Rooms were pretty nice.
Staff was really polite. It's not the nicest hotel I ever stayed at, but it's not the worst. I would stay here again.

Hotel is nice enough. Very standard across the board. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Location is decent. We'd probably stay again, but there was nothing really extraordinary about this hotel.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn one night while traveling. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms were nicely appointed. Overall, the hotel was clean and free of odors, both in our room and in the public areas. Although the hotel was off an interstate road and busy highway, we weren’t disturbed by noises. The staff was very helpful. Awhile after we checked in, the lady at the front desk called to ensure everything was OK with our room. The lady also pointed out the outlets in the lobby area so that I could plug in my laptop PC and work. One thing that was particularly nice was that the hot water was really hot. The complimentary breakfast included several hot items besides the obligatory waffles: eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others too.

Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. AC was nice and cold. Water pressure was great. But the toilet and shower in our room had drains that worked so slowly that the toilet really didn't flush and the shower was unusable. We let them know in the morning. Would have said something immediately but we got there late at night and planned on leaving first thing in the morning so we barely had time to sleep.

Great hotel. Great hotel staff. Courteous front desk. Cool sculpture in the lobby. You would not believe what they payed for it. The pool is heated, though there were never any towels, my only complaint. The breakfast was phenomenal well stocked, though I do wish that there was more seating. You can always go back to your room if you're by yourself, but if you're there with your family you might find the four tables available not enough when considering other guests.

Love that getting by the front desk clerk & the design of the lobby as well as the room. Loved the breakfast with many choices as well as the server. The only unpleasant experience I had was how the housekeeping came in and DON'T give you a chance to respond to the knock. They push knock the door while yelling housekeeping. They have the vacuum running at the same time to use as an excuse as to why they didn't hear you. It's my fault since I didn't put the font disturb sign out. I just didn't expect them to come at 09:00 when check out is at 11:00. But other than that I will come again & I already referred this hotel to a friend.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. We chose a cheap motel hoping it would suffice for the night because we received water damage in our home. Got in the room, unpacked and realized the place was infested with bed bugs. When bringing this to their attention, they refused to move us to a different room or refund our money. Not to mention the bathtub and toilet looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. When we got back to the room to gather up our belongings to leave & spend MORE money on a cleaner option, we also noticed what appeared to be rat droppings behind the entry door. American owned businesses aren't run this way and I will make sure none of my friends throw their money into this rat and bed bug infested excuse of a motel.

No ketchup in the breakfast room, but otherwise a perfectly reasonable place to stay, if somewhat overpriced. They were in the midst of remodeling and putting in a new floor in the lobby, so that should look nice soon. Many many towels in the bathroom.

This is my first review ever. We got a king room with a pull out couch. Only two towels (our kids were with us). Kids went swimming and there were no towels available. Asked for more towels and we were told they had none. Pull out couch had no sheets which they gave us but they had no blankets for us. The woman at the desk did her best but it is way understaffed.

I've stayed here several times and I hate to say it's lost a lot of its appeal. My "suite" had a empty, tiled floor room in front of bed. I don't like to judge a hotel by its guests, but its being taken over by construction workers. Skipped breakfast because I couldn't even get into breakfast area because of them.

This is part of the Choice hotel chain which offers moderately priced hotels. This location is clean, staff friendly, comes with breakfast. I stay at Choice hotels whenever I can because of their rewards program. Paid $105 per night, was worth it. Would have given 5 stars except location is lacking on amenities. Just changed to 5 stars as I discovered they do have a pool & gym. Free USA today newspapers as well. Take the time to enroll in their rewards program.

Very pleased. Left one place to stay here. Front desk attended pleasant and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Appears to be newly updated.

Very nice clean place. Accepts pets. We don't have one one and wish they didn't after putting up with barking dogs last night and early this morning. The place is clean. Breakfast well stocked and fresh.

The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. Check in was an absolute breeze. The Breakfast line-up was equally impressive. I found the rooms to be well maintained and smelt fresh. Would stay there again.

Great hotel since remodel. Staff is nice. Clean rooms. Good bedding and fixtures. Rooms are quiet every time I've stayed here. Only concern is lack of food options in hotel's immediate area. Few options withing 5 minutes, but lots of options about 10 minutes away.

Great beds I want one at home. Nice and clean. Nice little gym. My son liked the pool but he said was no good looking lifeguards to pretend he was drowning lol but had great time thanks be back soon.

The comfort inn we stayed at was FANTASTIC. It had been recently renovated, was modern and IMPECCABLY clean. Great place to stay! Rates are great too!

Very nice staff, clean and kept areas. Room was clean but needed a little more detail. Not bad but I bleach wiped the bathroom counter and coffee pot… Pool area was great. They need to replace the screens in the pool area to keep the bugs out. Breakfast was wonderful. Thick pattie sausage, fried? eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, bagels… great! Good coffee and wonderful staff… we will stay again when passing through. Good Job Comfort Inn!

We were there with 2 kids. Everything was great! Clean hotel with excellent front desk service! Good selection on breakfast buffet. Pool was clean, not warm but it is May! No complaints from my family!

Dana at front desk went out of her way to help us have a restful evening and she obviously cares about the guests she serves. The breakfast attendant worked hard and cheerfully to serve breakfast to a sold out crowd. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Great stay!

They got everything right. The price was reasonable and all the accommodations were high quality. Very fast internet, even a 5ghz signal on Wi-Fi AC. I will be staying here again when I stop in Decatur.

Our room was quiet and comfortable and the staff friendly. Our room and the hotel common areas that we saw (front desk, breakfast area, halls, outdoor grounds) all appeared to have been recently remodeled. My only concern was with the cleanliness and attention to detail. In our bathroom there were several hairs in the shower, bathroom counter, hairdryer, and signage offering toiletries if you had forgotten something. Also the small bottle of lotion provided clearly had been used, was half full, and the bottle was covered in part of the lotion. Ceiling tile outside our room had been stained by a water leak. In the front lobby area is a waterwall with bubbling water designed to sepperate the front desk from the breakfast area. I'm sure when it was new it was rather amazing. The water was partially evaporated making it look far less appealing. This is the first thing people see and it doesn't leave a good first impresaion. I didn't report any of my observations which is my fault. These were all things that I overlooked and hadn't planned to think any more about until I recieved this survey. Overall I would stay there again. It was easy to reach from the interstate. Located conveniently near gas stations, fast food restaurants and a Dollar General Store in case you forget your deodorant and hair brush! ; —)

Comfort Inn is great bang for your dollar. The outside of the building was recently updated. I would give the rooms a 7.5 on cleanness. The breakfast area was small, but the breakfast was pretty good. We would stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and we'll decorated. The staff was very friendly. Excellent continental breakfast. Happy to have happened across this location.

First we checked in with Josh who was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions on where to eat etc. The room was clean and the temperature was great. The morning breakfast was very nice and the staff person was friendly.

We booked the Meeting Room for a Baby Shower from 11:30-3 for $75. The girl on staff when we arrived was very rude and nosey. We were not allowed to use the ice machine. We thought for sure the ice machine would be available to use, as we are paying as a guest a high price for such a small room. We were made to wipe all tables, stack all chairs, vacuum, and take our trash out. We dont mind cleaning up after ourselves. We thought we shouldn't have had to vacuum and take the trash. The lady on staff as we were leaving was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our shower despite the quality of service and lack of amenities.
