Beautiful location. Cozy rooms. Great pool and hot tub.

Very quaint and comfortable accommodations amid beautiful nature.

We stayed 3 nights here and it was perfect base camp between Monument Valley and Moab. The kids loved it. We were sad Duke's was closed (covid) but we still highly recommend. The staff was super friendly and helped us plug a flat tire as well. The resort was tranquil and just perfect for us.

What an Incredible RESORT! This place is over the top with beauty it was so neat. We enjoyed the design and vibe of this Hotel. By far this is the nicest property I have been too. The rooms are so nice and the beds are amazing. The Gift Shop is so nice. We enjoyed the”secret garden” what a cool place!

Found this place on accident while on a road trip and so glad I did. Out of all the other places we stayed, this one was by far the best. Very clean and well designed rooms, wish we could of stayed longer, hope to stay there again next time.

I have a cabin suite. Very comfortable and the bed and pillows are awesome. When I'm in this area again I Will Stop again. Thanks.

I loved being at this hotel. Everything is very clean and the room is nicely decorated and with panoramic view of rocks. Excellent service. The food is very authentic from the area and I would like to return.

Beautiful place. Most of it is closed because of COVID-19 (restaurant and other places in the area), but our room was clean, nicely appointed, and the young lady who checked us in was wonderful. If you go soon, make sure you have gas and something to eat before you get there, because it's in a remote area. We were there July 4th, and what was in the area was closed both Sat and Sun due to the holiday.

The cabin is fantastic. Desert Rose is the best!

Beautiful hidden gem! favourite hotel stay of our 10 day road trip!

After a full day being outside exploring in 30° weather we were so excited to pull in to our hotel. The place looked beautiful but unfortunately when we got to our building no fire had been lit and it was cold in the lobby. Our room had no heater on at all and was about 45°. We kicked on the heaters and headed down to the heated pool. Two hours later our room was still so cold! My 9yo daughter had to sleep in her heavy winter coat. We alerted them and they offered another room — I asked if it was heated — the silence led me to decline. They gave us a very small discount which did not make up for the extremely cold and uncomfortable conditions.

Most was pleasing except the unavailability of even a light breakfast option. No dinner either and the only option in the town was totally inadequate. We had breakfast at Mexican Hat at the motel. Just 20 miles further on. They serve dinner and breakfast.

Very courteous staff at check-in very clean rooms and just the solitude of it all very quiet there and very scenic as well I will stay there again.

Excellent rooms and excellent food. I had zero issues with Wi-Fi.

This resort is beautiful! From landscape to decor, nothing was missed! I’ve stayed at other resorts, by this is the most beautiful by far! It’s 45 minutes from Monument Valley. Well worth the stay. Well kept all the way around with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Stunning views with gorgeous lounging areas. An excellent menu at the on site restaurant with lattes & all sorts of tasty appetizers & full course meals. Friendly staff.

We stayed there in January 2018. We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was closed because it was the off season. The staff was very cheerful and the rooms are tastefully decorated. I highly recommend Desert Rose Resort & Cabins!

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are great for the most part. The only reason it didn’t get a 5 rating was because of the beds. Other than that we will keep this place in mind if we come back through this way. The views are stunning and the food at Dukes and Cottonwood Steak House was great!

This is a diamond resort in the desert! Updated fresh hotel rooms with a wonderful restaurant “Dukes” that is on the property! Chef Michael cooks delicious and new meals for everyone’s liking. The atmosphere is classy with great background music! Top notch spa and indoor pool on property with awesome views. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our August stay as a hub while visiting scenic parks/things to do as mentioned in your itineraries on here. The rooms and grounds were spotlessly maintained. And considering that Bluff, UT has only a handful of restaurants, they served us the best meals we had all week… in the middle of nowhere! A hidden gem. I hope it can stay that way.

Fantastic hotel in Bluff that allows you to rest well after a day at monument valley. Bluff is a lovely little town and it's great to find a hotel of this level there. The pool area is beautiful and there is even a hot tub. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. I highly recommend it:)

Loved our one-night stay here on the way to Monument Valley! We were in a room on the second floor of the main building, with a beautiful view, and chairs are outside each room so you can enjoy it. Everything is top-quality, with a wonderful ambience. Enjoyed a relaxing breakfast on the patio of the restaurant, and there is a cute cafe right across the street. There was some construction equipment behind the inn; looked like they are expanding some terraced area in the back. We were there in April — perfect weather, and so quiet and peaceful!

A very typical lodge in the pure wild west style. Individual cabins decorated with taste. Calm at the entrance to Bluff, stunning little village, straight out of a western.

Hotel very comfortable charming with a "local" style. The restaurant next door is worth a visit.

