Very clean and friendly I would come back and stay any time I am in the area.

Extremely damp, musty. Very noisy. People just hanging around on the property, kind of scary.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We picked it on a whim very late at night. The floors were nasty, I think there was blood smeared on the inside of the door, and the was no lid on the toilet.

I recommend Quality Inn is the place to stay friendly staff nice view good breakfast.

The rooms are clean, staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast is pretty good especially when they have the Good smoked sauage. The property has a nice view of the lake from the dinning room.

We stayed here as halfway point from Atlanta to panama beach, but never again! Positives: friendly, helpful staff Negatives: dirty carpet, broken light bulbs, A/C dripped water so wet carpet, smelled of mold, safety concerns, everything old Additionally, many workers stay here and it can be loud. And, hence dogs allowed on the premise will bark. At 6:30am someone tried to kick in my door and cops were called; the angry individual admitted it due to a dog barking and left when cops arrived. Comfort suites headquarters needs to inspect and renovate this property. The location needs a health inspection too. I will never go back and do not recommend it. I Only gave a star as staff were very nice.

The place was actually better then we expected! Staff was super friendly and awesome! Nice clean room. Refrigerator was bigger then expected. 2 complaints: the breakfast was not great! I could only eat (due to food allergies) eggs and meat (sausage is what they had) and both were terrible! And the pool could of used a cleaning!

Passing thru going back to ND, and we decided to stop for the night! I read the reviews, but it was the best of all of the places. There was a sign on the door that they were remodeling, so we didn't quite know what to expect! But this was an excellent place to stay! Jessica at the front desk was so nice and personable, quick and efficient! Very friendly! The room was clean, updated and definitely not 1 complaint from us! I apologize to the young lady who checked us out in the morning, I didn't get her name, but she was so helpful and friendly! As far as the recent bad reviews, I don't buy it! Either they are very persnickity or just need something to complain about! Definitely will return to Quality Inn and Suites! Thank you for a good night sleep! See y'all soon.

The room was nice but they were remodeling the rooms below my room. I had business that had me sleeping during the day (really hard with the banging) and gone at night. The day were supposed to be checking out house keeping kept knocking on the door asking if we're checking out before it was even close to checkout time. Breakfast was not as good as other Choice hotels I've stayed in. It was the same meal both days. Would be nice place to stay if not for the remodeling and house keeping issues.

We checked in on Thursday July 12 before a baseball tournament and enjoyed our stay till July 16 The room we stayed in was directly across from the pool. Of course the baseball teams that was also staying was a little bit rowdy but it wasn’t unbearable. Being as how we was just the grandparents of a team staying elsewhere and we was traveling with my little two year old grandson the noise above us got a little much but one call to the front desk and it was taken care of. From housekeeping to the front desk everyone was really nice and worked with us during the tournament so that we didn’t have to change rooms. I would recommend someone to stay here. They are redoing the rooms and the carpet and everything looked nice and clean so all the comments about dirty carpet and all probably isn’t true anymore.

We found HAIR in our BEDS (both 2 queens). Obviously room was NOT cleaned before our arrival. When we called "0" front desk, no one ever answered. We had to call the main line to get someone on the phone. Lady told us it was too late (9:30pm) to change sheets and that no housekeeper was available anyways. No other room were available for us to switch, So we had to sleep in whomever linens it was. Gross! Never had this experience before. The next day, the day manager said the evening lady was new and that she would comp the room for us. Still doesn't excuse the lack of care of the staff and the fact that this hotel doesn't change their sheets. I could have dealt with a dirty bathroom, but dirty sheets, it's just show laziness of the staff and that the management doesn't care for their "guests". Nasty!

On the road for 16 hours, get to the hotel and the computers are down, no way to check in. Settled for Days Inn.

Very great stay! The staff is so nice and welcoming. The breakfast is awesome. We had an issue with some kids and got on the spot results. Would stay again.

Very nice place to stay you get a complementary breakfast free Wi-Fi a gym and a nice pool for swimming they also have handicap accessible equipment for ever thing I enjoyed my visit and will definitely keep them in mind for my next visit.

The workers here are the best. I was having an extremely difficult time due to my car rental and EVERYONE helped me in their own way. They really looked out for me. Made my stay so much better. We need more sweethearts like them in the world. Life savers!

Most inept desk clerk. Can't check no one in because she can't operate the computer. Says the internet is down. Says there is no one to call for help. We are all standing here with reservations waiting. I asked her to please call for help. She smacked at me. I told her that their must be a procedure for this kind of issue. More lip smacking.

