Staff is friendly and accommodating, and can be quite funny. Great stay so far.

Love how peaceful and quiet it is. The staff was warm and welcoming and eager to accommodate us. I will definitely be returning and encourage anyone looking for an affordable rate to call and book a room here.

The hotel is clean and in a quiet location. There is a steakhouse close by. You can get Domino's delivered here as well. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any concerns.

Dirty, worn, and poorly managed. Arrived after 10 hours of driving to find the room I booked was given away. I booked specificly because of the room type. They made excuses because it was a online reservation. The manager said that she gave the room away because someone wanted it. We asked what was the point of a reservation then. We asked for the room and she said it was booked. Then we mentioned you just said some one came in and said that they wanted itso you gave it to them. Checked out early. No compensation and no extra honor points.

Horrible Experience! The staff was very rude to myself and the baseball team that we traveled with. My room was not very clean, floors looked like they were not vacuumed, the toilet did not flush, and it took about 20 minutes for the water to get hot. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable! There is a recliner in the room that is DISGUSTING! Half the leather is torn off, I wouldn't touch it! Grease stains on it as well! YUCK! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I would spend an extra $20.00 or so and stay somewhere where you know you will be taken great care of because Candlewood Suites in Enterprise do the complete opposite!

The rooms were nice, better than what I thought they were going to be. The staff was super nice, and always helped is what we needed. Definately the best place we could stay in enterprise Alabama. The best part was that we could use points.

An awful hotel. They allow cigarettes smokers to stay here and smoke up and down the hall says. They don't clean the room well either. A very poor stay in an IHG hotel.

Noisy from the patio, and I don't like the weekly cleaning or pet policy… got athlete's foot while there.

Check in and amenties are nice. Room is nice, I'm just a clean freak. There's a pool and patio area. Wonderful fitness area as well. Tons of parking and entry points. Only thing that threw me off was a covered recliner. Made me nervous about what maybe underneath, but otherwise easy day.

Arrived and stood at the check-in counter for 5min with no one there. Room is run down, torn chair and spotted carpet. Very disappointed. Looks like this will be my last stay at this location.

Was a nice joint set in the back, wouldn't see it if you didn't look. No complaints for my week stay, would stay again.

A nice location. Candlewood suites has a different style then the holiday inn locations I usually stay in. Though it doesn't have the restaurant and large hotel feel, it feels a lot more homey, and more cozy. The service here was fantastic, with a very friendly staff. The cupboards for rentals and pantry for essential are great touch. The amenities are quite nice, with a well equipped gym. I really liked the room layout as well. Though smaller than a hotel suite, it didn't feel small. The studio layout flowed well, and felt extremely comfortable. Overall, though the hotel shows age, I was very impressed and would most definitely stay again.

As a former employee let me be honest with you. We had complaints from guests everyday about roaches and other bugs being in the beds and drains. They even found a bed bug and told the guest it was a roach and did nothing about it. Bikes have been stolen off the property as well as the staff not cleaning the rooms properly. They will leave the sheets on the bed if it looks unused and they will not clean up other people's pubic hair out of the drains. I wouldnt let my worst enemy stay here. But if you love bugs in your beds old sheets that have other peoples sex stains on them this is the place for you.

Room is nice enough. Has refrigerator and small cooking area, which would be good for extended stays. NO breakfast offered, not even an ice machine available.

Great location not too crowded. Staff on their game and go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Great rooms for extended periods and don't want to go out every time you want to eat kitchenette in room and grills outside. Zero complaints from me.

One of the better hotels in town. There is one of the "inns" that you could visit on "holiday" but I would come to this one and avoid that one. Much better experience.

More amenities than most hotels I've seen. They let you rent movies and games and have a nice pool and gym. Rooms are comfortable with a nice kitchenette and rentable kitchen equipment.

Used it for shelter to avoid Hurricane Nate. Staff very nice and helpful. Check our Flight museum while you're here, it's only 20 mins away at Ft Rucker.

Superb visit all the way around. The management and staff at the hotel couldn't be more helpful. They are fantastic! I highly recommend this location — you won't be disappointed!

The rooms are BEAUTIFUL… the only problem I had was when I booked the room on the website it said NOTHING about a PET FEE! they sprung that on us when we arrived to check in! Just checked the website before I did my review and noticed that they up dated there site about the pet fee. For our trouble they did give us a free night which was fair. Thank you to all the CandleWood employees that made our stay very comfortable!

Very nice. Clean, very friendly staff. Lots of choices in snack shop. Beds were comfy. All staff members that I spoke to had a big smile on their face.

