I stay here regularly for work. It is always a good experience. I have stayed at most other lodgings in Haines, Aspen suites is my preferred. Check in is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The curtains close to allow you to sleep through the long summer nights. Parking is ample and staff is friendly.

Good room, lots of space for 2 people. Free coffee at the front desk. But our room now smells like maple smoked bacon, not a bad smell!

This place is virtually brand new. Even though it was just me staying, I was given a large room with a kitchenette. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.

As a resident of Haines, I rented the boardroom for a business meeting. They said it up professionally, and on time for 6 a. M. The internet speed was excellent and everything went smoothly.

Had unexpected need to spend night in Haines. Made the best of it. The staff at the hotel was great. Nice laundry facility which was needed that night. Clean and new.

An outstanding stay at a modern suite in Haines, AK. Good location in town center, good parking, friendly and professional staff. Rooms were clean, kitchenette was plenty, bed and pillows were comfy. Got a great value off season using government rate. I would recommend staying here if you want standard and modern amenities.

Definitely the newest property in Haines. Very very clean… Located right across the street from a grocery store… but definitely centrally located. Front desk was helpful…

Great service, big bathrooms and comfy beds. It's right across a nice bakery and a local brewery. The entrance door is right by the parking lot, but the door is a bit heavy and it can be misleading, since there's no sign and all doors from the hotel look the same. There's coffee and tea at the reception and free Wi-Fi.

Clean, comfortable, good value. Great customer service. Myself and a group of friends were supposed to be camping but the weather was terrible. We didn't have a reservation so we went and spoke to the receptionist there, who was friendly and smiley! The rate was a little above what we had expected however she gave us a good discount. The suites are a great size; double bed, desk, little kitchenette area, pull out sofa, bathroom with shower and bath option. Bonus: complimentary toiletries that smelled amazing.

New, clean, comfortable and quiet. Stunning views. Close to all nearby recreation. Friendly staff. If you have the means, bring food with you or purchase in Juneau as food prices in the local stores are expensive. Great town and locals.

This hotel is by far the best one in Haines. Extremely affordable with a government rate discount, and you get a bang for your buck. The rooms include a half size kitchen with cooking supplies, a comfortable cozy bed, and luxurious bathroom. The only downfall is that the office closes between 10pm and 7am; therefore, if you're trying to beat the border crossing time (midnight), make sure to schedule your room reservations ahead of time that way you aren't left in the cold (Our lack of research lead to that). Aside from that, we are extremely pleased with the room, accommodations, and friendly staff.

Showers were awesome, full force water pressure (not a drizzle nor a hydrant). Staff are super helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean and convenient location. I would and will stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel and its awesome. Centric location, good price. The rooms are fully furnish, I mean with everything you need cook your food. They're very clean and the service is excellent. Just be aware that when you come to Haines the grocery shopping is VERY expensive, so do it before you get here.

This is a great place to stay and my home away from home.

I liked the soap and other toiletries. I think that the sliding doors are great there was a lot of space. It was nice to have some supplies in the kitchen and the rooms and beds were perfect.

This hotel was amazing and it was very clean and so good for the cost. We were very comfortable here and will tell others.
