Lovely little cottage in the midst of downtown Anchorage. Beautifully maintained & welcoming. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Within walking distance of downtown shops & activities and the bike/walking trail near the water.
Located on a busy street so can be a bit noisy at night but our stay was very pleasant and I'd stay there again.

These people are the friendliest and most helpful in all of Alaska! Cindy is like your favorite aunt and everyone is available to help or make suggestions if needed. We stayed with a family of 4 in the one room with a kitchen and it was a delight. The location is the best in anchorage with an easy walk to a park and walking paths. You can rent bikes right out on the terrace. Bonus; for $6 you can do your laundry there; a big bonus for js since we traveled in Alaska for 3 weeks and used CWI as our jumping off point between trips.

I very nice inn with a good location within Archorage. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and some rooms had water views. They offered a continental breakfast which included fresh bagels, breads, fruits, yogurts, cereals, juices, coffee, tea and pastries. It was set up in a nice comfortable common area.

I will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Anchorage… the homey feeling, the friendly and down-to-earth staff, the view of the ocean and sound of seagulls and sandhill cranes from my window, the accessibility to the Coastal Trail and all things downtown… seriously, can't beat this! And don't expect it to be a hotel with unused shampoos and conditioners — that adds to the at-home feeling! If that bugs you, bring your own! The breakfasts were lovely and fresh, the staff treated you like family, I just can't say enough good about this place… thank you!

I have visited this charming inn on several occasions, always experiencing clean accommodations, a lovely kitchen and a great selection for breakfast. The owners are so available and being local residents, such a resource for things to do and places to experience. Both visits to Anchorage have been over the moon due to the owners attention to detail and the staff treating guests like family.

This place is cute, quiet, and cozy. The staff running the place were accommodating and polite. The only issue I had with my stay was the lack of coffee in the 2nd houses common room, I also would recommend providing unused amenities to the guest. Sanitary reasons… Other than that it was a great stay!

Nice rooms in an old house. The staff isn't there after 5 or 6 pm and I needed something after hours so I called their contact number but nobody ever got back with me. We asked if we could come back in the evening after we checked out to change or clothes. They said just keep the key until we get back since no-one was going to use the room the next night. That was really nice.

An amazing little Inn we found by mistake. We did not know what to expect and it took us by surprise. The place was just lovely. Clean warm and inviting. Felt like home. The staff was amazing and the breakfast continental Included : fruits, bagels, breads, granola, yogurt and nuts. It's by far the best place I have stayed so far in Alaska. It may be small and not like the big hotels in the area but great never the less. I had to write a post when I left.

A very nice and comfy place! Everything was very clean, and all the people were very friendly. Close to everything downtown, lots of places to walk to and see. We spent a week in AK for our honeymoon and so far this place is my favorite.

The Inn Keeper is so friendly, the room was wonderful, it is cute/cozy, and it is an awesome location by the bay with an excellent view. Overall it is a great B&B and I will definitely be staying again!
