Found a tiny bag of heroin in the drawer with needles and all! Bed Bugs all over the tenants living here are the most absolute trash ever, saw junkies all over around and a bunch of weird people around. Next up we get into the room and the toilet was full with a nice full sized turd, room smelled like cigarettes. do not stay here!

Good rate. Friendly staff. Chose the place because I'm suppose to be able to do laundry. Guess you can't on weekends? No bugs BUT it's noisy and about 150 degrees no fans!

Friendly staff and not to far from airport and mid town. Perfect for what I needed at a budget price.

Just got hung up on as I was asking questions on how to get a room booked for my husband who is traveling the area. Glad they couldn’t stay anyway, my husband is a traveling nurse and was told by coworkers they have left this place due to bed bugs infestations anyway!

There were bed bugs, but only two that I saw. Outside looks fine, but inside is a bit rustic. New mattress but old box spring. Downstairs has shared bathroom.

Its a great place to get on your feet and if mu have no optiobs and need a last resort kind of place.

Room was very run down and had a very bad smell to it. However it is the cheapest price in town, the customer service was very good.

Weekend get away with hubby. And we will make plans to go elsewhere next time… even if it is $20 more. There was a drunk lady outside pissing herself, a guy on drugs picking up cigarettes buttress by the door, 3 meth users outside our window, high traffic areas for drugs and prostitution, very hot room, room size was extremely small, it's not just a motel… they offer offer monthly rates and you can tell tenants live here. Such a quaint building and had a lot of potential! God bless this place.

I cant classify with zero stars, but if I could I would definetely put zero! Worst hotel that I ever been in contact in my life! They have horrible people working for them. Dont go there, dont make reservations there! WORST HOTEL EVER!

Good cheap place to spend a night there is only to book in time.

We stayed overnight because we had a 6am flight the next morning. The Chelsea Inn was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Let's see… 1) One of the ladies at the front desk was rude to my girlfriend and did not speak very good English. This isn't something I would usually fault someone for, but she was unnecessarily terse and rude. 2) The hotel says it is non-smoking, but this must be a recent change. The entire place reeked of stale cigarette smoke. 3) Our room was unbearably hot. It was a cool 60 degrees outside (June 16th), but must have been 85+ in our room with the window wide open. 4) Our room was not very well maintained. The window could only be opened to one setting, and was held in place by two door stops screwed into the window frame. The electrical outlets were so old that our cell phone chargers wouldn't stay plugged in unless we duct taped them to the wall. No joke. 5) Not in the best part of town. Plenty of drunks, homeless, and other seedy characters loitering in and around the general vicinity of the hotel. My girlfriend was catcalled several times walking to and from the gas station down the street. She can handle herself and this wasn't a big deal, but something to keep in mind. We didn't expect much and only stayed for a night, but for $100/night we expected more than we got. In their defense: we interacted with two other staff members who were both very polite and accommodating.

It's a nice please to stay with reasonable prices, and clean facilities. I would recommend this place to friend and family.

I was so thirsty waiting at the bus stop & went inside to use the vending machine to buy a soda. The Korean lady at the desk told me the vending machine was for guests only & told me to leave. I was so offended that I left what I just bought & told her that she can have it. I walked out. She got so mad that she went after me outside & threw my purchase at me! I called the police. My bus had arrived and I got on. Don't ever stay there, they are dirty and unprofessional.

This place had mice droppings on the box spring! Really? THAT MAKES NO SENSE! I'm make a report to the Better Business Bureau and whatever other agency that needs to be aware!

Was there visiting a friend and he was happy with the price of the room and customer service.

Not very clean and not very good room service.

My first night here, at about 3 in the morning, a family staying in the room above me woke me up with loud talking and ceaseless pounding around until 5 in the morning. The second night was quiet. The third night, at about 1 in the morning, a group of young drunken men staying in the room above me woke me up with nonstop yelling until 4 in the morning. I had a hard time sleeping at this hotel. I stay at at a hotel, and pay them money, to sleep. I will not soon forget how unhappy I was at this place. They wanted my money and weren't interested in providing much for it.
