The employees were very nice and very helpful. The rooms are a decent size, enough to walk around, lay out your suitcases and have your ice chest. The room was warm, even with the air conditioner as cold as possible and on high. The refrigerator is a good size, about 3ft. High, with a freezer. The location is perfect to walk around town, even for those who don't like exercise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants. It's a cute tourist Route 66 town.

Kasey the front desk manager made this stay great. She was polite, informative, very helpful. I would stay again as long as I knew she was going to be there.

Older, but the bed was fantastic and clean right in the middle of town you can walk to everything.

Hotel first price; simple but effective. The places are clean, the location is good, Breakfast, certainly rudimentary but offered. I recommend to spend the night.

The value is on the low side. High price room for minimal amenities. The rooms were clean with small bathrooms and a spacious shower. Cable TV and a decent flat screen worked. Breakfast was very basic toast, little donuts, oatmeal, 2 cereals and apples. The Tang orange juice, coffee, milk and hot water for tea were among the basics for the breakfast. The best thing about the motel wad the small town it was in and the location from the Grand Canyon.

Nice enough given options in town and the price. The beds were not great. Breakfast was basic cold food or oatmeal.

Fine room for cheap price. Walls are pretty thin so if you have loud neighbors you hear it. But beds are comfy enough, breakfast is alright. Yeah, not bad, not great, just a place to stay.

Great rooms. Nice and clean. Everything you could need including extra electrical plugs. Breakfast was a bit small but still ok. 3 cereals. Instead of Orange juice there's sunny D, little donuts, coffee, decaf too. Apples, oatmeal, little muffins. Truly friendly service.

The location seems handy for the Grand Canyon, being less than an hour away, but in practice the drive is a little dull, and the single lane is often slowed by people coasting along at 50-55 in a 65. It's still quite convenient, but not as ideal as the theory. The motel room itself is fine — good satellite TV options, enough space, a medium fridge, ample furniture, comfortable bed. The breakfast is OK, although the only fruit is apples, and there isn't enough space for everyone to sit inside. The patrons also seemed noisier than average during our stay, and could easily be heard through our window. For the price, though, this motel just about scrapes four stars.

Stayed there for 7 days and it was great. Right on famous RT66. Free internet. The room had a mic and comfy bed, mini fridge, and spacious stand up shower. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We forgot to take a crib for our Son and they had one placed in our room for us even though we had a late night checkin. Would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Room was small, but clean. It did have all of the things I look for in a quick over-night place. Great mattress, great water pressure and hot water for days. In fact, be careful you don't scald yourself. Free Wi-Fi, nice continental breakfast, and located within easy walking distance of shops, restraunts, and drinks rounded out an very enjoyable stay.

Unsafe for disabled people. Shower very slippery with no grab bars. No ramps.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is clean and well located in Williams. The town is a good stop if you plan to visit the grand Canyon. Do not forget to visit Bearizona just outside the Town. The price is really cheap in comparison to the room quality. I definitely recommend to stay over at this hotel. Free Breakfast is also provided even if the range of choice is not great, this is available free of charge so cant complaint too much.

Everything you need for a nice, cheap stay near the Grand Canyon. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was big, and free breakfast included (toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt — no pancake or waffle makers) was provided. Sure, the room was small and the small TV only had 25 channels, but you really don't need those things. I wasn't expecting it to snow in March! Travelers, plan ahead!

Staff is friendly but the rooms are very poorly maintained. Mold in our shower all over the wall, leaking faucet in the sink… Towels may have been washed but appeared to be super dirty. Air and heating units were not effective. Spend a little more and get a comftorable nights sleep at Granzellas…

STAY AWAY! Tiny noisy rooms breakfast is coffee and miniature donuts. Owner is rude. Even though they advertise free cancellation they WILL NOT refund your payment. Tried to cancel next days stay 24hrs in advance owner said "I Don't Have your money" Web site is a third party web site to con you out of your money and you have to file complaint with credit card company for refund. Dump!

It don't have to be fancy but it does have to be clean. That would explain this place. Great beds to. Nice!

Dated but the price was right. Clean quiet rooms. Made it our base of operations during our vacation. Very nice staff.

A bit dated, bathroom floor sunk in, kinda scary. Customer service was awesome, room was clean and didn't smell bad. The hot breakfast wasn't as expected. Would I stay here again? Yes.

We had a great room, complete with 3 queen beds! Great for our needs. It was old, but very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included waffles, which was a much better start to our day than a muffin.
