Just thought I’d let everyone know about my stay at this hotel, so you don’t have a bad experience too. Econo Lodge
1243 N Eufaula Ave, Eufaula, AL 36027 This was not a very great place to stay. When we got there, the lady didn’t even ask for ID or anything. Then we got in the room, and the plugs that were built in on the night stand didn’t work, and the clock didn’t work. The vending machines were all nasty, and my mom woke up before us, and went to breakfast, and it made her sick to her stomach after she ate it. Then when we went to check out, there was no one there just a sign that said “dial for service”, and a phone. Well, there’s no number posted to even dial, and if you pick the phone up, it does nothing. I stood at the desk and called the hotel, and no one answered. We had to go find someone, and the cleaning lady there said she didn’t know where the girl was, but leave the key at the front desk, and I’ll let them know. Was pretty bad.

Update** I spoke with the bank and the supervisor at the motel. The little girl working saturday afternoon Tried to charge my card 4 Different times for 92 dollars and some change, When the rate was 86 and some changed after taxes for saturday night, Not only was I charged 182.77 For TWO nights when I checked in friday night, The little girl try to charge me agian, This came from the bank and the supervisor. Thankfully they are fixing it and sending it to there corpriate to let them know what happened. If you stay here pay with cash and not a card*****
Deffiantly wont be staying here agian. Got charged 182.77 for two nights. Stayed one night then told the next day (today) that the card was declined, when I was charged for two, The women at the desk was rude about it and said I was charged for only one. When I pulled the statment up on my phone and showed her where I was charged for two nights she argued about it and said I wasnt. Deffiantly will NOT stay here agian and deffiantly dont recomeend

It wasn't as clean as I would like. The staff was great. I felt safe, despite the hotel surroundings. Probably the best around for the money.

Friendly and helpful staff, good security, clean and spacious rooms, daily hot breakfast, and great rates make this my favorite place to stay in or near Boaz.

Always very helpful staff! They treat me very good as a regular guest. Rooms are very clean. One of the cleaning staff even attempted to remove a stain on one of my shirts. She went above, and beyond what her duties are. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The best hotel for your buck. Wonderful staff as well.

Hotel was very clean, the staff, especially Dakota, was very nice and the parking lot was well lit. I would have given it 5 stars if not for 3 little things. 1: Mattress too firm. 2: Pillows too soft. And 3: No sleep timer on the TV.

It's a really great place to stay an it's really quite an really friendly. They have hot breakfast every morning.

This is one of the nicest motels I've been to grate staff clean very comfortable rooms and easy to get in and out of with my trailer truck.

I was looking for a safe and clean place to stay but also affordable. Most often motels are not in great conditions and for what you pay you might was well stay in a hotel. I followed the great reviews about this place. From the outside it might look any other motels, as well as the inside it is not super fancy orso. But the cleanliness and customer service is by far 4 star quality. I could not find a dirty spot in my room. It was smoke free and the front desk employees are very friendly. The only comments I have is that my room was near the stairs/elevator and outside AC machine which can be a bit noisy at times. Also, it is not so Eco friendly as the name it is. Too much plastic is being wasted. Anyway, definitely recommend if you need a place to sleep near this area.

Absolutely the nicest cleanest EconoLodge I have stayed in and being in a motel 3-4 nights a week for the past four years I have been to quite a few EconoLodges.

If you're traveling to this part of Alabama, this is where you need to stay. We just left a very expensive hotel in Atlanta, going back to Texas and this place is much better! Big, clean, new rooms with comfortable beds and a great staff. I can't recommend it enough especially for the price. Fantastic value!

This was an awesome experience. We were getting in late from picking up family at 11pm at the airport in Birmingham, about 70 miles away and were very tired. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and helpful at this late hour. The room was immaculate, USB charging ports everywhere. A nice desk and chair and to top it off, an incredibly comfortable mattress! Have already recommended to cherished friends and family coming in for a reunion. Book now!

This place is awesome! New everything in this newly opened hotel. The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home with free continental breakfast in the morning and warm decor. They have plenty of parking for big trucks, handicap accessible rooms and plenty of dining nearby. Not very far from Lake Guntersville or Gadsden and they even have weekly rates for corporate visitors at the nearby businesses.

This is a very nice hotel. The beds were comfy the pillows were great! It was very clean throughout the entire hotel. The people were very nice and very accommodating and quick to help whenever possible. Even went above and beyond and offered coffee at 5 o'clock at night if we wanted any coffee highly recommend If you are staying in the area. Also the rates were awesome to.
