Close to 65, nearby food. You get what you pay. Recommend.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Looks like some remodeling has been going on.
A few minor maintenance issues in the room, nothing that inconvenienced our stay.

There are bugs in the room. The sheets had blood on them. The room smelled bad. The halls smelled like cigarettes. The toilet clogged (after doing #1) and they told us they didn't have a plunger and we could use the toilet on the first floor. The phone was broken so every time we had an issue we had to walk to the front desk (which wouldn't be that big of a deal of there wasn't so many issues). There was a mirror hanging off the wall with a huge hole behind it. The towels had long black hairs on them. The place is very run down. The elevator is very slow even though there are only two floors. It is incredibly hot in the elevator, so you're better off using the stairs. If you are thinking about staying here, don't. For the price its very unreasonable.

We tried staying here on a drive up from Florida, but ended up checking out and switching hotels. Checking in, someone with me went to the bathroom and the light didn't work, it was extremely dim and flickering. We checked into our room and looked closely at the beds before settling in and found a few questionable things, which the staff said was nothing (which it might of been, but we were still nervous about it. ) We asked to switch rooms and they gladly let us switch. We had a good amount of trouble getting the door open, which was probably our fault. This room seemed better, but the beds were on the small side and someone with me said they felt a bug crawling on them. We went to get a soda from the vending machine and it took our money but didn't give us our drink. We still felt unsettled about staying so we ended up leaving, and the woman at the desk was perfectly nice about it all, although I will say when we switched rooms they seemed visibly annoyed. Overall I wouldn't stay here again.

Great place to stay, staff always makes me feel like I'm home. Bathrooms could use an update especially tub and toilet. Also broken door near kitchen needs repair. Staff is hard working take pride in their work.

Very nice remodel. Can tell they put a lot work into making the hotel look and feel nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay when traveling with a pet. Continental breakfast was nothing spectacular, but it got the job done. Only major qualm was that it took the room a long time to reach a comfortable temperature.

I don’t know where to start. The hotel is being worked on and nothing stated it was under construction. No elevators. Only one staircase, which housed broken room furniture. The room was very dated and smelled. The lamp was broke and had obviously taken a few crashes. The towel rack barely was attached. The carpet was coming up. The beds were the worst I had ever slept in, in a hotel period and I have stated in. The breakfast was not good. We had stale cereal, no syrup for waffle, old bananas… If you didn’t want toast, you were better to skip. The parking was so slim literally you had to park in back of hotel and walk with no entrances near. No one asked us how our room was. There was towels soaking up the wet carpet. I thought this would have been nicer since it was rated well. The first and last time at quality, because it wasn’t quality at all.

Not very sightly. Looks like an airport and all of the lights look like florescents. The beds were on the smaller side. Other than that the place got the job done. Slept well.

The first floor had an odd smell, and the second floor smelled of smoke. That said the non smoking room we stayed in was fine. The bed was comfortable, the TV nice, the water pressure adequate. Breakfast was standard: waffle iron, pastries, yogust, cereal. Front desk staff were nice. The elevator was not functioning, but both the website and the attendant when we checked in let us know before booking the room, which was much appreciated.

Great and handy place to stay with kitties. Also, Mary, at the desk is friendly and helpful.

You can definitely tell where the smoking rooms are. The building seems to be under constant renovation in small sections. The dining area was pretty nice and clean. The staff was really nice.

Very disappointed… two 70 yr olds had to haul luggage up two flights of stairs. No elevator. No rooms of any sort available on ground floor. Assigned room 214… not cleaned, back down to desk, room 206 had a closet with no hangers or hanger bar. Called front desk for a least two luggage racks… didn't have any! So, back down to get another room assignment 218. Room appears ok, but we don't have a desk lamp to complete and update some pc work. Further from stairwell. We do a lot of traveling, and we do not find the need to complain often, but this is the most unorganized Quality Inn we've encountered. We will think twice about booking sight unseen, again.

Nice rooms and hotel. Beds a little hard for my liking but I like a soft mattress.

Very nice and friendly employees, great rooms, it's nice that they are pet friendly. I've seen complaints about dogs, if you don't like animals don't stay there. I enjoy all the pets.

Best staff ever. My family and I have been using this hotel for over 10 years. Highly recommend.

Worse experience EVER! Rude workers and a nasty room. Bed bugs were in my pillow and when I told them they did nothing about it. Had a family member from out of town try and book a room but the woman at the front desk continued to hang up on her and her co — worker proceeded to tell her to go stay another hotel because she doesn't want her there. I can't wait to speak with the manager.

This was a nice hotel. It appears they updated the lobby and hallways. If you don't mind coarse sheets and a firm mattress you will like this hotel.

Pros: Beautiful lobby, accommodating housekeepers, accessible to I-65
Cons: Roaches in room, moisture/smell on 2ND floor, Accessibility barriers — No Elevator.

Pros: Clean Appearance in lobby, spacious, close to I-65, housekeeping was accommodating. Cons: Roach infestation (2 night stay with at least 1 dead upon entering the room, several crawling around room throughout stay), Moisture in Rooms with Smell, Accessibility barrier (no elevators). We checked out on the 2ND night, due to roach infestation.

The room was very clean, breakfast was good. This location has good places to eat surrounding the area. The front desk clerk Mary Robinson was very nice and informative about the area. There's also a local Walmart close by for your forgotten items. Enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, enjoyable breakfast, a/c worked great, easy access right off the highway and pet friendly. It was a quick stop just for the night stay for us, but had a great experience while there. Definitely recommend to fellow travelers!

Very nice. Comfortable. Attractive (though very bold colored). Modern granite and tile bathroom. Clean. Good a/c. Good breakfast. Orange juice was not watered down, very tasty. Coffee is machine-made though, not brewed. I plan to return and I would definitely recommend it.

The employees were friendly. The rooms were clean, but only had a smoking room left available, which smelled awful. The pool was sparkling clean. Had a nice stay. Was in Prattville, AL.

Even though this hotel is CLEARLY supposed to honor CLC corporate lodging members when I tried to book a room I was told (after the lady put the phone down and yelled Bernise about 20 times) I couldn't book a room through CLC. Her reason… because there's only one room left. That's not a acceptable reason. The lady was rude and very defensive to my questioning why. Ridiculous and incompetent.

Easy access to highway, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Stayed at the quality inn in Millbrook/Prattville Alabama. Room was clean and quiet.

I have stayed lots of times it was a good place and any thing I had a problem with thay fix it right away…

Stayed for one night. Had a problem with a yapping dog next door at midnight and it was resolved.

It wasn't the greatest but far from the worst! Needs good clean and a lot of critical attention.
