Comfortable place to stay love it! Rooms are comfortable some have fireplaces some don’t and love the little kitchens very convenient.

Excellent guest services clean rooms during this pandemic they make sure the guests are safe.

Would stay again! lovely grounds and cozy room…

Very nice facility. We had a full kitchen.

Very clean, we didnt get room service one of our travelers didnt let them in. Supplies were plentiful, some dishes had lipstick imprints from poor cleaning, but other than that it was great.

A really cute and quiet hotel. Some rooms have fireplaces and while ours didnt, it was roomy and the kitchen was nice. The free breakfast was good and the lobby even had some board games to borrow!

We have been staying here, for November and December the last 8 years. The Staff is terrific, friendly, very courtesy and helpful. The evening are full of entertainment in the Nest, where you can meet other extended stay residents. Easy access to the I 40 and the I 17. If you were going to spend a week or so in the area this is a fantastic base of operations.

Not a hotel so much as a really nice king suite. And, comes with breakfast.

Clean rooms, great continental breakfast & beautiful place.

Extremely overpriced for what it is. It is a cheap knockoff of a Marriott Residence Inn. Breakfast was terrible and the rooms were not all that great. Old and dated furnishings. I tried to talk to customer service about it and they wouldn't even return my phone call so I suggest that you avoid this place like the plague.

Pet friendly. Large room with well appointed kitchen. Very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Five night stay with no maid service for four of those nights. Not impressed.

These rooms are very quiet. Our neighbor has a diesel that he parks in front of our unit and unless I'm looking for him, I'd never know he was coming or going. And I'm a light sleeper.

We stayed overnight here on our trip between the Grand Canyon & Sedona. The cleanest place I've ever stayed in. The rooms are spotless! The staff are wonderful and so welcoming. Book it without worry. Wonderful place! :O)

I loved Sonesta! We stayed here for a weekend so we could tour Northern Arizona University, which was just a few minutes away. We loved the fact that there was a fully equipped kitchen with a normal sized fridge, dishwasher, plates, pots and pans, and cutlery. The bed was comfortable and very nice to sleep on. The shower had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap so that you don’t have to fiddle with small bottles. Loved the free delicious breakfast every morning. We plan on staying here every time we visit Flagstaff!

This is an excellent place to stay. It was clean, the suites are roomy and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional. The location is a bit out-of-the-way, but that makes it quiet. A 5 mile drive to downtown is not a hardship. Breakfast was great, with a varied selection which changed daily. The next time we want to visit Flagstaff, we will definitely book a room here again.

This place has all the qualities of a long-term Stay Hotel coupled with the convenience of a short-term Stay motel. We found the room to be very clean the towels fresh and the soap wonderful. There is a hot tub and pool to boot. The complimentary breakfast had eggs and bacon as well as waffles and more. The coffee was great.

This place is great. Clean rooms, hot breakfast, pool, hot tub, and laundry. There are 2 draw backs. 1-The mattress on the pull out twin bed was horrible. You could feel the springs through it. We used a air mattress instead. 2-The parking is crazy. There aren't enough parking spots for this location. People are parking anywhere they can including in the handicap parking spots. So other than those 2 things this place is great and I would stay again.

Very nice suite. Quiet. Clean. Very comfy. Breakfast buffet is good and the staff is polite and friendly. Definitely on my list of places I'd come back to stay.

The property is very well maintained. The suites are a good size, clean modern. Our bed was a little hard but still a great value for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel! My folks stay here every time they are in town. We even had my graduation party at the barbecue area! Very friendly staff and eager to help. Breakfast is great.

Had some trouble with a groupon deal showing up in their systems and ended up waiting around for awhile while that got sorted but once I got checked in it was a pleasant stay. There was no elevator that I could see but it is only a 2 story facility. Room had a kitchen with cups and plates, stove, fridge, and dishwasher. Spacious area. Clean. Quiet.

First floor room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Very quiet and well taken care of grounds. Pool was nice (a little cloudy) but great temp and perfect size. Breakfast was nice and overall we enjoyed our stay.

I like a lot, very clean, large, and more than the workers are kind.

Very cozy, very nicely decorated, fireplace in the living area. 1, 5 hours to Gran Canyon. Had a two bedroom suite with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area with kitchen.

Great hotel with a wonderful view of the mountains. Room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen. Good option if you are with a large group or want to save money and cook your own food. Would come back.

Nice room, but wished the bathroom was bigger. Didn't use the kitchen, would have staying more than one night. Liked the suite so our son could use the second bedroom and we could be together without having to go to each other's rooms. Nice breakfast served. Didn't need to use the laundry room and no time for gym, but the treadmills looked like nice ones.

