This particular Hotel has a staff that is extremely guest friendly. The staff is professional and will go out of their way to accommodate you. That alone makes this one of the best places to stay in Scottsdale. And there is a lot of competition in this resort city.

Had a fantastic Valentine’s Day dinner. Food was fantastic and service was just ask incredible.

The patio is very comfortable and has great ambiance. There are fire pits and a view of the Jumbotron from any table in the space. The food and service is exceptional, led by a very personable and professional night manager, Matt. We had a great time!

Just loved the tradition of the bagpipes playing in the courtyard at the end of the day. So memorable and fun to have music like that which such an incredible visa/backdrop. Great for non-hotel guests to just stop in for a drink also…

Met up w a friend that was at a tax conference there. Such a beautiful resort! Great staff and service.! Golf course, pool and lazy river were awesome! Outside patio w all of the fireplaces is such a great gathering place.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts I have been too. Great modern rooms and amenities and pools. The landscaping with the golf course as a backdrop is also beautiful.
My only issue is the pullout sofa beds. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that, this is a 5 star resort.

Great Thanksgiving food and a large variety of very good things to eat especially Seafood. We had a window seat looking over the golf course and really enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner and drinking champagne. — с Kristen O'Dell.

Loved loved loved this Resort! It had great amenities and extra curricular activities that were included in the resort fees and appealed to all ages of the family! I took a girls trip here but I cannot wait to go back for a family vacation or romantic weekend getaway.

Very clean resort and great friendly, polite, willing to help staff! Many family activities and adults too. Great golf courses and the pools are awesome. Lazy river is our favorite. The restaurants in the resort are great and tasty. We’ll be coming here regularly.

Mostly ok. Very busy at the pool area on the weekends. Hard to find a chair around the pool. Unable to use the room safe as it was locked. Couldn’t find a housekeeper that understood English. Gave up after three attempts. Room was fine. Noisy at night with lots of families with loud kids, but that’s not the hotels fault. I liked all the food/ dining options. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. I Prefer the convenience of a pool side room like you can get at The Scottsdale resort at McCormick ranch, with a more intimate setting.

We loved the large rooms and amount of services available at the hotel. It is also a very handy distance from downtown Scottsdale so was very handy. We were there in August so it was really hot, but there are fans everywhere and the A/C is amazing! Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for a convention and wasn’t impressed. There was no microwave in the hotel room I stayed in and the fridge was for “non-perishable items” only. I’ve never heard of a fridge that doesn’t actually keep food cold. The hotel is designed to make you spend money on food because there’s no way to preserve any. Pool bar and grill only stays open until 7pm even though the adult pool is open 24/7. The adult pool really needed to be cleaned; there was all kinds of debris in it. We had a lunch and dinner provided by the hotel and the entrée we the exact same thing for both. Chicken with rice and veggies. The chicken didn’t look like it was cooked throughly. I just personally feel it was a little overpriced. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice, but the hotel itself is not a vacation destination. Stay somewhere cheaper and save the money on food.

This is a large and beautiful resort and conference center. Everything from the pet reptiles on display to the small Waterpark is beautiful, clean, and luxurious. The view out the back not only has gorgeous landscaping, but a nice golf course to look at as well. Plenty of restaurants on the premises and special pop-up availabilities like a gourmet dessert bar in the afternoons.

Loved the pool and lazy river. Our room never got cleaned. The TV remote and refrigerator didn’t work. We paid for all three rooms but still charged our son for one room. There is no coffee shop take kids for small breakfast. Charged to park your car.

This place was fantastic. If your are in Scottsdale this is the spot to stay. Visited for a conference and had a great time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and well manicured and the food was delicious. I also want to call out the spa and exercise facilities. I travel a bit and it can be a little difficult to keep in shape for my Triathlon’s. The place offered everything to keep on track. The early mornings runs were fun and they even had a full 25 yd lap pool I took advantage of. Gym and spa area offered everything you need to stay healthy all in a pleased atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and bringing the family along.

