A decent, clean hotel. Located in close proximity to grocery stores and boat rentals. The breakfast was 4 out of 10. The scrambled eggs looked a bit old (? ) And your choice of breakfast was literally scrambled eggs, sausage, toast and waffles… that's it.

Overall the hotel is pretty good despite the room looking out onto the road and was poorly insulated in terms of noise but the beds were large and comfortable. The welcome was nice, the breakfast is good despite the lack of basic fruit juice. The Wi-Fi worked well and the pool was warm but still nice when it was 45oC.

The pool was closed. It was never told to my family and I and while most people come for the lake, I specifically came to lounge around at the pool while my party went to the lake. We stayed 4 days and the pool was being repainted and refilled the entire 4 days. In June with temps in the triple digits this hotel chose to drain their pool for a non urgent cosmetic touch up without advising incoming guests of the inconvenience despite being on the phone over 30 minutes with us during the booking call and having ample time to give us a heads up. This to me seemed like a sneaky suckerpunch and the pool being down and out seemed like an issue that was intentionally omitted during booking to avoid losing guests to competing establishments. Whomever advised staff to not speak of the repairs to the pool to guests when they’re booking rooms should be fired. Plain and simple. You’re in a resort town with lots of options and your business depends on repeat customers choosing to come back to stay with you again and instead within 5 minutes of checking in, I discovered I had driven 230 miles and invested a great deal of money in a hotel that was now suddenly willing to tell me had no pool working and wouldn’t until the day I was leaving, coincidentally. Therefore the only water rec I would be getting over the next 4 days would be in my rooms suffocatingly hot shower. I could’ve stayed home and showered in more comfort and saved $1k.

Decent motel with a decent breakfast. The king room was quite large but very basic. The carpeted floors were quite dirty though, leaving black on your feet after walking on it for a short period of time. They accommodate large dogs, with a $20 pet fee. The area is great though and it's in walking distance to the river.

Need a place to stay while visiting! These Members of the local Chamber of Commerce are here to help you Relax and enjoy your visit! They have Meeting Rooms for you to Host events or just attend! It's cool inside the Bar and Restaurant that serves meals that tantalize your tastebuds! There are parks nearby that afford you the opportunity to visit the Beach or take the kids to the park and play! There's a World Class Skate Park nearby! Pharmacy just up the street as well as Shops and restaurants! Even the World Famous London Bridge is nearby! Close to many places and things to do, plenty of parking, and yet far enough away to just relax and enjoy the sunset!

Great place to stay for the movie st and The Sunset Bar And Grill is awesome. The food is pretty amazing and the people are all super friendly. Especially Harmony.

The room was pretty clean in general. The bathroom was pretty shabby and didn't look as clean as I would have expected. Television did not work very well cable kept cutting in and out. The exterior of the hotel was a little shabby also. More like two and a half or two and three quarter Stars.

Affordable, check in very good and a great location near lake, parks, and shops. Staff very friendly also very clean room. Will stay again.

Friendly staff, however, extremely dirty. The day after I had a round circle on my arm and was diagnosed with ringworm. I am an extremely healthy person and have been around animals all my life but never got this “rash” before since I stayed at this hotel! Very very disappointed.

Nice place. Great little bar and adjoining restaurant. OTB in the bar. Big pool. Ample parking. Clean rooms and grounds.

What a Great time! We had a clean room, the staff was excellent! Upon arrival we spoke to the Supervisor and asked if we could stay another night and they were able to accommodate us. Thanks to Annette Haynes and Cassidy. We had breakfast there each morning and also decided to do dinner there one night. They were serving Prime Rib. Excellent service. We are ready to go back and relax some more! Minor issue with the toilet when we got there, we had a suite with 2 bathrooms, so we turned the water off till the next morning and reported that it kept running, by the time we came back from our outing, it was fixed and ready to use. The maintenance team were quick! Thanks all for making our trip GREAT! I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

It was just okay. Bathtub was dirty-we wore shower shoes. Carpet needed cleaned, but bed itself was clean and comfortable. AC worked. Didn't stay for breakfast. Worked for just one night, but I wouldn't plan a long term stay here.

