This hotel was a hidden gem. Everything from the staff and location to the free breakfast were perfect for our nice little getaway. If your looking for a great place to stay check this place out!

Great place to stay. We've been there twice for pre-surgery stay. Great staff. Good breakfast.

George, Sherri and Breakfast attendant all very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had Waffles, Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, Sausage Links, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit. Afternoon Cookies, Lobby iced Water and Water Bottle Welcome appreciated.

The set up and rooms seemed clean and functional. Front desk clerk and lobby area were nice. I would recommend if you are looking to stay at a place in the Scottsdale Quarter that isn't trying to take all your money!

Such a great experience. My husband called to let a staff member, Shay, know it was our anniversary, and she went out and grabbed a bottle of wine and treats for my room from him to surprise me. George is wonderful too, so caring with customer service.

Everything was great. Highly recommended. Staff helpful, rooms clean. Strong Wi-Fi signal (free). Complementary breakfast was better than most with eggs bacon sausag waffles fruit yogurt juice coffee little packs of instant oatmeal. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. We had a great stay and will stay here again.

Over priced for such a small room. There is no way that room should have a rack rate of $699 for one adult and $799 for two adults. The maintenance schedule for the property had someone mowing the very little grass they had at 5:30 in the morning. Many of the signs on the building were missing approximately half of the lettering making the signs extremely difficult to read. The staff were intensive but not friendly. Not a horrible experience, but not worth the price paid either. The breakfast was the best part, and it was a little dry.

The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that this isn't the most fancy hotel. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong. They have the most caring staff (George) really really stands out but everyone is excellent in customer service! Good breakfast (free) with many choices, cookies or fruit, veggies and cheese and crackers for snacks in the afternoon. Pool and gym available. Plenty of parking and about 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic Phoenix.

The hotel was very well kept. It is always nice to have breakfast included, however, there was a terrific array of restaurant options and amazing shopping nearby at the Promenade and a CVS across the driveway. The staff was always smiling and helpful despite the VERY busy President's Day holiday weekend. I was specifically impressed by the attentiveness and conscientiousness of the staff. A guest mistakenly awakened me at 1:30 in the morning. When I awoke again that morning ;) I was greeted by a hand signed, personalized apology note and Starbucks gift card placed under the door from a staff member — — Wow! I was surprised in that I had not called to complain or mention this to anyone such that there would be no particular reason for the staff to be on alert or on notice for an unhappy guest. I only wish I could decipher the signature as I'd be thanking the staff member by name. I highly recommend.

Stayed here on a business trip. Was nice. Breakfast was good, room was nice and clean. People were really friendly and attentive. Would certainly stay again!

Room is small. Internet is very week. Really 4 days had trouble in spite of personally going to complain at the reception center, and even desk women also could not solve the issue. Too bad to take care of customers need. so on the whole service is worst.

This hotel is not what I knew but there were a few friends of mine and stayed there, is in a good place and is very comfortable and nice and apart are very friendly, and above all the breakfast I recommend it.

The hotel and the rooms are clean. The location is good. The continental breakfast was good. The Mayo rate was excellent. The front desk person that checked me in was extremely nice and even got me in a little early. This was my second time here for my Mayo check up and I will plan on staying here again in the future!

I had originally given this hotel 4 stars. It is being dropped to 1 star due to the fact that the hotel does a room entry every 3 days wether you approve of it or not. When I confronted the concierge about this I was told "It's Arizona policy" which is not true. I stay in hotels 20 days out every 30 and have never heard this before. I value my privacy and security and being told that will be violated 3 times during my stay is unacceptable to me.

Great staff, well maintained property, nice and quiet. The pool and spa are nice and breakfast was great!

The rooms are clean but small. Workout room needed to be aired out. Service was great. Breakfast ok, better than nothing.

This hotel is excellent, tucked away off a major intersection without road noise it was clean, comfortable, safe and the staff was exceptional. Very easy access to the 101 for a trip to Flagstaff or Sedona, the west side of Phoenix, south to Mesa or the airport. The highlight of my stay was a young lady who greeted me upon my arrival and throughout, with true western hospitality and a warm smile. I would learn over the next several days she was a college student also working full time in the day and/or evenings to accommodate her academic schedule. Jazmine, you are an inspiration, thank you.

Fatima and Katrice are so great. Excellent customer service skills from the entire staff. They really care about your comfort and needs at this location. Everything superb. Clean room super comfortable bed awesome breakfast!

Nice hotel for the price. Lobby was decorated for Halloween and was adorable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and great. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I love the Sleep Inn! Dennis the evening front desk clerk is amazing! He is so fun and Accommodating and friendly! He told me he was not going to be on weekends anymore that made me sad but management don't put him back there if he doesn't want to be. Lol the continental breakfast are amazing! There are so many choices. The rooms are always spotless and very comfortable. I always look forward to our stay there! And we will certainly be back again!

Everything would be wonderful at this hotel if not for a very cruel General Manager who will not hesitate to throw you out even if you are a cancer patient waiting for treatment at the Mayo Clinic. Eric is young and needs a considerable amount of training in compassion and customer service to be an effective manager. The rest of the staff are wonderful. Sad the conditions they have to work under though and that Eric is allowed to get away with his cruel and unjust behavior.

Wow, great accommodation and service for the price. Enjoyed the special touches, like the free hot breakfast, free wireless, complimentary shuttle and take a book leave a book library. Thanks to the friendly staff members. A great deal, we would definitely stay there again.

This is one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have ever had. Not an overly large hotel, but it has all the extras it needs. The rooms are bright and comfortable even tho they are a little smaller than some. Each room has a frig and microwave, with a nice 42" flat screen tv. The lobby is small, but so comfy with yummy cookies available all the time as are the complimentary coffee, tea and juices. The staff is professional but friendly, and a shuttle is available to take you to any of the many restaurants or shopping within 5 miles! The area is very nice and easy to get anywhere. Above everything else, this hotel is clean from top to bottom. The rooms, the hallways, the pool area, the workout area and even the small laundry room are all spotless! I recommend this one highly, and will definitely stay again.
