I enjoyed my overnight stay. Nice clean rooms, had everything I needed. Friendly staff, was able to use my AARP Discount upon arrival without having to book first. If possible, will book ahead next time, I believe discount is better online.

Clean locations everywhere just a little pricey but it is Talladega weekend!

Room was good. Bathroom sink a little high, to reach. Bed also Very high. Short people have to jump up. Also breakfast egg omelets were cold. Sausage was warm, and tasted good. (Had to throw away my egg) May have been old, also, not sure.

It's OK. I feel like a lot of the other hotels at this location would have been much better.

Room was nice. "Jacuzzi" bathtub, but apparently the power button was broken off inside the tub housing.

I dislike reviewing hotels. The stay was everything I expected it to be. A good night's sleep in a clean and quiet room. When I checked out there was nothing I could complain about. The location is perfect, right off the highway and next door to a Cracker Barrel.

Very clean nice rooms with easy and fast check in.

This is the nastiest place I've ever seen. Mold in the ac and fridge, semen stains VISIBLE on the walls and shower curtain. The whole room smells like urine. The door frames are BLACK from people's hands. The sheets are VISIBLY nasty, no blacklight needed. Holes in the bathroom ceiling. The shower smelled so bad of urine my fiance and I couldn't even bathe. Do NOT spend your money here.

Awful. I called housekeeping to request for more towels. The person who answered the phone asked for room number and hung phone in my face. Did not end the call appropriately. Housekeeping brought 2 bath towels. I asked him could he bring face towels as well. He came back with 2 hand towels and one face towel. There is notification in room on preserving linen but I didn't think it meant when u request what u needed as well. Especially at $110 a night. Please don't stay here.

When me and my battles first pulled up I told them this was more like a motel than a hotel. And compared to the ones around it it was awful and I objected to staying there but we had drill and everything else was booked. I woke up with multiple bites on my arms and legs. I went to the front desk to show the associate and he said it looks like something attacked. Yes I was attacked-by BED BUGS. Also the toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and there were cigerette burn holes on the comforter.

Very nice and very clean. Wifi works good and they offer more TV channels than most.

This worst experience of my life. I traveled from Atlanta to come here. Booked my room and received confirmation number and when I got to the Hotel the next few days, I was told my card had declined. Well I used a second card oh it was declined. So I called my Husband and he was going to give his card info to see if that would work. And then I was told it's okay. Your fine it's a glitch in our system. Signed my papers went into my room. From 9am — 12:30 noon I was in my room resting had been up since 5am. So I stepped out go get some things because I had to preach that Friday night 2/18/2018. I had no sleep. So I come back to find that they locked me out my room. The next shift young lady told me that her general manager said my card declined. I said what. Oh, my lord. That can't be She said well maybe since you are out of town that's why it declined your card. Whoever heard such. Well I said I have cash. No we don't accept cash until check out. Then I said okay what about my husband card let's try his card. No I can't do that he needs to be here. All day long you book rooms online and the people not there for you to see them. I said the gentleman this morning was on the phone with my husband to accept his card, and the young lady told him to hang up the phone it was a glitch in y'all system. She was so nasty and rude. She said well he wasn't suppose to do that. He could get in trouble. I just had her to open up the door so I could get all my things and Go.

Great staff, clean room, fridge, microwave, hot breakfast, not the carb filled continental type. And best for us, pet friendly, with a deposit.

Good location for food and site seeing.

Clean room. Comfy bed & pillows. Water pressure was sort of puny. Looks like it has been recently remodeled. Breakfast was very nice with options of hot food. Clean environment to eat. When asked the clerk stated that they spray for bedbugs monthly. For a basic inexpensive place for just sleeping and showering it was adequate.

It is just okay need work to bring up to date.

Terrible breakfast. The beds are not well kept or comfortable.

This motel with rip you off with extra charges on your card. They will lie to your face and charge random 3.95 charges a couple of times. I won’t be back.

Check in was very friendly, got to the room and there was used soap left in the bathtub, the floor doesn't seem to habe been vacuumed for a while and tables had spilt coffee marks all over them. Beds are very comfy.