Loved the awesome pool and lazy river. The grounds are gorgeous and the room was average. Found some old popcorn under a chair in our room when the staff was in bringing us a rollaway bed (we were not eating popcorn). Also didn’t like that the lazy river and slide close at 7. It’s literally daylight at that time so I’d didn’t quite understand. Also the family poor closes at 8. Honestly one of the main reasons we went was to enjoy the pool. I’ve stayed at other resorts in the past and they are open much later. I was really anticipating more!

A group of friends and I booked a suite for the night before independence day. The two rooms were at a surprisingly reasonable rate, but the cost of everything else goes to show where the margins are made up. Not inherently bad, but be prepared for the cost of food/drinks. Rooms were excellent, staff friendly, we largely stayed there due to the pool attractions and they were just what we were looking for. Would happily stay again, especially since Kierland is a 5 minute walk when needing to get "off campus".

It was amazing! The employees were super kind, as well the other customers. The atmosphere felt clean and fresh. The rooms were spectacular! The housekeeping were kind and understanding. They also did an amazing job cleaning! The amenities were outstanding! There's two pools, a lazy river, and a flow rider. They are all super fun! 11/10 reccomend staying here.

The property and staff were awesome! My fave Westin Property! Special shoutout to Anthony (Restaurant Manager) on the patio restaurant! Outstanding service and made our stay fabulous. Also to Michelle and Evangeline at the Nellie Cashman, superb service, Reza, Victor and Laura at the pool. Exquisite job! Already booked our November travels there! And will always stay there and that’s the reason why we are signing up for the Westin Villas on our next trip! Thank you sooooo much!

We spent a few nights here as a staycation. My fiancé enjoyed the golf courses. I enjoyed the pool and morning yoga with Sherry, she was so accommodating with all of our different levels/injuries. I have to say lunch (chicken southwest salad) out by the pool was better then the chicken salad at the Monday Cafe. Just my personal preference, the food out by the pool had more flavors. Our room was great, are only concern was we had to ask for a second robe but they delivered it pretty quick and speedy. Great resort to just walk across the street for many shops and great restaurants.

Incorrect posted hours for the spa and multiple facilities are closed for guests. Very limited dining options. They also don’t allow ride share pickup at or near the lobby.

Staff is excellent, and were very helpful in my stay for business. The conference rooms are extensive and layed out well such that none of the many events had issues with overlap. Rooms are nice, and the location on the golf course is pretty. The location is a little on the edge of Scottsdale, but there is a nearby shopping/restaurant area with plenty to do.

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful everywhere you look. Very well maintained, beautiful pools. Short walking distance to many different shopping and restaurants. The food at the hotel was also good. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful golf course, great for the more beginner type groups as the course is relatively easy compared to most AZ courses. They're great for large groups (20+ people) and have 27 holes. Bluetooth speakers inside the carts and frequent stops from the attentive cart girls. Have fun.

This resort is great. The only problem I have is with the layout. The walk from the lobby to the room with two kids is very long. It’s just not laid out well. Free activity for kids during the day. Plenty of space. They also need to get rid of the fake grass. The first day at the pool we took our shoes off and immediately burned our feet.

It's too big, I got a super remote room, they should have proximity options, or at least give them a choice. The price is excessively high so they offer even though the hotel is top quality!

Deseo is an excellent place. The food is wonderful, try the Million dollar tacos to start and finish with the chocolate cigar. Everything we had was delicious. The staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make our anniversary memorable. Took our picture and printed it in a little card and had "Happy Anniversary" added to our deserts. I highly recommend eating here. You won't be disappointed.

Overall a good 4 night stay. The property is large and very well decorated. The landscaping is also on point. Our room wasn’t in the best location as our view was the main driveway, but we didn’t book anything upgraded. Resort fee is kind of a bummer. Wish it included parking. The staff seemed nice overall. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants. The lazy river hours were shorter then we would have liked. But the adult pool being 24 hour somewhat made up for that.

We attended a work conference. A conference Services were spectacular, including fabulous food. The views at the resort are amazing. A lot of activities to do close by The Resort. There are a couple of great bars and several restaurants to choose from. The restaurants are a little pricey though. All staff was extremely friendly! The rooms were amazing, very clean. And the casino was very close by.

The best stay at any resort if my life. Everything from the rooms, to the food choices, to the patio and of course… The view. My only complaint would have been the pillows are very soft. Overly soft… But it's a price I was willing to accept. After all. Pillow firmness is a personal preference. Can't wait to go back again.