The hotel is a little run down, but the EXCEPTIONAL staff far makes up for it… what ever you do, MAKE SURE TO EAT DINNER IN THE HOTEL! I'm an airline pilot and typically avoid hotel restaurants… WRONG! Master chef Mike will not disappoint… order the daily chef special and you will NOT be disappointed… The free breakfast buffet is above average. Sandra was very helpful & very friendly… warning NO free shuttle from the airport even though it says free shuttle on the website… I'll be back… JUST TO HAVE DINNER! —) )

Big room but tight bath. Good beds but stained carpets and linens. Outside door lock worn out. Average breakfast. No hot tub. Lounge bar nice to have. Rooms need updated and maintenance. Overpriced for quality.

It was tough to get a good night of sleep here. The walls are thin and our door didn't close very well, so you could hear every car that drove by and every footstep from the guests and cleaning crew. It was a windy night and our room was next to the dumpsters, so the metal doors kept slamming in the wind. I walked out to try to secure the doors, but the latches on both sets of doors were broken, so I had to deal with the slamming. Overall, the price was good and we enjoyed the restaurant and free breakfast, but I probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was a great deal or I had an event at the hotel, like I did this particular trip.

A little traffic noise, if you bring ear plugs it won't be a problem. Our room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a microwave and frig too. It was also nice to have breakfast included in the stay.

Room is a really decent size, shame the bathrooms aren't. I'm 5'5" and only Judy fit under the shower head, I'm also slim and can only just get in the bathroom and close the door the breakfast is a bit crappy. As I said room is a really decent size and staff are friendly and helpful, but most probably won't stay here again.

Checked in last night. Room is OK but we are on the very busy street side. Going out to pick up ear plugs so we can sleep better tonight. Buffet Breakfast was good with a large selection to choose from.

This hotel is great. We are staying here with our baby boy and everyone is really nice and respectful. Breakfast is great can make your own waffles.

Quality Inn, Lake Havasu City went above and beyond the call of duty to give me a call back when a room became available that met my husband and my needs. I also reserved a suite for my son and daughter in law, and they were sooooo pleased with the Jacuzzi suite. Thank you, Marilyn.

Hotel needs repairs. Carpet was dirty and A/C was noisy. Remodeling the rooms is in order. Free breakfast was terrible. Eggs were not edible. Everything tasted fake. They're coffee maker overheated so no coffee was available. However, the staff was very friendly and checkin/checkout was smooth.

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Clean, well maintained. Great restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool was nice, just missing a hot tub. I would stay here again and easily recommend to any traveler.

Dark, dingy, poorly maintained rooms. Not worth the money. Staff was nice.

They had a nice and friendly staff. They were very accommodating. The room was clean and the maid fixed the room up nice and early so you aren't waiting all day to get your room cleaned. The Wi-Fi worked great. The only thing is they don't have a spa but they have a pool. I don't really have anything negative to say, I had a very positive experience.

Visited for a wedding reception. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the venue was clean and cool. Would recommend to others for events.

The location is great. Since my visit last year, this hotel has fallen into disrepair. Hard water pileup on sinks, white repair stuff on walls not painted over, toilet seat needs secured down, majorly stained carpets, a bunch of little stuff like that. But, those little things add up and could be indicative of a larger problem. I travel weekly for work, and have a lot of experience with hotels and this chain. The breakfast is not very good, even for this chain. That being said, the beds are comfortable, and it was quiet. The linens are nice. If you are on a budget, it's a good deal for the location. If you have enough for someplace else, choose the other place. Hopefully the hotel gets it together. It could use an update.

Older hotel that needs updating pretty badly. Room had a funky odor and was not very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was standard free breakfast, nothing special. Pool area was nice and restaurant and bar we're pretty good too. Had live entertainment on Saturday night.

Stayed here on a Friday evening. The hotel has a unique old smell to it. The location is good but there are far better locations for hotels if you are trying to hangout at the lake. For the price this place still wasn't worth it. The room was not clean with stains on the chairs and again a weird old smell throughout! I would strongly recommend paying the extra money for some the hotels closer to the lake! The toilet paper is advertised as heavenly and it's anything but!

The lobby was very helpful. The room was clean and large. Wondeful breakfast included. I think, that I'll return if my occasion on my way.

Stayed here for 3 nights in July, and it was great! The pool is very big and the water is a warmer than most other hotel pools. It's walking distance to the London Bridge and there are a number of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again if in Lake Havasu City.

I saw a post about there being Bed Bugs and that is a Lie it's not true because I had over 30 guest stay there and we didn't have any problems… Don't believe everything u hear! Great place to stay loved it there amazing!

Very good reception. Helpful and courteous. We got two queen beds for three adults. Clean room adequate for a night stay.

