Even whilst undergoing renovations, they still bring their A game. As a Spire Elite member with IHG, I can definitely attest to their skill, service and accommodations.

Nice clean place to stay. Just need the pool open up.

Even though every piece of gym equipment was broken but 3 one I got on fell off immediately and landed on my back hit my head on the metal. Other than tbe gym being a pos. Its a great hotel. I would give it 5bstars but bc of gym I just cant.

It was a truly great experience! The set up for my baby shower was one for the books! The meeting rooms space was more than enough for my big family! Would recommend them for future events!

This has been a really nice hotel so far we were temporarily out of our home during construction and all the amenities and everything felt like we were right at home pet friendly we had our dogs and two of our cats there and anytime we walked her dogs outside everybody was very friendly and greeted them like they were their own pet.

Shocked by the complementary laundry, popcorn in the room, free breakfast too.

I only booked this hotel because online it said that the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle. I figured I would use it to go to the airport. There was no shuttle. I had to get myself an uber. The rooms are very outdated. They need a major upgrade. Morning breakfast is basic. Nothing special. Very dissatisfied.

Wifi is very slow and intermittent. Other than that, the bed is comfy and the pool is nice. Basic hotel room.

Nice hotel close to Westdale and Cardinal staidum. Rooms are clean and there are amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Rates were reasonable and front desk staff was very helpful.

Clean place, friendly staff, only hotel we've ever stayed in that had a social hour like a free happy hour with very good food. Nice pool and fitness room.

Avoid this place if you dont want your property stolen and feel violated! stayed here may 24-27. At check-in I asked the front desk if I had to worry about any crime or thievery for my yamaha waverunners. I was informed by the employee that they would get stolen, but that I didn't hear that from him because he was afraid of losing his job. I should've listened and walked away. I ignored it because of its proximity to the Westagate center (Phoenix cardinals stadium). Thought it would still be safe. During my last night stay, I woke up at 7am to find my trailer, jetskis were stolen, $30, 000 value. The criminals had to use a grinder to cut my lock on the trailer in order to steal it. I called 911, & I formed the front desk. I asked about security cameras and front desk said they had none on the exterior of the building. Front desk also said that they hired a security company to patrol the premises but security didn't check on the night my property was stolen. I then informed front desk that that was odd because myself and my 16 yr old son saw a security vehicle patrolling at 12 AM. Front desk had no response to it but he will check with management. I asked other employees that worked there and they feel it was an inside job and that it's been going on for more than a month. Avoid this place if you dont want your property stolen and feel violated!

Great place to stay if you have softball tournament kitchen was a plus.

Nice double room allowing for family to spread out a little bit. Full kitchen which is a great cost saver versus eating out. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, nice pool.

This place has a lovely and very quiet room. The staff are quite accommodating, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The pool is nice and the workout facility is certainly as much as you need to just touch things up :-) I'm here on business, so I don't get to spend much time at the hotel, but I recommend it completely.

The rooms and hotel overall was nice. I wish they had adult only hours for the pool and spa because they were always swarming with kids. They share the pool with the holiday inn right next door so it is VERY crowded.

Location, location, location the hotel is close to everything Cabela's, Native grill and wings restaurant, shopping it's all walking distance.
We've stayed here a few times at different times of the year and have always enjoyed our stays. 1) they have a huge pool to just lounge around in. 2) they always have a full breakfast in the morning 3) clean restrooms in the lobby.
4) their room are very generous in size they are made for short and long term stays.
5) the staff at the front desk are always friendly. Will be back for sure.

Great location, within walking distance to a lot of places anywhere else is a very short car ride. The rooms are a bit dated, but what they lack in looks, it's made up in the great service, and great location. Overall, I would definitely stay here again especially if the rates were a bit lower.

Great location, good amenities. Door knob to bathroom broken but in hood dhape otherwise. Not inexpensive.

The room was very spacious. There was a kitchenette with all the stuff you would need. It was very clean and the front desk associates were friendly and super helpful! I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Great place to stay. We have been hear a month the staff is so friendly. When I needed something or something needed to be they were very prompt and getting it done and taken care of what a great staff. Adding to my review I've been here for 2 months now getting ready to check out the stay here has been great. The front desk staff housekeeping Food Service workers has been some of the most Pleasant and great people to spend the last 2 months with I'd like to thank everybody on staff for making my stay Pleasant in this inconvenient time. I can I would recommend this place to anyone he's looking to stay for a weekend or stay for an extended time.

