Awsome people witch makes it a great place when I come back I will be calling ahead and staying there for shore.

Had to get a new room key almost twice daily. Manager kicked me out of my room for a “20 year return customer” and then took my money for a different room without actually having another available. I could go on for 10 pages about the terrible experience I had at this hotel but I won’t. Also note that the $48 dollar online rate is not honored here. Final thoughts are go to the royal inn down the road or any of the at least 4 other hotels within a 5 mile radius.

Kind of sketchy, but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was cheap. Great for an overnight stay.

Nice clean rooms, price not bad.

Stayed for one night. Exterior of the building was clean. Room was clean. Shower was acceptable. Staff were friendly. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was okay. Great restaurants close. Shopping close. Linens clean. Rooms recently updated. Great cost.

Decent place for a decent price right in the middle of historical Monroeville where the author of "One flew over the cuckoos nest" grew up…

I stay here a lot for work. Management is cheap on everything. Internet is slow or non-existent. Don't count on there being breakfast in the morning. All of the "non-smoking" rooms smell like smoke. Odd ball things like light fixtures, mini-fridges, or bathroom fans don't work in some of the rooms.

Fairly old and run down hotel. Wi-Fi is very laggy. Continental breakfast advertised as from 6am to 9am, but the lobby was not open when I left at 645am. Mattress in my room is in dire need of replacement, and the top bed sheets have cigarette burns on them.

Has roaches. Terrible smell.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Don't usually write reviews but I enjoyed my stay for a great price. Will come back.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days last month and were bitten by something in room 112. We left early that saturday morning as we had a 12 hour drive back to missouri. So I contacted the hotel the next day and told them what happened. They never contacted be back so I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint against them. Then I called the hotel back. They then claimed they called me and it went to voicemail… I don't know if they understand the process of caller id but I do have it and there was never a call from them because I waited all day for them to respond to my call. We were bitten while staying in that room whether it was bed bugs fleas chiggers or whatever. I think my money should have been refunded but they refuse to do that. They had the pest control out to spray 2 days after I left. So I called the health department and told them what happened. He went out to inspect the room and surrounding rooms and found nothing or so he say… but then if pest control was out there the day before he inspected it on that tuesday then you wouldn't find anything genius. So I contacted the bbb and filed a complaint and so far nothing has been done. This hotel refuse to refund our money. All well and good because mark my words abvi there will be someone or something down the road there will come along and cost you more than the 200 dollars we paid you to be eaten alive. And when it does remember I told you so. I wish I could give you a zero rating.

I gave this place a one start because 0 star wasn't an option! This place is awful, nasty, and very very rude! I stayed with my dad, brother, fiance, and uncle and my uncle was on night shift and they would wake him up everyour hour or so wanting me to walk down to the office to for one reason or another even though we had the do not disturb sign up. And made us Saturday pay $30 a night for our 3 puppies but made me keep my blue pit on a leash where he couldn't run And play with my other puppy! And I'm 7 months pregnant so he knows not to jump on people. House keeping wouldn't even bring us clean towels because of my chihuahua who is scared of her own shadow. I have to hold her 24/7 because she's scared of everything. And the front desk lady Mrs vita called me a liar because I brought my dogs a week later than my dad checking in and said it's because I didn't want to pay the pet fee. So not worth the $508 a week here!