Terrible service. There is a guy that works at the check in desk that is rude beyond belief.

I was very pleased with the location of the Quality Inn since it was in a "campus" of other hotels, including the Holiday Inn Express and the Hampton Inn. There were several restaurants available including a Southern Buffet where you could get down — home delicious food for $9. The Quality Inn reminded me of the motels of the past where you pulled your car up to the door of your room. We got a room very close to the pol, which was very well naintained. The morning breakfast included many hot items along with cold cereals and yogurt. It was very clean and maintained by an efficient you lady. The price of the QI was just $78. The bathrooms need to be updated, but that is just cosmetic. I was very satisfied with our stay.

This hotel was not so bad with only 2 levels, no elevator, they were able to accommodate our last minute booking. The breakfast was simple and good with someone from the staff filling and cleaning up the area. We did ask for another room once we got our room because the sheets were wrinkled, like someone slept in the bed already. One night not so bad to hit the road the next day.

Quick check in. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Bed was huge and comfortable!

While traveling back from Florida recently I decided to stop in Oxford, AL for the night. The Quality Inn in Oxford had the best nightly rate of the group of hotels clustered just off of I-20 so I chose to stay there since I only needed a place for one night. Upon being assigned a room I drove up to it only to find that the door to the room had been left wide open! Not a very good first impression if you ask me… Choosing to give the place the benefit of the doubt, I went ahead and entered the room and found everything appearing to be OK, however there was what looked like an air conditioning filter screen laying inside the room right by the doorway. My first instinct was that maybe the a/c was being worked on, so I took the filter screen up to the front desk staff and they didn't know anything about the room being worked on. But they quickly offered me another room. As it turns out, I should have stayed with the first room because the second room was even worse! I have listed all complaints below: 1. Strands/pieces of hair in the shower tub and on the shower walls 2. Some towels were stained; one very heavily stained (yet they were offered as 'clean' towels? If I gave you 'clean' toilet paper that had brown stains on it would you still use it? … I don't think so) 3. Bathroom mirror was dirty 4. The part of the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom was torn almost into shreds in some places 5.

Hotel is clean, updated and comfortable. Breakfast is standard hot fare (cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, etc). Beds are firm but comfortable. No complaints except the fitness room, which really needs to be larger and get a new treadmill. Otherwise, I've enjoyed my stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi, microwave and mini Keurig, and mini refrigerator in each room rounds out the standard perks of a hotel in this price range.

Complete crap hole, but everyone in the area already knows this. The only people that stay here are those that don't have a choice of any other hotel in the area. Come Talladega Nascar race time, you take what you can get. My room had a busted lock, the key cards quit working randomly, the room wasn't clean, etc. But you gotta sleep somewhere.

Me and my wife drove for 13 hours. We wanted to rest so we tried to find a nice hotel for the night so we chose Quality inn. Upon getting our rooms we decided to get food, shower, then go to bed, only for my wife to lay in a still damp piss stain on the bed. We also noticed the room had a strong cigarette smell. Funny seeing how it was a non smoking room. So logically, we go to the lady at the front desk and she gets us another room. This new room also smells like cigarettes and our pillows and sheets are dirty. We ended up throwing them in the floor because its late and we dont want to go down and change rooms again. In the morning while we were packing up the cleaning lady had a lit cigarette in her mouth and was changing pillows for one of the rooms, no wonder they smelled like smoke. We notified front desk that we were the ones with the complaint from the night before. The man at the desk said the management was there but they couldn't do anything for us because we didnt have a Quality rewards credit card. Will not use a "Quality" Inn anytime soon.

Nice indoor pool. Hot tub also. People behind the counter weren't very nice. Room was nice and clean.

Great value. They offered a managers social with free pizza and beer. Of course they had the world famous cinnamon rolls in the morning. The room was acceptable, however the AC cycled on and off within seconds all night long.

Bugs. Water leak. Slow response from management. No fresh fruit for breakfast.

Wi fi doesn't work, room is nasty, called the front desk and it rang for ten minutes before anybody answered then she laughed and said well my Wi-Fi doesn't do that! Dump!