This hotel is by far our favorite for the price. We stayed for our anniversary and were more than surprised by all the extra features for its decently low price. It has a wood burning fire place, a pull out sofa bed (perfect for kids, twin size), a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave. Nice bathroom. Very cute decor. Tv is pretty good quality picture. We will be coming back and recommending to anyone we know coming up to Flagstaff in the future.

What a beautiful apartment like Hotel with the mountains as a backdrop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I heard one of the members give a detailed instructions about all the attractions around the hotel to a couple even drawing them a map of which routes to take around the Grand Canyon. V food was delicious. This is my definite stop if I'm ever in Flagstaff Arizona again.

Loved our stay! It was so cozy to have a fireplace. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Nice to have a fitness center though it was very small and limited. Breakfast was similar to any other Inn. Staff was helpful and polite.

This was a good experience. The kitchen was beneficial to me. Parking lot facing rooms at ground level are frustrating with all the headlights blasting my room. I had to request coffee pouches and sugar since they were not refilled by housekeeping even once. On a plus, they apparently do your dishes for you. That was unexpected!

Very nice stay. Quiet, tastefully decorated, clean, and has all the amenities you need for a few days. Breakfast was good and they have a light dinner a couple days during the week.

I love this place. We stay here every time we visit Flagstaff, which is a few times each year. The little kitchenette makes you feel like home and has everything you need. I was pretty much able to make a thanksgiving size dinner for family and friends and only needed to puchase a roasting pan!

If you are traveling with pets, this is THE premier hotel to stay with them in Flagstaff. Lots of lush grassy areas and walking trails. The rooms are cheerful and bright with a fully appointed kitchen for fixing your own meals and a very nice free breakfast. The bedding is wonderful! The views are outstanding and the location is very quiet yet convenient to the mall and good restaurants. We used to live in Flagstaff and will only stay at this hotel… as a matter of fact we stayed here 16 years ago when it was a Residence Inn but it's much nicer now. Can't wait to come back.
My only complaint is the high pet-fee. $75 for 1-2 nights (we only stayed one) and $150 for 3 nights or more… seems excessive especially for people like us who bring our own blankets, etc to cover the furniture and bed and take great care that our pets don't make any mess. There were several guests not following the "on leash" rules in the common grass area and that was a bummer. Someone always ruins it for the rest of us : (
All in all, a very pleasant place to stay.

I really loved staying here. It is a lovely big room divided into two with a kitchen and a living room. I stayed here while on a road trip visiting the grand canyon with my family. Its a really quiet and peaceful place that also offers breakfast.

Clean room in a newly renovated hotel. Great breakfast spread every morning (eggs, meats, fruit, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, etc. ). Friendly staff. Easy to find, and walkable to a couple of nice restaurants. I highly recommend Sonesta ES Flagstaff!

Awesome, modern, clean room! We got a 2 bedroom with fireplace and its nicer than most apartments! For a very reasonable price! Clean, clean, clean! Would DEFINITELY come back!

Great option for visitors to Flagstaff. Suites are great for traveling with friends. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was very good.

Great space for a family. There is a hiking trail behind the premises and a golf course nearby. Further down the trail is a pond that has a lot of ducks and geese. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and there are high chairs.

Very nice hotel. Great value for money as you get big rooms with a full size kitchen with cooking accessories, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven/electric hob. Comfy clean beds, nice breakfast and access to pool and gym. Will definitely be using this place again as a base for my monsoon storm chasing trips.

Nice hotel, liked the mini suites idea for all the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. Plenty of parking and overall the complex was very quiet at night. Would stay again.

Made to feel as welcome as Trump is to foreigners. Night clerk, name begins with B, gave is wrong key twice, did not apologize, could not give some details of facility, changed our room since she was not sure if people were in first room, made us wait to be buzzed in while on phone. Rooms are noisy. Street noise, above floor footsteps, outside compressor for AC, are all easily heard. AC is loud, vents may rattle. Nice grounds, spacious rooms with nice kitchen, and ev charger available. Good breakfast, happy hour is available. Would have given three stars if not for night clerk.

Nice suite. Kitchen appliances are really nice and the bathroom is roomy. Bed was soft. Breakfast was ok, but cinnamon rolls needed frosting. It was nice that we could check in late.

Very nice rooms. They were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also above average. One of the nicest places I've stayed for under $150.

Check in was smooth and clerk helped us find a quiet room. Room itself was large and fully supplied. Breakfast was hot with eggs and sausage among lots of choices. Good place for multi day stay.
