FANTASTIC! The Globetrotter is definitely a great value stay in Holbrook. The motel is family owned and operated, and for an older property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and very tastefully decorated. In my opinion, the Globetrotter is an exceptional value stay is you're vacationing anywhere near Holbrook. For those traveling Route 66, the Globetrotter could easily be a great choice for an extended stop while you explore the Mother Road up to 30 miles east and west of Holbrook (including the beautiful Petrified Forest National Park to the east and Winslow to the west.

Cozy, comfortable, friendly, clean. Easy parking, nice breakfast, these are the reasons it's got the best ratings of any hotel in Holbrook.

Excellent motel highly recommend had a fun night overstay owners are real great and very very clean rooms. Will definitely come back.

It definitely was very interesting. I honestly think we were the only guests there that night… very quiet… feels super homey. A lot of thought went into the rooms. Beautiful landscapes and they have a couple of picnic tables under a covered patio with lots of awesome back in the days pictures. The pool is beautiful too!

Very cool… Laid back and retro, but with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Recommended for anyone that wants to experience an old school motel on Route 66 with modern conveniences. Charming, extremely clean and well appointed.

Exactly what you would hope for in a route 66 motel. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and super nice staff. Highly recommend grabbing a few beers and hanging out in a little smoking section at the back of the hotel.

This motel is so well kept, it is like walking into home! My wife, Elsa and I are riding our bicycles from Chicago to Santa Monica on Route 66 to raise funds for the Lupus Foundation. The Austrian family running the motel were warm and welcoming. We could not ask for more…

Beautifully renovated Route 66 motel. The rooms are nicely decorated with a European feel. There is a Fridge and coffee maker in every room. I don't smoke, but they have a really nice covered smoking area with booths, tables, and chairs. The pool is very nice. Breakfast is sparse with mostly cereal and bagels. The owners are attentive and friendly. Great stay.

The Globetrotter Lodge was on of the coolest places we have ever stayed. Very clean, rooms are well decorated in old Rt. 66 style but with all the creature comforts of home. Was definitely glad to see there was air conditioning in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. But most of all the owners went out of their way to help us feel welcome. Great place to stay and we'll definitely be back!

Very nicely remodeled. Soft sheets and bedding, our room was very clean. There is a lovely sitting area outside and also a pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Great motel. Owners are wonderful. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Sink is painted and priceless. And the breakfast was delicious with a reserved spot for us and a Minnesota state flag clipped to our room number to welcome us. There was a French flag for a group from France. Nice touch. They go the extra mile and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend the Globetrotter Lodge.

Very clean, really comfy bed, area of location is run down making it scary to venture outside, but not really the hotels fault I guess. Friendly staff but strict on check in and out times.

Chose this Lodge because of reviews on Google and Yelp. Glad we did. This place is unique, spotlessly clean and friendly. Only 5 hour drive to Las Vegas. Tired of the Hampton Inn/Holiday Inn yada yada then try this place when in Holbrook (rock shops) or near Petrified Forest. Old school and fantastic.

We love it! It's so clean and beautiful! Comfortable beds! They have a nice simple breakfast too! It's a true family owned and run motel!

Fabulous! Clean, tidy, well-appointed, and clearly lovingly cared for inside and out. Breakfast was top-notch for an included "continental-style" breakfast. Fresh bagels, cereal, FANTASTIC jams, fresh fruit, and very good coffee. Really feels like a bed-and-breakfast rather than the motel-style building may lead you to expect.

I stayed two nights at the Globetrotter to visit the Painted Desert National Park and attend a local Route 66 festival. When I arrived, the proprieters were genuinely happy to help me and get me settled after a long day's drive. Larissa, the manager, personally showed me to my room. I was pleasantly surprised at how updated the interior was. The best was very comfortable, the A/C was powerful, and the shower was adjustable. In the morning, they serve a continental breakfast. When I entered the little dining nook up by the office, I was surprised to see a little table setting with my room number on it… and a little Oklahoma flag! Not only that, but it was metal flatware and the food offered was fresh. Peter, one of the owners, stopped in while I was eating and checked in on my stay. We chat for about twenty minutes about various things; he immigrated from Austria, bought the hotel a few years ago, and has been personally renovating it. His pride beams brightly and he took wonderful care of me during my visit. Oh, and it had the best Wi-Fi of any hotel I stayed in during my week of travel, and that INCLUDES the fancy La Posada at nearby Winslow, AZ. It's a great place to stay, whether you're a Route 66 roadie, someone visiting one of the many local National Parks, or just in the area. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay! Great, clean and nicely decorated rooms! I especially liked their beautiful handpainted vanity basin. The fact that they set up the breakfast tables with china plates and cups perfected our stay! I definitely recommend staying at Globetrotter Lodge.

Dont waste your money elsewhere. We got two rooms for around $140, the exterior may not be aesthetically pleasing, however the rooms are fantastic. Very clean with local culture. The pool is open 24/7, the staff is awesome, the Wi-Fi is fast, amenities are up to date. See for yourself.

Looking for a place to camp for the night and wigwam was full. Very happy with the stay. Finished rooms, very clean, wonderful continental breakfast and friendly owners and staff. Biker friendly also.
