The staff was great and I have appreciation for their kindness but who I believe to be the owner is a dirty and nasty soul. She was rude to the point of leaving early. I would never stay again if it was free.

Located close to many different restaurants. Helpful & Friendly Staff, Quick Service, & Clean Rooms. Quiet & Peaceful Setting.

If you want a nice hotel room for a reasonable price in the Arab, Alabama area, this place is the only choice you have. Thankfully, though, your expectations will almost certainly be exceeded! The employees were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay there. And as for the room, I couldn't have been happier. For the budget price I was pay, I honestly didn't have huge expectations, but, wow!, I was beyond happy with the room. It's obvious that this motel has been renovated in the recent past, so that was awesome, but there were so many little touches that surprised me. For example, the facial tissue was actual Kleenex brand and not that generic sandpaper tissue you usually get even in hotels charging twice the money. Also, the towels were actually *soft*! Virtually every motel/hotel I've ever stayed at has been to cheap to spring for fabric softener, but this Quality Inn seem to be using it generously. The bed itself was very new feeling and was quite comfy — zero complaints there. Lastly, the free breakfast was on par with places that charge significantly more money. There was even a waffle station which, in my experience, you don't typically find in hotels that run less than $90-100 per night. I'm not sure I'll ever been staying overnight in Arab again, but if I do, it will be here.

Love the owner and Staff. I travel often and stay here often. Never, have I had one problem. Very clean rooms, newly renovated, always clean, excellent prices, it's always full, rarely many rooms available so I don't understand the complaints. I don't believe the owner would ever overcharge anyone, she is too kind.

Place was nice and clean but had to wait 2 hrs over check in time because room wasn’t ready. I would still recommend because the other hotel in this tiny town is not an option. Still one star off for having to wait.

Ths hotel is absoulutely amazing! The people are very sweet and the breakfast is awesome. They have geat prices, especially for groups and they just really welcomed us with open arms, they ar truly awesome! Best hotel so far!

My wife went on her monthly and left a spot not even much and they charged us 52.50 for damage isn't that something I guess they need money very poor.

I would give them no stars if possible. My partner & I stay at many hotels with his work, this was the VERY worst hotel stay we ever experienced by far. The manager HEMA, (I believe the owner's wife from other posts & many complaints on here) was VERY rude & has no business managing or working in any customer service. She repeatedly charged my partners card double the room prices, even after REPEATEDLY letting her know. She accused us of having a dog in the room when we absolutely did not. She had 3 different employees search the room for "the dog", 3 different times… very invasive & unwarranted. On top of all the HORRIBLE customer service, we had BLACK MOLD in the room. Which you can clearly see in the pictures I am posting below. We let housekeeping know & NOTHING was done about it until after we left & they emailed my partner questioning us about it! … which we are currently letting corporate know about. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache & drive 20 min to the hotels in the next town over.

Arrived extremely late at night and they got me into a very comfortable clean room. Bed was very comfortable. I will stay here agaun.

Very poor customer service. The owners wife charged me 180 dollars per night because I had three dogs. Then had a very poor attitude when I asked for my money back because I was going somewhere else and even tried to keep more money and Jack up the price over 180 a night because I was leaving.

$20 a night per pet. I have two small very good dogs and they expect $40 a night for them? I am just here visiting family and wanted a place of my own to simply fall asleep at at night and they expect that much money? I have to wonder what the extra cost is for. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolute worse place! Me and my husband stayed a few weeks ago an we got a smoking room, an it was super clean, nothing wrong with it besides the smoke smell of course. So so Sunday an Monday night we chose to stay there again, and our one year old was with us. So today we check out, and ALL THREE of us have LICE! An I assure you we certainly didn't have it before, I even found some on the bed this morning at check out! We payed $89 a night so I called to speak to the manager so they could somehow make it right, or give us at least half of our money back since now we have to go buy a ton of stuff to get rid of the LICE! They said they would call me back an of course they didn't! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

TV didn't work most of the night, 3 different sets of people came, and our cards didn't hardly work either! Very disappointed!

This hotel is the absolute best value in the area. I have stayed here on numerous occasions. The price is very reasonable. The room has always been clean. The AC works, the TV works, the Shower works. What else do you need? The mattresses have generally been in good condition. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times and will continue to do so as we have to return to the area repeatedly in the coming months.

Quality INN, is a 5 Hotel. Beautiful rooms. Staff is excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure there costumers are happy.

Last minute booking at odd hours. Had no problem at all checking in and getting comfy. Nathan made it a breeze!

Nice rooms recently redone. King size beds great. Good breakfast selection for a motel.

We booked our room online, we wanted a king size room. Got to hotel room, Was 2 double beds and room was dirty. The carpet, chair and beds had stains all over them. I had to clean bathroom before we could use it. We booked for 2 nights, The next day they did give us room with king bed and was clean. Could not get money back on other room. Will not stay here again.

I have seen a few negetive reviews on here. Some completely unnecessary. You get what you pay for people. If you want the Four Seasons; I recommend saying at a more expensive hotel. I found my one night stay to be quite pleasant. My room was cool, neat and clean. Its also very close to several restaurants and stores. I would recommend this hotel to folks passing through. One down side was that we could not have a later check out. I have worked the hospitality industry myself and I understand there's reasons for it. Policy dictates some hotels to not allow that, busy times of the year or week. Or not enough housekeepers on staff to clean the rooms the next day. It was understandable.

I stayed at the Arab Alabama location and the rooms were very clean and tidy and service was very professional and curtious.

Our room smelled like a wet dog, the Wi-Fi worked for our daughter but not for our laptop or my phone. There were fruit flies in our room. Cockroaches were all over our room last night.

We are not prejudice. But this motel smells like indian oils? And they were very very nice but a little hard to understand. There is a fragrance of indian oils in our sheets the first night. You know like some of the gas stations? We spoke with one of the girls cleaning the rooms and she was leaving I guess they only pay minimum wage? This could be a very nice hotel for Arab.

Me and a few friends went down for rock the south. We got there and there was bugs all over the room and in the beds. We asked them to change the sheets and clean up a little if possible. We got back after rock the south and there was still bugs everywhere! We asked for our money back because we didn't stay and now they are giving us the run around! Would don't recommend this place to anyone!
