They where amazing. The rooms where great. Each issue I had they solved. I. E light bulb gone. The breakfast was nice and had a different option. I liked the staff. The pool was great and our door space.

The lobby was very modern and the staff was very pleasant. The hotel was neat and clean and up to Hampton standards. The only areas/things that could use work are the guestrooms and hallways. They really need updating. Maybe it's coming. The lobby is so nice to have the rest of the hotel be dated. However, again, it was very clean and neat.

This was a fast weekend getaway to watch my son's soccer game, so u didn't need much more than a room, and it delivered. Clean, orderly, basically all one would want. I knocked s star down for the breakfast and drink bar. I don't need much from a complimentary breakfast, just eggs and bacon, but the eggs were served with ham mixed in and we're too salty to eat and no bacon to speak of. The all day drink bar they talk about? It's a coffee machine (ok, a couple of them). That's it. No water, no soda, just coffee. But one doesn't come for food, and it was great in use primary service: a bed. So 4/5 it is.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. The indoor pool was refreshingly cool and the was spa soothing & relaxing. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

One of the better choices in Prescott these days. Clean rooms. Good location. Staff friendly enough. The first place we try to book when we are up there.

The front desk staff was very friendly and humorous. We LOVE the pool here! It has color changing lighting under the water in both the pool and hot tub! They also have a baby pool with a frog that spits water! An elephant sprays water in the full size pool! The hotel is gorgeous and classy!

Pretty standard Hampton Inn. Clean, easy to park, a friendly staff. Nice indoor pool if you like that sort of thing.

This visit did not have a good experience. The staff is friendly but we had some problems that were not resolved until we insisted again. That's not the kind of experience I expect from a Hilton hotel, especially being diamond level members. The room is fine, and they have indoor pool. The window only had dark curtains, it did not have the semi-transparent curtain which allowed to have privacy but light as well.

Great hotel! We spent hours in the indoor pool. Nice breakfast too. That is our go to hotel when we go to Prescott.

We loved this place. Great customer service, clean room, good and fresh breakfast, and super cute pool, especially if you have little ones. We would definitely stay again.

3 stars because they honored their 100% guarantee policy and issued a refund for our room. But, unacceptable room conditions. Floor left feet and socks black. Broken tiles in bathroom. Dirty pull out couch sheets. Otherwise, good breakfast area and lobby. Indoor pool with spa and kiddy pool we're great. Good location close to mall, Costco, and good restaurants.

Excellent pool for kids allowed me to relax and keep an eye on them. My kids loved it and very clean and well maintained.

Needs updated. Feels like the Hampton label should be removed. It sounds like the "valley" one down the street might be better. We were worried to go there, because Spokane (WA) Valley is known as the dirty part of town. After talking to some of the locals, it sounds like it is not like that at all.

Our stay was outstanding. The hotel staff excellent, accommodations could not have been better. Celebrating Christmas there was lovely. (Under name Nicholas)

I enjoyed my stay here while in town for an interview. The young ladies at the desk baked and offered fresh chocolate chip cookies to me when I dropped down for some free coffee one evening. They were very informative about the area as well. Very pleasant, definitely would recommend.

Good location. Very clean and well kept facilities. Staff was very friendly and made you feel that your happines was their main concern. Would definitely stay here again.

Traveling for work, I spend one day a week here. Always a super fast and efficient check-in, delicious breakfast offerings and extremely helpful staff. If you'll be using Wi-Fi during your stay, try to stick with rooms more centrally located. When you're further out the signal drops dramatically.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. Enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be the beds are too firm making them somewhat uncomfortable, for me anyway.

Great place! Rooms are comfortable. Directv, gym, pool, 2 Jacuzzis, breakfast and hot coffee (with flavored creamer) and tea all day. And the staff was great! Would definitely stay there again!

A very nice and comfortable place. But I couldn't go 5 stars because there was no ice maker on my (3rd) floor and the vending machine was on the fritz. Three days of riding the elevator to another floor just to chill my beverages.

Hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was above average and the coffee available in the lobby was very good. Kids enjoyed the pool. The pool has an elephant, monkey, and frog that provide water features. The pool depth is 5 feet.

Great staff, great experience, clean rooms. They even made a custom egg and cheese for us because we do not eat meat. These guys are great!

