Nice staff, but extremely filthy carpet! Meeting rooms and guest rooms all need new carpet.

Used the hotel for my 10 hour dot break was super clean and quiet.

If no stars were an option, that would be what I chose. First of all our room had a huge stain/burn in the floor. The carpet in the hotel as a whole was disgusting. The bathroom toilet leaked, the fridge in the room leaked as well. The bathroom floor was filthy to the point I used a washcloth to clean/mop it. Then everything in the room was sticky so I went to the workout room, and tool Lysol wipes to clean the room. The fan in the room only worked on low, and the matresses covers were dirty with blood or mold. That's all for the room. Then the next morning we show up for breakfast and there's no coffee, and no one at the front desk to get coffee so we could just make it in the room. There was 1 person there running breakfast, and the WHOLE hotel. She was nice, but overworked, and overwhelmed. We ended up going to Hardees to get coffee, and breakfast. This is thankfully our only visit to Marion AL. If you have to go there stay 30 minutes away!

Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Everyone is super friendly. General Manager Diana is fantastic and went out of her way to help me when I left some items in the closet. We will return again next year to this hotel for reunion.

Very nice hotel. King size bed very comfy. Has refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Hot and cold breakfast items included in your stay. Pool was drained. Was chilly no biggie.

The bathroom needs to be scrubbed really good shower had hair and pink mildew in it and the shower doors had soap scum all over them. Bathroom floor had hair all on it as well. I’ve stayed at this hotel before super nice and friendly staff rooms were clean I would hate to see this hotel start going down because someone doesn’t have pride in there job.

I slepted/rested very well! Rooms are beautiful and the staff has been tremendously over and above helpful… love it.

I was visiting Marion, AL for a family reunion this past Memorial’s Day weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s overall appearance. The room I stayed in mirrored the rooms advertised on the website. What you see is what you get. From check-in to check-out the staff were quite friendly and happy to assist with any concerns we had. My mom says she’d do a commercial for them if they’d like, and she wouldn’t charge. There wasn’t a stench as some hotels have, the rooms are smoke-free. Room service was nice. Breakfast was good, the waffles were great! We had a chance to enjoy the gym and loved it. My family also had an opportunity to enjoy the pool. I look forward to staying here again in the future. The only thing I found to be unsatisfactory was a heap of dust behind the microwave. There was no power on one side of the room so I went to check the plug. The issue was promptly resolved by the hotel. My mother also suggested maybe the hotel should have a mini cafe for those who are hungry in the evenings and don’t want to go out. Another guest would agree as I met him while heating up food downstairs and he asked was there any food served at night. Truly an enjoyable hotel experience!

Middle of the road kind of place. Not bad, not great.

Not a place to stay. Here for work the breakfast is random. Sometimes 5 sometimes 630. Phone service in the room is minimal at best. Most calls were spent in the window or out side. Wifi also in and out. I had the privilege of staying her for 20 days. Not a good experience. 30 mins from anything. Pool is full of trash. We I first arrived I asked about laundry. The lady up front said"we always change " survey says… That was a lie. Crappy trip crappy stay crappy place.

Everything was extremely clean, and the staff was outstanding.

1 day is 110 and it is not worth the money. Cheap expensive looking furniture stiff bed and slow Wi-Fi. If I spend 110 for a day I need better than this. Do not go. Most of the reviews a probably written by staff. Seem rehearsed.

This is out in the middle of nowhere and they have the best service.

We love this place we call it our home away from home! We have a granddaughter that goes to Judson so we are there a lot! Very clean & wonderful workers there! See yall soon Sleep Inn!

My car broke down late Saturday afternoon and the staff went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable and pleasant as I tried to solve my problem. The room and bed was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay there again.

We stay every time we come see our son at Marion Military Institute. Facilities are always very clean and the staff is super friendly. Recognize us on phone when we call for reservations. So happy they are there as there isn't anywhere else to stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed here the other weekend. I was checking out Judson College with my mom actually. This hotel was great. I think it's about a year old. There was a ton of good food for breakfast, the rooms were clean, and there's no smoking which is great.