I live close by a walk over often for a meal or snack. The food and drinks are always excellent. The faculties are world class. The golf course spectacular. This is a typical Weston high-end resort experience.

This is a really nice resort! I just got back from the Agave Spa and I have to say of all the resorts and spas I have ever stayed at and received services from over the past 20 years, this massage by far was the best only due to my therapist 'Kristine'. If you ever go here, I recommend asking for her. She takes the time to get to know her clients and isn't in a rush to work on you and move to the next person. A truly amazing massage therapist with gifted hands. Thank you!

I stayed at The Villas at the Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona the week before Christmas. The weather was very pleasant for this time of year as it was in the 60's during the day and 40"s in the evening. This is a beautiful property with lots to do and see. Several great restaurants on site as well as an old fashioned outdoor chuck wagon style BBQ offered 1 evening a week and it was delicious. Several lovely pools with a very nice poolside bar as well as a poolside grill. Service was excellent throughout the Resort with staff being both helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend a trip to the Desert.

Great hotel, with extremely gracious staff. The entire facility is extremely well run. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and we'll appointed. The event we attended was catered by the hotel, and was delicious. Will definitely return again, and recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks!

Here is a great hotel. Very classy. Great views, rooms, food, staff. Yes it's going to cost you! But… It's worth it. If you golf, hike, swim, lay around the pool and jacuzzi. Bring the wife, children, boyfriend, girlfriend, mom and dad are the whole family. But bring the card.

This is one of the poshest, most elegant places here in Arizona. Golf resort there. U can do wedding ceremonies and a reception afterwards. Prices are very competitive. The service is top notch. Also since you are right next to the Kierland Square with Arizona's only REAL apple store, you are at the center of all things you need to do on Phoenix.

We had a great time at this resort. We loved our room and the facilities are great! We took advantage of the fitness room and swimming pools. It's in a great location close to a shopping mall and other outdoor adventures. It had plenty of room for our work event and they did a great job accommodating us.

Girls Vacation Success! After selecting the Westin Resort as a second choice after our flight to another destination had to be canceled, my friends and I were concerned about how much fun we would have with a last minute trip (literally, the trip was planned and booked in about an hour). We had so much fun. The resort is clean and beautiful. The lobby smells fantastic. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and professional. The staff made us feel as if we were the only guests at the resort. The amenities were perfectly suitable for our needs — the large pool, adult pool, spa, multiple bars/restaurants. We did not golf, though the course looked wonderful. The resort is located within walking distance to the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Westin provided a quick shuttle as well. Our favorite — The Rim Lobby Lounge for a quick cocktail and appetizer before dinner. Special thank you to Nick (The Rim) for proving us with recommendations for sights and must-dos while we vacationed in Scottsdale. We had a very memorable trip and highly recommend The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa!

Amazing resort. One of the best ones in the desert. Wonderful pools and environment. World class decor and service. The smells in the lobby are very inviting right as you walk in. Views from our balcony of the golf course were amazing.

Spent almost a week here for a conference, great hotel. Offers so many amenities, really loved the room service, coffee shop, and the gym was well equipped. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone greets you as you walk by and is so helpful. Definitely take advantage of the pools!

I didn't stay here, only attended a conference. The place is really nice, clean, and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. I took off a star for two reasons. One, I would've liked it if there had been more outlets available in the rooms. Secondly, I wish there was more variety of beverages than coffee and tea during the break.

Good: Nice Resort, clean beautiful and well maintained, friendly staff. Bad: Super expensive. Most restaurants are not open late, just one bar that really really over charges for some items. Think very small quesadilla for $14 that would barely feed a small child but the nachos are the same price and would be a full meal for 4 people, and other then a burger which again is the same approx. Price there isn't much of a meal option. Water park closes early too, and then the adult only pool becomes open to everyone of any age. If you plan to attend a convention/event here you won't be able to access most of their services that you are apparently paying huge amounts for because they close too early.