One of the worst Hotel stays I've ever had. Requested and reserved a 1 bedroom suite online for my family move to AL. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told that "Corporate" had no idea what the actual availability of the hotel is so we could sign up for whatever online, but get what they have available when we arrive. The room itself was in disrepair. Everything was dirty. The chairs themselves were worn and torn badly. The entire property had garbage strewn about with trash overflowing in each container. The sheets on the bed had not been changed. There was a crusty stain on the end of the sheet that went from the top sheet through the duvet to the bed itself as well as visible dirt on the bottom sheets. Check the pictures… The AC unit rattled and sounded like the APU of a large aircraft. It also emitted a foul odor when running. The staff here seems content to put folks in dirty rooms with used linen/towels, unwashed flatware and disgusting bathrooms. Don't believe me? Read some of the other reviews and you'll see the same complaints. I'm not really interested in speaking with the hotel staff about this, so if you're the GM and post a reply, perhaps if you did your job and made sure your employees did theirs then the review would be better, so do yourself a favor and get off your computer and check out your rooms. Don't bother with an apology and say you "are committed to providing the best stay possible for our guests.

About 10 miles from Ft Rucker, outside the Dalevale gate. Great mattress nice and firm but not too firm, Linen white and crisp. Plenty of towels, kitchenette, w/ full sized fridge, electric stove, full size microwave. Internet is fast during the day but slows a bit as people use it more. Nice and quiet about 1/4 mile from main highway so no noise. Rates very reasonable, Nice pool and BBQ grills in the back under the gazebo with TV. Workers are very friendly and helpful, Lucy is a hoot.

Very friendly service at Candlewood Suites. Great assistance whenever needed, and pet friendly. The hotel is located just off the highway for quick access to Enterprise and on to Dothan. We stayed in a two bed suite as a family and found it just spacious enough, though we would have appreciated a separate room to allow kids to sleep in a separate area.

Overall hotel was a very nice stay. Rooms are cozy and would bee great for prolonged stays. Each room has a kitchen and full size fridge for cooking if you want to save money on food while out. My only complaint is that travel sites say they have breakfast. They do not.

Great place, very accommodating, clean, nice staff. The TV remotes could have worked better. But all and all. I would stay here again.

This is the best hotel by far in the Enterprise, AL area! The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and wonderfilly helpful! This hotel made my first experience with hotels in this area go from just awful to extremely thankful and wonderful! Particularly Candace, one of the front desk clerks. She is truly an amazing person and the best employee this hotel has (in my opinion)! My husband had booked my week long hotel stay at the local Econo Lodge. Huge disaster and needless to stay he will never book my hotel stays ever again (lol). The Econo Lodge was beyond disgusting and I didn't feel comfortable or safe. So I received a full refund and went to the local Days Inn. Again, disgusting! Not as disgusting as the other hotel but nonetheless disgusting. After about 3 hours of trying to find an affordable and CLEAN/COMFORTABLE hotel, I started to feel like I was going to have to sleep in the rental car that night. But finally we found the Candlewoods Suites! I quickly called at spoke with Candace. After discussing rates, realized it was going to put me over budget on hotel stay due to my husbands mistake and not having budgeted more. I started to kind of freak out and couldn't think of what else to do but Candace calmed me down and help me to figure out a way. She asked if we were military and began to help us use those points to bring my hotel stay within budget. She was and always will be my angel!

Straight to the point, No housekeeping, No Breakfast, No Warning, Not Cheap. We went there to attend a funeral and booked this hotel for 3 days. Came in on the 1st day after being with the grieving family for 18 hours only to find our room had not been serviced. Called the front desk who informed us that housekeeping is only provided at this hotel on Mondays. Entirely too tired to fight about it. We went to bed and got a couple of hours of sleep before taking up our fight with the front desk the next morning. The front desk assured us that while they are an "Extended Stay Hotel" what ever that means, they would have someone take care of our room that day due to our circumstances and since no one had informed us of their policy. Once again after coming in from another very, very long day of grief driven emotional exhaustion, we find our room yet again without even being touched. Much too tired to re-pack ourselves out of our 3rd floor room and with the reassurance from the hotel desk clerk that tomorrow they would definitely take care of our room we decided to rest yet again with an arm load of fresh towels to carry ourselves to our room. I don't need to tell you the next day nothing changed… Don't stay here, for the same money you can stay at any number of other hotels in this town for a much more relaxing visit to Enterprise.

The girls are nice. I did see one waterbug during my stay. The ice machine was broken in our room, so we had to run between rooms to retrieve ice. We ended up just buying a bag of ice. The gym is nice. Customer service is so-so.

The rooms were filthy. I actually did not stay. I changed rooms 3 times due to lack of cleanliness and cancelled my reservation. Bath tub was dirty new soap was put out but used shampoo was left and dirty towels from last guest was in a laundry basket in closet. The roo was clean a ready for me? Where the sheets changed I don't know?

The staff is friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great night's sleep. The price is not bad.

