and has free continental breakfast. New folders throughout the lobby hallways and rooms.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Decent decor and the A/C worked well. Free coffee in the morning in lobby… a tad pricey I thought but overall good experience.

Staff was awesome. Went out of their way to see to it I was comfortable… clean rooms linens comfortable beds … would definitely recommend staying here.

6:45 AM shower, water never got warm. Room was nice otherwise, fair price, good breakfast.

I was so disappointed with my stay here on Jan. 11, 2016! I asked to have a late check out on a Tuesday until 1:00. The place was empty and certainly plenty of vacancy for the next night. I was bluntly told no. When asked what they would charge for the extra hour, I was told that I would have to pay for another night. Twice the cleaning lady came to the door and then the manager Charlene. All before 11… just ensuring that I'd be out by noon. This is nowhere near a Best a Western Plus motel. I told them I would be writing a review, and they really didn't care. Think twice before you stay here!

God help you if you book the wrong date two days early. Flexible? NO! Accommodating? NO! I just booked two nights for the price of three as they refuse to be even slightly accommodating in any way. And when I called the manager and was very polite to see if they could help I felt as if I were being scolded. Seriously, he just bullied me and ran over me on the phone. My wife did not realize I had just called and called the hotel a few minutes later and the manager YELLED at her over the phone and then hung up on her. So, go somewhere else, anywhere else. There are several other hotels in the area and for a few dollars more you can stay at a real hotel where you are not treated, let us say, shabbily… And that is being generous.

The good: Front desk staff and housekeepers very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location, close to several restaurants and shopping. The BAD: Bathroom in room 227 extremely dirty. Toilet bowl was not scrubbed clean before I checked in and was not cleaned during my stay. Toilet rim was not cleaned before I checked in and not cleaned during my stay… GROSS. Bathroom sink and faucet were dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty (spots). Towels were stained. It appeared as though carpet edges had not been vacuumed in months or maybe years. One of the pens on the desk had been used to stir coffee and was sticky and dirty. The bed was sloppily made when I checked in and during my stay. It's obvious to me housekeepers are not held accountable for their work. I doubt rooms are inspected very often or maybe ever. Now to the grounds. Trash receptacles were overflowing with trash. During my stay they were never emptied. As a result papers and other trash was all over the place. Finally the lobby. Dust every where especially under the lobby furniture. Papers left laying around from the day before. Baseboards throughout the lobby were dusty and dirty. Restrooms were dirty and always smelled bad. So unless there is a drastic change I will never stay here again. The local realtor I am working with to purchase a home in Casa Grande recommended the Best Western CG to me and other clients. When I told her of my experience she will now recommend her clients to other hotels in town.

2 words… Bed bugs! And let's not forget about dear ol' Gary the manager… Rudest must unprofessional person I've ever encountered! If you bring a problem to him, his solution is simple… He will just kick you out of his hotel. Worst customer service ever!

PLEASE PLEASE READ! DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! Actually I give it a big FAT ZERO! PLEASE I advice anyone who's looking for a good place to stay I PROMISE THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE! The manager Gary is the most unprofessional person I know. How can they have this man running a place like this. I actually took a friend and her 3 daughter's there to be safe from harms way. We get to the room and find that it wasn't touched! Housekeeping either didn't know that the room was filthy or they just didn't care! It was 9pm when we walked in the room. The sheets were NEVER changed. We have pictures to prove that the room was never cleaned. The trash had dirty diapers and food in them. There were no clean towels. It was gross. When the front desk was called. A night employee brought 1 set of sheets that didn't fit any of the 2 queen beds. They couldn't move her and her 3 little girls because we were told they were full. Next morning my friend who stayed in such filthy conditions stated to the front desk that she had a really dirty room. The manger Gary starts to scream at her and tells her to GET OUT! YOUR A LIAR! No she wasn't I was a witness to it all. My friend called the police but they couldn't do anything because its independently owned. He even told my friend that he wouldn't rent her another day! To just Get out and leave. I myself and politely called and asked for a corporate office number he refused to give it to me. He hung up on my 3 times.

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. The general manger was very rude.

Great all around. I'll be staying here anytime I need a room in Casa Grande, AZ.

I shouldn't even give this hole in the wall one star! That hotel was horrible, my room was infested with mosquitoes and crickets. The punk ass owner told me that he couldn't do anything about it but bring me a fly swatter and some bug spray and then he was very rude. I don't know why anyone would give this filthy place three or more stars unless they like living in these type of conditions. So I strongly advise anyone who thinks about staying at that infested hotel to think twice! I went to the Holiday Inn Express Suites which is right down the street and everything here is EXCELLENT and bug free!

This is NOT a Best Western Plus. The bed was very comfortable, with nice bedding. The room was clean, but in need of remodeling. It is way overpriced for what you get! Karen.

My wife and I stay here whenever we are in town. Excellent staff and accommodations. Staff and manager have always been very helpful and quick to solve any issue that has arisen. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place has a clean comfortable bed. Nicely maintained pool and was in the perfect location for my business trip as I was passing through Arizona.