It's clean and the prices are good. They have always taken good care of me. I recently booked through them and had to cancel. They gave me a full refund the same day I was suppose to arrive. There is free Wi-Fi, wake up service, a mini fridge in the room, pool, bar, cafe, and banquet room. I stay here whenever I go to Lake Havasu City.

Nothing like the pictures the rooms were run down and dirty and falling apart our carpet was wet there was no cold water unless you had the water barely running it took 30 min to fill two inches of water so our kids could take a bath the cooler didn't work and our room smelled like smoke when you walked outside everything smelled like urine we went to breakfast at 8 they said they stopped serving at 9 but at 8 they stopped refilling the food so we didn't all get the hot food it was really dissapointing.

Reasonable rate. Close proximity to what we wanted to do: London Bridge and the lake. Front desk staffperson was quite bizarre. The lady who checked us in was coughing, "Don't worry, I'm not contagious, I'm patient zero". I'm not certain she understands what patient zero means, but it was gross. She went on to say, "The Wi-Fi will be slow. We are full tonight, so just expect it. Don't call up here complaining and calling people names. It's hotel Wi-Fi. " She was also upset when the reservation was messed up and didn't reflect our dog, but I mentioned him so they could charge me the $20 pet fee. I'm not sure if she was feeling inconvenienced, or if she was disappointed that they wouldn't be able to charge me the $100 penalty for not declaring him at check in. I observed her interactions with other guests while I was waiting to check on, and she just wasn't pleasant, bordering on rude. I don't know what the employment options are like in LHC, big I'd venture a guess that she doesn't have to work around people if she hates it so much. The room was ok, clean enough, but nothing spectacular. A/C was loud bit did ok competing with outside temps. "Premium amenities" in the bathroom is another misleading statement. Fortunately, we travel with our own. Rooms are not well-insulated against outside or neighbouring room noise. "Lakeview rooms" is a major exaggeration. The "pet-friendly" label is a lie. They tolerate your pet, but they don't provide anything you might need, like grass.

The fact that they have so many stairs and no elevator, is just unimaginable in this day and age. When I checked in hey thank you for being a preferred member and told me that they would put me in a room that has a lake view. When we got to the room the Lakeview was the view of the road in the back of the movie theater. Air conditioner didn't work had to call and have them come and replace the air conditioner. This was definitely an economy Hotel at A4 Star right.

I didn't have a problem at all great services at the front desk. Enjoyed the breakfast complimentary. I ended up getting very sick the next day when I was perfectly fine the day before.

The hotel is located directly on the main road, surrounded by a few bars and restaurants, which can be reached on foot. A large car park and a small swimming pool are also available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with a fridge and two King Size beds the size of okay, unfortunately, were holes in the bed linen and the bathroom was very small.
For an overnight stay, the hotel is to recommend.

Reception very friendly and very informative. Various activities in the area have been recommended to us.
"Our" room is top. We had even the choice between the location to the highway, where it probably is a little louder through the traffic, and the location to the parking lot. We have chosen us for the highway and thus the better view of the Lake. The volume of the highway is to cope with.
Wi-Fi is very fast

Here for spring break and was treated very well. The room was clean and well presented. Staff were great.

This hotel was horrible my room was 80$ for one night but they charged me 206$. Then to top it all off I was charged for a TV I never touched they called me 4 hours after check out and took the money out of my account without informing first. They had numerous times to tell me that a TV was broke because I called them to have them look in the room for my friends wallet which they probably took too. This hotel is really horrible they will take as much money as they can from you.

Beds are comfoetable, so that is nice. But the lakeside rooms are extremely loud. Door does not close all the way and we can hear everything. Walls are extremely thin too. Water pressure is terrible. Breakfast is rather bland, glad it was included or we would have never paid for it. Wifi would not work, when we tried to grt it resolved, they had us call an 800 number and we never heard back from them. The front desk staff is nice though. Room is clean, AC is nice. Overall, decent enough for the price, but not thrilled with anything.

Service is good, but breakfast is always the same.

Rooms are I need of a face lift! Sink is clogged in my room… gross! Bathroom is tiny!

CAUTION** If you stay at this hotel be prepared for your A/C NOT to work, for the employees at the front desk to be rude, Horrible customer service, and to top it all off after giving us a discount for our inconveniences while staying there a week later we get a extra $900! charge on our credit card. We will be fighting this ridiculous charge and will NEVER stay at any quality inn again. Worst hotel experience ive ever had.
