All staff we encountered were very friendly. Hotel was clean. Rooms were a little dated, but not bad. Bed was comfortable.

Love it,, its was very nice, comfortable, clean and a great location plus staff was friendly. When we return again I will definitely stay again.

The room was nice and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was complementary and decent enough, but could have used a few more options. For example, they have bagels but no cream cheese. Cereal but no milk. The coffee was excellent.

Clean room. Water was nice and hot. Fair price.

Great hotel, very clean, quite so you can relax, clean pool, amazing breakfast & most importantly great staff.

Been coming here for a couple of months when I’m around the area. Rooms are cleaning each stay & seems to be pretty modern furniture. TVs worked great, staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast in the morning is decent. Highly recommend.

We were tired. It was 11:15 pm when we arrived. The front desk attendent treated us like we were friends. She was so happy to see us. What an asset she is to this company! Thank you!

Check in was super quick, which we appreciated because we were traveling late. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and well stocked.

It gets noisy at night if you stay on the side next to O'Charleys. The walls are pretty thin to so you can hear your neighbors.

Not happy with my stay. First room stank like wet dog. Pool is outside and it's 28 degrees. Interior is old and beat up. Also over priced compared to 5 other states throughout SW and southen states. Elevator grinds and bumps feels like it's on its last leg.

Clean and well stocked. Very good breakfast bar. Nice common area and staff exceptional.

I only sat in the lobby as I waited for a friend, but the customer service seemed great! Drinks and popcorn were available in the lobby and it smelled great!

Everything was lovely, that service, the food and the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. This was my second stay in less than seven months…

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay there again.

Room and bathroom were clean but the shower head was broken, the temperature was flipped, and the faucet was broken. When I went down to breakfast there was no one there, and the workers were chatting together even though several items needed to be replenished. Not the quality I was hoping for, especially after experiencing much better at other Hampton locations.

Very clean nice rooms with free breakfast. A few times the front desk didn't have an attendant but they were usually close by. Excellent location to walk to eat to both fast food and nicer restaurants.

We had a wonderful room great time. The only complaints​ I have is they don't leave any extra trash bags in the rooms for you. Beds slept good, front desk was very helpful with anything I needed​.

Overall this hotel was quiet, clean and had a great breakfast. The breakfast was your usual pastries, cereal and fruit, but there was also a DIY waffle station, a sausage and egg mixture and grits. There is a very small pool, gym and on site laundry mat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only situation I saw was that during breakfast hours there was not always a person staffing the front desk as they were completing other duties. However, they were always very prompt in heading that way to take care of the guests. The hotel shares a parking lot with O'Charley's and Outback Steakhouse.

Perfect place to stay. The staff was remarkable. The rooms were clean & with a refreshing smell. The location has everything you need surrounding the hotel, from food to gas & shopping facilities. The rating really is reflected on the staff though due to thier friendliness & willing to go overboard to make your stay a pleasure & of course the clean, comfy rooms. Yes I will stay there again when in that area.

I've enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. It's very clean and comfortable for a hotel in its price range. There's a bunch of good places to eat nearby.

Clean rooms and linen, safe location, free breakfast with a pretty decent variety. Limited free Wi-Fi option, bathtub was a little on the dirty side. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Heard a lot of traffic in the hallway from my room, but that was probably just a location issue (first room down the hall on the first floor). A very good option for overnight stays considering the alternatives in the area.

My family and I were traveling a long distance due to a family emergency, we were tired and weary. This Hampton Inn was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and just what we needed. I highly recommend it.

Nice room. Didn't spend much time in it as there was an Outback on one side and O'Charlie's on the other side. The location was good with a light commute for the reason I was in town. The staff was very friendly. Overall pleasant stay.