We happened to drive past and decided to stop for the night. Very happy we did because this place is a gem. The room was nice and the pool was excellent. The restaurant onsite is a bit pricey so beware of that, the front desk of the hotel has a menu if you want to look at that and decide first. It's a shame because it just seems expensive for the place, when the hotel itself is reasonably priced. The view in the morning is spectacular.

Motel very clean and friendly but disabled by the very high rates ($ 150 for a room 2 queen beds * without * breakfast) and the lack of refrigerator and microwave (unlike Europe, here we are in remote locations, it is expensive), no separate WC which is inconvenient when you travel with your family.

I loved the place. Elegant, comfortable and a spectacular place.

What a nice hotel! We stayed three nights in the newer 400 section. We loved everything about it. Spotlessly clean room. Awesome decor. Scenic views. Nice pool area. Guest laundry services. Breakfast at Dukes was very good too. The only complaint is that Dukes does not serve alcohol with diner.

This inn should be a five star hotel! It's amazingly clean, the pool is relaxing and modern, and the people here are sooooo nice. The restaurant has delicious food and the waitress was super kind. The device was very fast and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Absolutely the best place we stayed during our recent road trip. After a long day on the road, we pulled into the Desert Rose and we were not disappointed. We stayed in the executive cabin and wished we could have stayed longer. Cozy, clean, super comfy bed and just amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. If you're ever in Utah you have to make this one of your stops… :)

The inn was fantastic, clean and comfortable. The dukes restaurant attached, however, is overpriced very limited options and the breakfast was bland, small and they even tried to charge my mother for a cup of water. Eat somewhere else.

Best hotel in the area. Fantastic bedrooms. Amazing pool. Food at the Duke restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this place.

We had a Deluxe Cabin booked in advance, what the total price was, and therefore in my assessment of the value for money not to Wear. The reception was professional and went smoothly from Equip. The room was a detached wooden house in series with another of these items at the Front of the car Park and a covered Seating in the Verandastil. The bed is for two people a bit too small dimensioned and we belong to the category slim/thin. There is nothing, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Visually, the room is a Highlight, beautifully decorated and thematically set up accordingly. We would stay again and can only, with a star deduction for the too-small bed, recommend. As the tip is opposite to the Comb Ridge, excellent burgers and a terrific Breakfast, my post is here, too.

Beautiful modern decor, totally unexpected from the outside, great experience.

We loved it! My friend Michael and I were planning to stop in Mohave, UT on our way to old friends wedding when we made a wrong turn, got stuck in sand for two hours and were saved by the Navajos of the reservation. After the whole ordeal we could not imagine continuing the drive to Mohave! And out f no where Desert Rose Inn and Cabins pops up on the left! The gentleman at the counter at 2:30 am lowered our cabin fee and the room was beautiful it was hard not to compare all the rest of the places we stayed to Denver! Great Crew of people. Oh! And they had the best lemonade at the front desk.

I stayed at The Desert Rose Inn a few months ago. It was like a mirage in the middle of the desert. Bluff Utah is beautiful country for sure and I have to say, our stay at the Inn was pretty amazing. You drive along and think… I'll just be happy to find a clean room but all of a sudden, this amazing huge Log cabin like hotel appears out of nowhere! My partner and I were amazed! Very clean, friendly staff and quite comfortable. We felt like we were at home. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel again.

We were very pleased and returned 10 years later. It was still the same.

There is not much in Bluff but and excellent Hotel. This al in Wood made off Hotel has nice big very clean rooms and ncie cabins. All around 100$. The staff is really nice and the location is perfect. Near to Monument or the other direction to Mesa Verde (2h) The Restaurant which is in walking distance has good steaks and food. The public wooden balcony which relaxing chairs is towards to the sunset. And you can have a beer here to see the sun disappear in the monument valley.

For such a small town this was a fantastic hotel. Very clean large rooms with two very comfortable queen beds. No pool or breakfast but a great hotel none the less. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if your visiting nearby Monument Valley. It is only about 45 minutes away and much nicer than the other hotels in the area. Blanding and Monticello do not have any hotels to compare to this one. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This Lodge is the Best one in this area. The rooms are lovingly furnished. A wonderful peace and quiet can be found here. The proximity to the Monuments is class. Bikers are welcome — a Problem is only the power supply, even though it is in Bluff, a Steakhouse and a little Italian. All very friendly by the administration of the Monuments (Reservatsindianer) 't say. Well the story has its Chop for the indigenous people of the North, but still, one could the White against the attempt to make something pleasant. The Lodge is in any case recommended. (Non-smoker, but with Raucherstuhl in front of the rooms, also good).
