I would not recommend anyone stay at this place. When we made the reservation we were not informed that there would be a $50 deposit that would be added to our card, also when we checked in we were still not told that an extra $50 deposit would be added. The way we found this out was a small sign beside the desk. When I checked my online statement I had found out that we had been charged two (2) $50 deposit fees. One added to the room total and a separate transaction all by its self. After asking and and showing the person at the desk and the manager at checkout there answer was “it doesn’t show up on our end I should go back into your account in 3 to 5 business days. ” $100? For real? They basically froze $100 and they couldn’t care less. As for me I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

The worst hotel ever! I made a reservation through choice. I reserved with my credit card, and planned to pay cash upon arrival. I go to check in and the front desk worker told me that if I payed with cash that I had to pay $114 a night? I had made a reservation for 3 nights and my total was $187.44, I work at a hotel and know that you can change your payment method at anytime and if you have a reservation you pay what the reservation says.

Male manager is terrible, rude person. Booked rooms and paid in full for business and was double charged-took like 2 weeks (after having to send multiple statements) to get our money refunded. OUR mistake was booking again a couple weeks later to return for work — ONLY to have this same manager cancel our FULLY paid rooms without notice. So i'm sure it'll be another hassle to get our money back. Save yourself trouble and book somewhere else.

Do not stay at the Quality Inn in Albertville, AL. Dirty room. Rude staff and a horrible manager who tried to bribe us into not complaining. Then lied about giving a refund if we left. Absolutely despicable. Save yourself some grief in having to deal with these shady people and just go to Motel 6 instead.

My family just checked out from this hotel and we had a very satisfying experience. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was good. The pool was older but really nice. The service was amazing! Jessica was working the check in desk both nights when we came in and both days we checked out. In addition to being friendly and helpful as a desk clerk, we observed her working diligently on laundry, rooms and trash duties. This kind of awesome employee is an absolute assett to any type of business! I certainly hope she is compensated and appreciated accordingly! We will certainly be back to this establishment because of her! Thanks, Jessica for being friendly, helpful and hard working! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the lady I talked to when making the original reservation was not very friendly and didn't try to save me any money with AAA discounts or anything of that nature.

If your going to stay in the Albertville area then staying at Quality Inn is the best choice. The rooms are clean the is staff friendly and helpful and the room prices are excellent. The location is in a central location to it is a quick trip to the best locations to eat and shopping. Plus, when you stay in Albertville you can be at Guntersville lake in just a few minutes and your only 5 minutes away from great shopping in Boaz.

This hotel has been renovated and it is brand new. They keep the rooms spotless! This is the best ever budget hotel I have been to so far.

This is the wrose motel you could stay at. The people will run your card after you leave and try and steal money from you. Not manage good at all.

This is the wrose place ever. Do not trust them with your credit card number. They ran our credit card for 2 nights at a higher rate than what we paid for the 2 nights we stayed. Very rude people run it. Not very clean. I have stayed at many motels, and this is one place I will never stay at again. There is no way they made a mistake running my debit card. So there is no telling how many time they do this to people and they get by with it.

Bobby has done a great job fixing up this hotel. Clean rooms very quiet and access to a lot of stores in Albertville.

Great rooms for the price. Clean and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helped whenever we needed something. Breakfast was good too. They also allowed my cat and the fee for it was well worth the stay. I will stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Always clean, very nice rooms, breakfast every morning in lobby. Good location.

I have to redo my review. The room was much better even than before. Carpets replaced. New tile in the bathroom. Front lobby was beautifully redone. I think this is the best hotel in the Albertville area.

We were at the Quality Inn because we had water leak at our home. Rooms were clean we had good customer service. Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend the Quality Inn.

Was not there very long. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our key card didn't work they did not offer to give us a key that works instead any time we had to leave our room we had to get a staff member to come open our door. That was very inconvenient.

Extremely nice, freshly updated, crisp and clean and Bobby is a funny guy.

I cant remember this one, so best I dont speak on it. I know one of them quality inns in AL my dude got his tools stolen. And it was like one of the last places you think it would happen. Other than that, ive always liked quality inn.

I am originally from Albertville but live out of town and comeback often to visit the grandchildren. My wife and stay at the this hotel each time we return. Each stay we find the staff very hospitable and courteous. The rooms are always clean and our stays are enjoyable.

I was a vendor who participated in the festival held in Boaz, Al. On October 2, and 3rd. Thus, I wanted a hotel that was convenient and offered internet services, since I left work early to attend the festival. Upon entering the door the morning staff was very pleasant and helpful. She was very gracious and made sure that I had maps and information about the location of various restaurants and major shopping centers. With the help I received, I was surprised of the customer service of a small hotel. I also question the lady at the front desk on their secret in beating out the competition. Because I wanted to know. However, the overnight stay was excellent. The service and the attention to details was outstandingl. I will book a reservation for next year at the same hotel.