We had family stay overnight and we just met them at the pool, but it was really fun! Our 1 year old and two and a half year old both loved the pool, and there were lots of kids all playing. The adult area looked nice, but we obviously didn't go on. Also, the staff were super friendly and nice, helping us and answering questions quickly. Parking is expensive, which is unnecessary, but that was our only complaint. Definitely thinking of staying there after visiting the pool.

This place is wonderful, great pools, inside is beautiful. Food is good. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is at one of the restaurants in the hotel I had breakfast and didn't have that good of service. Waiter seemed to want to serve everyone except me and I'm not sure if he just saw me as one person and thought "Oh she probably won't tip very much" or what. I kept looking at him after I finished my meal and my plate had been taken up by another staff member to hint that I needed my check and he would look at me and quickly look away. Had to call at him to finally come to my table and when I said I needed the check he tried to hand it to me and walk away but I had my card ready and it seemed like I was bothering him. But hey, all in all this resort is very nice and I would come back.

Very nice and luxurious hotel, large rooms, great service, only flaw the Wi-Fi for a fee, for a hotel so I would have expected the Wi-Fi included.

Great location. Nice staff. They make you pay to get out of the parking lot… 6$ I think it was. If you don't have a credit/debit card take your parking ticket in with you so you can pay at kiosk inside. Not a big deal for most not be aware if you like to pay cash. The good was pretty good. Everything is priced premium so expect no bargains. It's a nice big venue for meetings and such. Full service support at hotel for larger gatherings and meetings. It's a nice place… Maybe not the total 1% cream is the crop… but it's really good.

Attended a family event here. But stayed at the resort villas down the street. Everyone was very nice and friendly all staff was helpful. There is a shuttle that can take you back and forth to the resort up the street and to the shopping center across the street. If you have any suggestions you can ask them for a card and put it in the box. Everything was nice just few things in room could have been a tiny tiny bit cleaner when it came to bed sheets and comforter found few spots. And the bath tub are a bit too deep. It is nice for the jacuzzi tub but it is a little small and in a odd oval shape it is little hard getting out of as well have to be careful. Also just as they have water in villa lobby they should have water in main resort lobby as well. Other than that we needed a fridge to leave a few perishable items that didn't fit in the room fridge and they were very accommodating about it. They also have very nice pool area and show movie in villa pool area at night very cool idea. Fun games around the area for kids and surf wave machine. Overall I would still recommend and hope they continue to keep the friendly and helpful staff and just keep the beds a tiny bit cleaner.

A fabulous hotel in downtown Scottsdale. The rooms are well appointed and the service is excellent. The grounds are beautiful and this is truly a resort. No need to leave the place if you don't want to. The facility has golf, swimming pools, outdoor dining and a host of other services. The onsite restaurants are excellent. I highly recommend the property.

The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa is amazing I love the food the drinks and everyone there is super nice. The employees can actually try to be as helpful as possible for you. The pools and The Lazy River or so relaxing and refreshing every time you are in it. There's even fun for the kids with the fun team being Interactive with the kids. The food is five star quality in the rooms are very exquisite.

Wonderful resort. Back patio is a great place to sit and enjoy a cocktail while the sun goes down. If you want to use the wave rider out by the pool (artificial surfing) make sure you book it in advance of your trip. I got lucky and signed up for the first session of the day but they were booked for a week after that. Plenty of space by the pool, good walking areas if youre into that. Right across the street from amazing shopping too, we walked over 4 days of the 6 we were there. Must stay here if youre in Scottsdale.

Stopped by for drinks and an appetizer. Hotel is nice. Staff is not friendly. Our waitress Erin was lousey to the point of being rude. Drinks and appetizers were good. Our table was soaking wet, when I asked the waitress what happened, her reply was oh a glass of water was spilled, what can I get you to drink? You think maybe a towel to dry the table and menus? She took our order, left, waited on another table. Finally brought our drinks and a towel which she threw on the table. Always remember one thing in the service business, you can rude as you choose, but I choose you tip.

Loved the hotel. It was beautiful, clean, the grounds were absolutely gorgeous, and the pool was awesome. The front desk was a little snooty, unwelcoming, and unhelpful which left a bad taste in my mouth, but the rest of the staff was pleasant.