Excellent rooms and friendly service. Weekday social meals in the evening is a nice touch. Constant coffee access is a major plus.

Ok hotel. Ends up being a looooong walk to the Gila river arena. The biggest problem is the bed was very small. Supposed to be a queen size, but it was a full sized bed. Staff was nice.

This place is awsome! Nice cozy beds, modern appliances, LG TV's in all the rooms. Kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes amd they provide dishwasher and regular dish detergent. The pool was very nice and warm with a waterfall. The pool ranges from 3 to 5 feets. Hot tub huge also. Anytime you are in Glendale/Phoenix I recommend you stay here.

The suit I stayed in was very nice. Clean from top to bottom (I checked) the room had a very nice kitchenette, they also provide cups and glasses of different styles, bowls, plates and utensils (pots and pans to use on a two burner stove) just as if you were home. You can wash all the dishes with the provided dish washer or by hand, they provide both detergents. The bathroom was nice. The only thing that did stand out was the door slightly rubbed the front of the toilet as if they remodeled and made the doors to wide? Comfortable bed, had a hideaway bed as well. All around great room for the nights I spent at Staybridge.

Well kept & Clean! Been here for business seminar & Loved it. Massive. FREE Laundry. We're talking 9 or 10 Washers and matching Dryers Close to freeway & Cardinals Entertainment District. Free Breakfast. Well staffed & managed. Everyone was nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend everybody I know to do the same.

The building is great and the rooms are quite nice. Breakfast every morning is your standard "hot" hotel breakfast fare with eggs, sausage or bacon on alternating mornings, a waffle maker, various juices or coffee, bagels, toast, cereals, and fruit. They offer beer, wine, and light dinner fare Monday through Wednesday which is pretty tastey and is convenient if you don't want to go anywhere when you get back to the hotel those evenings. I took two stars off for a couple of reasons. The first is the TV. Some channels come in crystal clear but the majority are so fuzzy they are barely watchable. When I informed the front desk my first night here they sent maintenance to "fix" the problem. They guy showed up within five minutes and basically restarted the TV receiver four times and said that was all he could do and that did NOT fix the problem. Everyone else from the group I'm with have the same problem. The other reason was the 15 minute wait at the front desk one morning for the attendant to drop off my laundry. Overall though this is not too bad of a place.

Everything went perfectly as planned. The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. I felt like I was in my own backyard with BBQ and beers.

Best staff ever. Im staying here for 21 days and the staff is amazing. The housekeeping team is by far the best ive ever seen and once they found out I had an allergy to tide have went to extra mile to make sure all my stuff was tide free. Thank you to the staff yall are amazing.

We love this hotel as season-ticket holder's to the Cardinals this is the only place we stay up. We always have the best experiences and staff is always friendly and prompt. It's only been oversold one time and they put us up next-door. My kids love their pool and the breakfast.

This by far was THE BEST HOTEL I've stayed at in my life. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. If I called for something the staff got on it quickly. I actually remember Cynthia the staff who checked us in. She was nothing short of amazing. The food was delicious and the it was in range of everything you needed. I was there for a family reunion and my family raved about it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room is well equipped, beds are comfy, and the ac is holding a steady 62° very well while it's 115° out!

They messed up our booking initially but did provide a reasonable solution and gave us a discount. Overall a nice place with nice staff.

My parents have stayed at the Staybridge in Mukilteo Washington, I feel the Glendale Staybridge is nice but not as good as Mukilteo. The TV is difficult to work, the shower drain runs slow, and there are no grocery stores within a mile. The food in the morning and night is so-so.

Their showers don't have grips. I slipped and fell. I'm 35 years old and have no problem balancing. The room AC was set to 62 degrees when I walked in. It was freezing!

This was the cleanest motel I've seen in a long time. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were awesome. Not to mention the fabulous breakfast. Will return here next trip around.

Everybody was very nice and the room was perfect. We actually got upgraded for free on a Monday night football night!

Recently had the opportunity to go to Mariners' spring training and chose this hotel for 2 nights. The very best part are the employees — friendly, confident, skilled in their positions — from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping staff to those handling the breakfast buffet — they make their guests feel very welcome. The pool area is beautiful, too! Highly recommend this hotel to families or couples alike!