Good place. Has a nice breakfast. It's a little far from some of the attractions, but overall a nice experience.

Clean and comfy! The beds are really soft and come with plenty of pillows. The room is quite large and the bathroom is good sized. A 3/5 for breakfast but added a star for customer service. Highly recommended for those staying in PV. Only a 7 min drive to downtown Prescott.

We went here for our anniversary. We enjoyed our 2 days here. The location is perfect the customer service was the best. It was so clean and comfortable. I wish there was some add ons for our room for our anniversary. But overall it was a comfortable enjoyable experience. Breakfast each morning was yummy and hot. Only downside was the suite fireplace was a light not even a fake flame. Parking was great. Close to downtown Prescott. Very nice area and cookies and coffee after hours Yum!

This Hampton Inn was so beautiful! There's ample parking, good location, quiet. They have a nice little gym with free weights. The indoor pools are amazing and warm, throughly appreciated the 1 1/2 foot kiddie pool. They have a few random arcade style video games. There's a variety of food served for breakfast and a great coffee selection.

The room was great and the jet tub was excellent! The morning breakfast had more options than an ordinary breakfast.

We are very pleased with our stay here. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom also is clean with plenty of room. We had plenty of hot water. Wi fi is strong. The breakfast was well done and included an egg, ham, and cheese scramble, potatoes, fruit, yougurt, juices, waffles, pastries and more. The staff is friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Prescott.

This place is super nice. The pool was warm and clean. Plenty of towels. The fitness room was terrific. They have an awesome computer room. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend.

Great Experience! The staff at this location are extraordinary! They go out of the way to ensure that my family and I were more than happy. The location is nicely situated from the hustle and bustle of down town Prescott, but still close enough to enjoy it. The lobby of this facility is spectacular, with many modern additions that make the stay worth WAY more than what we paid for! Definitely make this a place to stay, as you will not be disappointed.

Very good value for the money. Very clean and well kept. Free Wi-Fi however fast enough Wi-Fi to stream video is an extra 5 dollars a day :^/

Best place to stay in Prescott! Better than some hotels in Las Vegas; I live in Vegas.

Enjoyed our week at the Hampton Inn! Outstanding and friendly service, clean and spacious rooms combined with an excellent free breakfast buffet each morning made this stay just perfect!

I accidentally scheduled my reservation for the wrong day, but Hampton would not refund my request! "Thank you for contacting Expedia about your reservation with Hampton Inn Prescott. We advocated your request with the property. Unfortunately, they have denied your request for a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. " Don't make a mistake online, it will cost you and Hampton will not have any sympathy.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn a 2 weeks ago. The hotel was nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. However there was a problem. We chose this hotel because of the internet advertised rate of $80.00, which is still posted. After checking in, we were quite surprised to find the actual cost was $122.00, 50% higher than advertised. When I questioned this difference, I was told those rooms were sold out. Since it was late and we were tired we took the room. I contacted Hilton Honors, which we were members, and was told by their representative they could do nothing about the overcharge. I am very disappointed in Hilton's customer service. I thought they may have used the extra $42.00 as a credit towards our next stay, but this was not the case. Just a caution to inquire before you decide to stay at a Hilton chain, that the price you are paying is the same as the one advertised.

My husband and I are extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness, and Hampton Inn Prescott put our minds at ease with it's high level of cleanliness. The people who work there are sincerely good people. These people treat others as they would like to be treated. Beds are firm and clean. Jacuzzi in our room was very clean and large. The television remote was easy to use, and we had so many programs to choose from. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and caters to a wide range of people likes, wants, and needs. You can feel the caring and integrity and the high standard put into everything at this establishment, without any pretentiousness.

No words to describe it! my mom and I loved it, very helpful staff, nice, caring, clean, and also very nice! expect us to come back for sure! ;).

Our stay in this hotel was nearly flawless. Rooms are clean and comfy — the bed was nicer than ours at home. Staff was friendly. Even the TV had around 100 channels to choose from! Breakfast service was well beyond "continental", and we all enjoyed the variety. The pool was the highlight of our stay in Prescott for our two year old — she loved the big elephant spitting water on daddy's head. My only complaint is the other room doors slammed pretty loud. It would seem they could do something about that. But, our next trip to Prescott will indeed include a stay in this hotel. It was as good as any we have stayed in.