I know this is a beautiful resort and I have been dying to stay here but they are NOT family friendly. They say they love kids but when I tried to book a room with my husband and three kids they would NOT allow it. They do NOT permit cribs I. The suites/rooms! I know that sounds shocking for a 5 star resort but I tried online the. The 1800 number and then a reservation person from the actual hotel and their words are "the rooms are NoT amenable to cribs. So his is a great place for only adults and up to one child if they are NOT babies. I am so shocked. I could not make a reservation hey turned me down because I needed a crib for my 2 year old. What kind of 5 start resort hotel is this?!?

The views outside of the rooms are amazing. The service is great as well and the food is fantastic. The rooms are very nice and they have nice paintings all over the place. The decor is very nice too all over the resort.

Very poor experience. I stayed at the villas on a prior trip and for the Westin To call them villas borders on fraudulent. This trip I booked a Grand Deluxe room. Upon check in, Amy was my receptionist. She gave me a very difficult time at check in and I asked for a manager. My rate was over 600.00/ night. They assigned me a room next to the elevator and ice machine. This could be the most over rated and over priced property I have ever stated in… And I have done business in 100 countries over a 35 year period. I wil not return.

Family member was going to conference — staff is accommodating but the place is a touch too large to run perfectly efficiently. Good pool area for kids, not great on campus dining for kids (unless you spend $$). Location is fine, very suburban but easy to get to.

Friendly staff at checkin. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Beautiful grounds with views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Pool areas were well done including and adult pool and an adventure poil for the kids which even included a lazy river. The grill at the clubhouse (Brittlebrush I think) was the best food that we tried while staying there. Great southwestern atmosphere and food to match with a friendly and attentive wait staff.

Great property. Really enjoyed our time at the Rim Bar. The head bartender was awesome. Really made our dinner enjoyable. Great personality and service. Thanks for the great service and experience Nick!

We visited the scotch library and had a great discussion with one odd the ambassadors named Guy. We would definitely go back. Though it is not really the place where you can easily see a scotch menu and simply place an order. That said they can accommodate such a request, you just have to be paired for it to be a 'special' request.

The Westin's commitment to recycling is a fraud! My wife and I, and our three adult kids and their families, all are conscientious in our homes about recycling. We were therefore pleased, when we checked in for five nights at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa to see that our room had a blue recycling bin in addition to a garbage bin next to the desk. I expect all the over 700 rooms in this large convention hotel are similarly equipped. One day when I was working in the room when it was being serviced by housekeeping, I picked up the almost full recycling bin and took it to the service cart in the hallway. I was told I could empty it into a large clear plastic bag hanging on the service cart. I returned a minute later with the garbage bin and was told to throw the garbage into the same clear plastic bag. The careful separation we had done between garbage and what could be recycled was thus undone! I checked other housekeeping carts. They were all equipped with only one large plastic bag for all the refuse. My wife and I spoke to a couple of hotel employees. They acknowledged that they were aware of the problem and said they would pass our complaint up the line. It would be honest if they had only one garbage bin in the room. To have a recycling bin and then combine the two into one when they are emptied strikes me as dishonest and fraudulent. Come on Westin! You can do better. Aside from this, we found the Westin to be a perfectly acceptable convention hotel.

Wow. That's all I can say for our experience so far at The Westin Keirland in Scottsdale. Our bellman, Jordan, went above and beyond when he found out that we were less than excited about our initial room (it was probably a mile walk from the nearest elevator). Not only did he find us a new room that was closer, he ran down to get our new keys and came back with beers on ice and chips and salsa! Along with the goodies was a hand written card. I didn't actually stay there but we spent the last hours Christmas at one of their bars. More on the expensive side but had one of the best burgers there. To make the night even nicer, they had an awesome light show with a firepit to make smores. Definitely was a fantastic Christmas spent! Will be visiting again soon.

We had our Christmas party at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa and found it luxurious and inviting. The nightlife on the weekend was festive and the staff was very attentive and helpful. A very elegant layout and would definitely recommend to others.

The property is located perfectly next to high end shopping and great food choices in walking distance. The property offers substantial discounts when you show your key. It is a great property with great people.

Attended a conference here so was obliged to stay… it's a vast, purpose-built conference centre and golf resort. Kind of lacks in character but is comfortable enough and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are large with comfy beds but the fridge, plumbing and ice machines are really noisy. Also the restaurants /cafes are really expensive for what you get — better to walk across the roas to the shopping complex for normal prices! Spa incurred a charge.

