I absolutely love this place! They are not only pet friendly but big dog friendly. ❤️ My babies and I were so comfortable back in May that we drove an extra long day today to be able to stay here again on our way home. I appreciate that they are pet friendly and do all I can to keep the room nice so I always bring my own comforter to place on top of their comforter to protect it. Thank you for having such a nice and welcoming place to stay! ❤️

OMG! What a quaint, stylish, very clean place! Very friendly & family owned. The decor is precious. The rooms are updated & cozy! Jason knew we were coming in a little late & being a bit chilli outside, he had the heater on & welcoming us in.
Also yet another BONUS… Pet Friendly for our fur babies! NITE NITE & BLESSINGS.

An amazing hotel with awesome owners. I love the rooms and how comfortable everything is. I plan on staying here every time i'm in town.

We had a fantastic over night stay. The room was partially renovated and very clean. We could see the TLC that is going into renovating this historic Motel. Lot's of wonderful places to eat and shop in the area. Plenty of outdoor activities as well around this part of the country. They were very accommodating to our 2 small dogs as well. We will be staying there in the future on our next trip through Monticello, Utah. Thank you to the Davis Family for the job they are doing!

Great little place! Very nice and very clean.
Their information shows that they have breakfast, one of my deciding factors when I book, they do not offer that. They have a breakfast basket that is an additional charge.

Very nice place! The sheets we're so soft and amazing. Paint needs a bit of touch up in some places. But it felt clean every where. Will stay again. Good prices also!

This place surprised us. We couldn't find any other accommodation and booked this. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was a standard one and the best part was the force of the shower water! Holy cow. Took all my aches of hiking the arches away.

I wasn't planning on spending the night in this town but needed to find a last minute hotel after a big storm. It's an old place with few updates but was nice and clean with a few pleasant surprises. The double queen bed room was more like a small 2 bedroom apartment complete with small but separate kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove and sink. Each bedroom had a 4-port USB charger on the night stand. Loved that! There was also a small wall-mounted TV and AC in each room. Easy access to the roads, very pleasant staff, and low price made this a welcome stop.

We travel a lot and we know in small towns we aren’t going to get a Sheraton or a Hyatt. So this town being half way between our destination to visiting our family we’ve had to stay in Monticello a few times. This is the best one and from now on will be the only one we stay at. The rooms surprised us, as they are the first ones that didn’t make us feel like we were traveling in a 1980s western dive. It is on a tourism route so we didn’t expect to pay $30 bucks. But the pricing was great for a weekend night. I’d be worried if I was staying at a $30 or $40 room. Anyways the staff was great and well informed plus it’s locally and family owned so it’s always great to support our fellow Americans. Will definitely recommend to anyone we know traveling to this small historical town.

Nice place to stay if you are visiting Arches National Park and Canyon lands National Park. Family owned and operated. Clean rooms. Reasonable rates. My family stayed 2 nights. Good rooms. Lot of TV channels. Staff was friendly. Highly recommended. No continental breakfast but apples, oranges, juice and danish pastry were provided. Will stay again.

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay there several weeks ago while riding our motorcycle to all the sights. If you want expensive go North. If you want a nice, clean room and great bed and shower stay here. The people who worked here were very accommodating and helpful. It was perhaps one of the best trips and stays we have ever had.

Easily accessible and remarkably quiet for being right off the main road. Room was clean and tidy. Appliances are a little dated but still worked. Would stay again if in the area.

I don't know what certain people expect to find at hotels… That in mind, I don't think finding male enhancers in a drawer where a bible or scriptures should be bothers me. If you're "That" desperate, then there is something wrong with you… … on the plus side the rooms were nice.

Owners are kind and friendly; rooms are clean; it would've been nice to have breakfast available though because it is a little hard to get food in the town (there's approximately one pizza place and one Subway — that's it).

I stayed at this small motor lodge recently while passing through Monticello. Was pleasantly surprised how cozy and comfortable it was. Everything was clean and little gestures like pieces of wrapped candy on the dresser when I got into the room were very nice. Free ice for cooler and very pleasant staff and owners. Would definitely stay there again.

The service was excellent. Very nice place to stay. Not to expensive and in a great location. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We were on a road trip with no hotel plans. We were getting tired and didn't think we could make it to Moab for the night so we decided to stop in Monticello. The other hotels were booked and this was our last option. I was not disappointed! The room was quaint and comfortable. The staff was polite. The hotel was exactly what I expected for a retro roadside motel. If I needed to stop at a hotel again in this area, I would for sure stop here again!

Great little stop before heading to National Parks! Cozy bed, not too soft, not too firm. Very, very friendly staff and very clean. It's been updated from some other motel chain, it's not a full remodel, but is perfect for the price and location. Recommend staying here.

The soap and shampoo were the cheap kind from the '90s were the soap was almost paper thin. The pillows were pretty flat, there wasn't a tub to bathe my baby as it was a stand up shower, and it had a weird smell. The curtains didn't fully cover the back and bathroom windows. It had a kitchenette but no breakfast. There were touch lamps and a flat screen tv, unlike the pictures of the other hotels in town. The manager was really nice.

Such a nice place to stay on our journey. The beds were luxurious hotel quality. The showers were hot. The staff went out of their way to let us come last minute and have a key waiting for us at 1am. We stayed 2 nights and would have stayed longer if we could. My kids enjoyed having the TV available for the PBS and Disney channel. They were pet friendly. Monticello is a nice town and this is a great place to stay!

This place was great. Very friendly staff and the room was clean. It's older but they keep it in very good shape and it's way less expensive than a lot of others. Would definitely stay here again.

I really liked this little motel! It was a last minute choice that turned out to be one I'd come back to again. Very neat and clean, everything you need, including a mini-fridge and microwave that were NOT in my room at The Hampton Inn the night before in West Jordan, Utah, even though it was more than twice the price of this little gem.

What a great little motel! The rooms were clean, well taken care of and well lit. A great value for the money. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A number of menus of the local restaurants are available in the office. The owner recommended the pizza place in town. Which was delicious. Skip the craziness of Moab and stay at the Blue Mountain Horsehead Inn in Monticello instead!

Room was clean and had every amenity one could want, even a microwave and mini fridge. The hotel attendant was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this Inn if you're traveling through the area.

Cozy, comfy, clean, reasonably priced, nice staff.

This motel is definitely not worth the price paid. We got in late so the main office was closed our keys were taped to the front door (small trusting town? ). The room was encredably small for having two queens and a twin. None of the mattresses had sheets on them. Wi-Fi never worked, the one and only staff we saw hightailed it away from us when we tried asking a question about the local city of Monticello. Quailty bad, service bad, I would never ever say here again or recommend it to anyone.

The room was okay but the beds were not very good and the remote control was acting up alot.

The guy that ran the hotel was super nice. Very helpful with regards to places to eat. The king room was nice and looked like it was updated not that long ago otherwise this would have received 3 stars because we had a leaky bathroom faucet and the toilet ran constantly.

Very reasonable rates, clean rooms and very nice owner! We stayed in a king room on the north side for two nights and had no complaints. It had a fridge and a bathroom big enough for two people to get ready. Will definitely be returning again.