Visiting my wife's grandfather in Enterprise and we decided on getting a hotel this trip instead of staying the night at grandads house. Not to say there is anything wrong with Grandads house but I am extremely pleased with our decision to stay at this hotel instead. We had a full sized fridge with ice maker, a nice big microwave, pots and pans, etc. A fully stocked little kitchen in our room. Free use of washer and dryer, a nicely outfitted gym with free weights, a nice litle business center with a PC and printer, a nice little snack pantry where you can get stuff to cook in your room and if you forgot something they have a lending section for stuff like a fan or a board game. This was a nice, clean and comfortable hotel with allot of little extras that made it well worth the $112 we paid to stay there. We will be staying there every time we go see grandpa.

Nice clean room with a fully stocked kitchen (Full sized fridge w/ ice maker, large microwave, stove top burners, pots / pans, dishes etc). Very nice gym with free weights, business center with free use of a printer and PC computer, food pantry mini store with things to cook in your room at reasonable prices, and if you forgot something they have a large stocked lending shelf full of things like a personal fan, toaster oven (for that frozen pizza you got at the pantry store), board games, etc. Also, free use of washer and dryer for laundry. 100% will be staying here again.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful! One of the cleanest hotels. I was impressed with the amenities as well. The pool area was clean and towels were provided! That's a big plus.

We are currently staying here and we think this place is AWESOME.

I am currently staying in this hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about not only the hotel, but the wonderful staff! I have no idea why this place would receive anything other than 5 stars! My fiance has been here since April, and I have been here once for a month, and again, currently going on 3 months. We have a 10 month old, and a 7 month old German Shepherd and this place has truly become our home away from home. Each staff member is friendly, and actually CARE about how their guests are doing! The first time I stayed here there was a problem with the room above us leaking, and the hotel staff took care of it right away and helped us move all of our belongings into a different room (they chose the closest room so we wouldn't have to travel so far). Every wednesday they prepare meals that they COOK THEMSELVES, I have never been to a hotel in my life that took the time out of their evening to prepare a meal for everyone of their guests that attend. They absolutely LOVE and adore pets and give Gunner (our shepherd) a doggy treat every time they see him, even though he's a bit on the wild side. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE! =) Except if you despise animals! If you despise animals I don't think you deserve to come to this hotel. =) Go stay in a hole somewhere.

So this is the second Candlewood I've stayed at, and once again my experience was a good one. For a medium price point, this is a fine long term stay hotel. I stayed for about 5 weeks. The dinners provided every Wednesday are top notch. The room was clean (106) and the staff were friendly. All Candlewoods only do housekeeping once a week, so no surprises there. I actually like that though, I'm a neat person anyway and don't want someone in my room every day. The internet was acceptable for general use, although not quite ideal for online gaming, but I was still able to play on xbox live (with occasional disconnects, which could have been due to my router). You do need a code to login so if you want to connect a device that doesn't have a browser, make sure you have a router, as with any hotel. The location is good if you like being away from busy areas, but it's not too far from the stores of Enterprise. The nearby Santa Fe Cattle Co. Restaurant is good. No breakfast is provided, as with all Candlewoods. Overall for the price point I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I spent 109 days at this Candlewood Suites Hotel and highly rcommend staying here. I travel nearly six months out of the year for business and this hotel is by far the best for functionality and service. The hotel is new as of 2010 and my room was perfect for an extended stay. The staff was the best! This staff cares; they made an effort to know each guest and it really was like a home away from home. Like the other reviews, the free Wednesday dinner parties were absolutely great and allowed the guests and staff to really get to know each other. The hotel was easy to find and the location is just 15 minutes from Fort Rucker. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to stay in the Enterprise, AL area.

After spending 46 days at this hotel I would be glad to recommend them to anyone. The staff made you feel at home and the rooms were a great plus. Most hotels that you stay at you never really get to know the staff or the other occupants, at this one every wednesday dinner was provided and we would eat and and enjoy each others company.

I've been staying at Candlewood Suites in Enterprise since their opening and have been in the hotel for approximately 3 weeks. My overall impression: 1. Hotel over priced for services offered. Rooms no bigger than standard hotel room. Minimum amenities above and beyond traditional short term hotel. No breakfast offered. ONCE per WEEK room cleaning. Dishes not washed/clean dishes not emptied and stored (compare this with other long-term stay hotels). 2. Hotel was most likely hastily finished and this contributed to the lessening of the value of the stay. All sorts of shady and rather funny building contractor laziness was evident. Wall material shoved down the drain, wire insulation and general construction rubbish still on the floors and underneath bed. Incomplete hotel cleaning prior to opening. 3. Hotel STILL has incorrect directions to the hotel listed on their corporate website, "NORTH: TAKE 167 S. Make a right on boll weevil circle, and go 2 miles. The hotel is on the left, ". This will get you on the WRONG SIDE OF TOWN. This attention to detail is worrisome. Every single patron that I've talked to had trouble finding the hotel. Good luck. 4. Checkout Day: Found a tampon wrapper in my deskside drawer. How sweet! Computers "down", emailed receipts. Almost every hotel I've ever been to will have your checkout receipts ready to go first thing in the morning. They were completley unprepared.