Based on the reviews that I read, this hotel was the best in town. It is situated over looking Lake Eufaula, though I doubt any rooms really have a few of it. There was a nice little park across the street. My room appear to be fairly recently remodeled, but had some pretty filthy carpet to go with the otherwise lovely furnishings. A few other misses like a toilet paper holder falling off the wall, and a sink drain plug that did not very correctly left me wishing that they would go ahead and finish this.

Can’t say much as I just crashed here on a road trip. Nice room, good breakfast. I ckd in at 12:30 am and out 8:30 am so wasn’t there long. Lot of fishermen for Eufala as this place is right on the lakeshore.

Nice place, rooms clean, reasonable prices. Parking with a boat isn't so easy. The plugs are only on the wooden fence that is on the back and far side of the building. The back is easier to get to but very old trees hang over the fence so be prepared for leaves, acorns and ants. The other side is parallel parking for boat only so it isn't the ideal set up for fishermen but it's definitely a good option that can be worked with.

Clean, well kept rooms, courtious staff, delicious breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Reception was very pleasant and checking in was painless. Room was clean, water pressure / hot water was good and the bed was comfy. My only complaint is the lighting in the room was dim.

This is a nice hotel. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is served every morning at 6, and there is a nice variety to choose from.

Booked well ahead of time before our trip. When we arrived (which was pretty late, ~midnight) we went up to our room to find the room hadn't been cleaned. The bed sheets were still sitting as if someone had just got done sleeping there. With a sleeping toddler we went back down to the front desk where the woman told me they didn't have any other rooms available. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because the woman working was extremely pleasant, courteous, and did actually find us a room, albeit a room that was reserved by someone else that hadn't shown up yet. Not sure what happened with them once they arrived… It seems like they just didn't have their stuff together. The room was ok, nothing out of the ordinary, but the price was right. I hope this helps someone thinking of booking here. They do offer government employee rates.

We stopped through during our evacuation from Irma. The staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating working with us on an early check-in. They exceeded our exceptions staff, room Excellent!

Our party of four really enjoyed our stay! The Staff was very nice-from the Front Desk to Housekeeping. Very clean facilities! The location was perfect; right by the Causeway with a beautiful view of Lake Eufala/Chatahoochee River. The sunrise coming up over Georgia was beautiful-great way to start the day! Thier breakfast was amazing! We work in the Food Industry ourselves and we were impressed! The pool, the ammenities, everything-we're so glad we made the choice to stay here and plan to again in the future! We tend to be procrastinators and that's not good during a holiday trying to find lodging but ya'll came through for us amazingly and we're glad we stayed with ya'll.

The location is super nice. It is obvious that they just renovated because all the furniture and such is up to date. However there is some cosmic issues: the doors didn't close properly and some of the paint on the wall was chipping. Still super nice stay and worth the money.

I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The employees were very sweet and kind. The desk was great! Room was very clean and fresh. The pool was awesome!
We had the best time in Eufaula, Alabama. I will absolutely stay there again on our next trip. Five stars all around!

Stayed at White House, TN Quality Inn. Mattress was so loud it woke me up every time I moved in bed. Manager said they were new ONLY 2years old. Will think twice before going good back.

Not worth the money! Very outdated rooms that had a musky smell. The hotel staff was very accommodating but that doesn't help the fact that the place just felt unclean and old. Someone must be getting paid to write these reviews because they're untrue.

This place is all around excellent. The service at the front desk was excellent. When we got to our room it was clean and spacious. The internet was blazing fast. Don't waste your time anywhere else. This is the best hotel in the area.

Awesome service during a family emergency. The staff was generous and very understanding. My stay could not have been any better. Steve and Amanda really did a great job of accommodating any needs that arose unexpectedly. My family and I were very happy and would stay again!

Never stay at this hotel! We stopped on our way to Florida and it was a horrible mistake. They try to save money by not letting the air run in the rooms when they aren't occupied, so when we got in our room is was 90 degrees IN THE ROOM. It was past midnight so we tried to tough it out, we were too tired to go anywhere else. I had to go sit in the car and run the ac so my toddler could fall asleep. It took 2 hours for the room to cool down enough for us to sleep. I tried to talk to management about it the next day but no one would give me the time of day. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Location is right by the Alabama/Georgia state line overlooking Lake Eufaula. Clean rooms and well maintained property. It was worth the hour drive from Dothan to wake up and see the sunrise over the lake.