Amazing location. Lazy river and swimming pool. Thats quite a combination. Golf course in the back yard. Good service. I have food restrictions. They sent over a microwave oven. Really thoughtful.

If you need a relaxing vacation, even with the kids, this is the place to go. The lazy river is the perfect place to unwind.

My 1 month old baby was asleep on the bed when she started screaming so I came in from the balcony and there she is with a gigantic roach on her chest. I called management and security showed up with a can of Raid. We decided to leave and security escorted us out as if we did something wrong. They also still charged us and didn't care or even show a shred of human curtesy for my infant. My newborn was accosted and all they wanted to know is how we would like the bill.

Had a great staycation. For friendly and the kids club was excellent with the kids. The events on the Fourth of July weekend are great.

Great hotel, perfect location. Fantastic hotel really nice staff Great location and superbly clean. I stayed in a handicapped room which was very nice. They're really nice and not to the point of being pretentious, either! The Rooms are wonderful and clean. So I don't know why other people complain about this hotel? when there is nothing to complain about when I stayed there. Room was beautiful and very good service. I am going stay there again! Staff is beyond helpful, courteous and kind. The hotel is not to far from phoenix, a ton of restaurants, bars, shopping centers nearby. Hotel was immaculately clean, generous with towels, bath products etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Enjoy the ambiance. Best hotel for out of towners — looking for a great place to rest their head at night. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from.

I never been to this resort, I don't care if they serve Uni sushi for breakfast for free, none of that matters all im here to say is that I love my wife Madison. Have a good day. Lel.

Sets up really well for kids and babies. Pool with a sandy beach area and gradual slope entry, lazy river and water slide, 4 (? ) restaurants with crayons to color at each, tons of space to run around, planned activities and 'pj party' service so mom and dad can enjoy dinner on their own. Plus all kinds of golf on-site and nearby.

Great resort but they should really, really consider free Wi-Fi. Being here for leisure, I wouldn't care, but I'm here for a conference and it is really frustrating.

Super comfy beds and the pools are fabulous! Shuttle buses and drivers were excellent! Only negative was that they charge $25 a day resort fee if you want to use workout room and use Wi Fi. I was just charged it — no one asked if I needed it. Drinks were very pricey as was breakfast but if you go be sure to have the buffet breakfast — it was amazing! pricey but worth every penny.

An absolutely amazing resort! To sum it up, Great food options, Great service, Amazing pool for adults and lazy river! YES LAZY RIVER! Water slide was fun although I think it could be cleaned a bit more often. Cabana's were really a great option and the bar on the first floor was really a blast! Do expect me to visit here again.

We were going to spend the day and night for a staycation with our kids. The pool was like being at the worst possible spring break destination; drunks were everywhere, drinks were lying around the kid's pool and vomit all over the floor in the bathroom. As the afternoon progressed, but about 5 pm, we fled and ended up not staying over night. If you have little kids, or do not enjoy watching people get drunk.

"jose"concierge guy got tipped for pulling up my car cool great. Then I get back at 4am im waiting in my car about 15 mins no one is outside and to make matters worse same guy who had helped me earlier gets the nerve to ask me " okay. What can I help you with? with a very bold attitude. Hmmm well my car sorry to bug you wow bold to ask a stupid question when I believe im the guest im not here to make sure his stay is going well im here to enjoy my stay as a paying customer. "jose is very rude for this hotel the rest are great. Front desk wonderful everyone was great except this jose guy. And guest should come first here when it comes to getting there cars valeted not having taxis blocking guest from being noticed sitting there just chatting it up this isnt oldtown.

Great place to stay, our daughter loved the slide at the pool. Staff was awesome, concierge service great. I knock things down a star due to: 1. Not enough potty's for the kids 2. Porch has no screen, which means birds and bird poop on furniture. While they cleaned this up when asked, seems a screen would make life easier for all. 3. Kiddie pool needs to be cleaned and refilled more often 4. Dishwashers in the rooms are LOUD 5. Getting in and out of tub for short people/kids is hard 6. Patrol pool area more often to clean things up.
