We really enjoyed our stay at Alaskan Suites! The cabins were so cute and comfy! We loved the hot tub!

We had a blast! This place was well worth the drive! The cabin was fully set up for our stay. Loved the hot tub. We even got to bring our dog for a small cleaning fee. Definitely recommend this place, and we hope to come back again soon.

This place is a gem! The view from the back porch overlooking Cook Inlet is worth every penny alone, but the cabins are just as beautiful! The decor is updated, rustic and very cozy. They are also immaculate! Everything is very clean and spacious. The caretakers were friendly and accommodating. We came up for a mini adventure with our daughter but this place is now on our bucket list to come back!

Beautiful view of the Inlet. Great customer service. Check in was extremely easy. Alisa was right in the little hiccup we did encounter Cabin is clean, well stocked and maintained. So cozy☺️very good service and experience.

Exceptional view, great amenities. Last night we enjoyed a Winter soak in the hot tub. We will definitely be back. The dogs loved the place as well. Matthew and Emily were quite friendly, and accommodating. We plan on coming back for my birthday month in March. Thank you Kenai Suites.

I must preface this review with the fact that we got a great deal off the winter rate—I was really on the fence between three and four stars, but based on the daily rate that we got, it swayed me to four. It’s also to be said we would likely never stay here if we had to pay the summer rate. Being locals renovating a small place over the holiday, we wanted a break from the drywall gypsum dust and a real bed for New Years. We had a dog and really wanted a hot tub—this really was the only place that fit the bill at the time for not an obscene price tag. Almost didn’t do it because of the $75 no refundable pet fee. This fee was three times the most I’ve ever paid for nonrefundable pet fee at a place to stay; I have paid more in the past, but it was a refundable fee. It was exactly what we were looking for and was very cozy place, especially with the new addition of the gas fireplace. It was borderline basic with having a functional kitchen arrangement, but was fine for our short term use. The Wi-Fi while we were there was practically unusable. There was a period of time where there was no water available because apparently breaker had blown and their tank ran dry. Then after that the hot water ran a very heavy iron color and even got a little bit with the cold water as well. The bathroom was really cold, but they had a portable heater in the cabin that we wield in there make it a bit more comfortable.

Best place to stay in Homer! Had a moose and her baby walk right past our cabin! Cabins are roomy and clean. The fire pit was great for toasting marshmelllows and making Smores! This place is so awesome they even provide the skewers at the pit! I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it! Make sure you have the breakfast. It has great choices and the coffee was amazing! Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

This was a wonderful place to stay, it is super cute, can't beat the price and the views are spectacular! I will definitely be back and for a longer stay next time!

Amazing place. Highly recommended! The "Million Dollar View" is no joke; it's absolutely stunning. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Cabins were luxerious and clean.

I highly recommend the Alaskan suites… they were very reasonable, and accommodating. The cabins were roomy, and clean, with an awesome patio view of the bay from high above. They had a barbecue grill, with cookware, microwave, 2 queen sized beds, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, with DVD, and stereo, sink with running water, and refrig… oh, and very hot showers in a clean indoor bathroom… thank you for a great stay.

First off, the owner Larry is GREAT! Super responsive, personable, and works hard to make your stay exactly what it should be. We booked this place for a girls weekend and took full advantage of the hot tub, grill, and beautiful views. While the bedding could use updating, it was still good and the place was perfectly clean and they really thought of everything — full cable, free Wi-Fi, surround sound, all the bbq tools you could need, hot tub towels, etc. We also got a great deal because we went down in January, and Larry offers very reasonable off season rates — unlike other places in Homer with the same amenities. After two nights there over a long weekend, we were very reluctant to leave "our cozy cabin".

My Husband and I just got back from our Second stay at Alaskan suites! Both of our stays were way beyond our expectations. The staff and Owner are all wonderful and helpful. The cabins are beautiful fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing! We tell everyone we know about Alaskan Suites in Homer AK!
