"I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and I had an incredible experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was.
Delicious 😋. The location was perfect, too — right in the heart of the city with loads of restaurants and shops nearby. I'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!
The breakfast at this hotel is very, very poor and doesn’t even include orange juice, and this establishment has no star rating or any number to be recognized. The rooms are gloomy.

From the moment I stepped inside, the warm welcome from the reception team and the smooth check-in process made me feel truly valued. The staff’s professionalism and genuine hospitality clearly reflect the high standards of the hotel.
The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and modern in design. The bed was very comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the daily housekeeping service was meticulous—all of which greatly enhanced my comfort. The bathroom amenities were of good quality, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent.
In terms of location, the hotel is situated in Laleli’s lively yet safe area. It is very close to public transportation, which made it extremely easy to get anywhere in the city. Having a tram station nearby was a major advantage. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops in the surrounding area, adding extra convenience.
The breakfast definitely deserves special praise. The variety was impressive, and everything was fresh and delicious. With a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh bread, and many breakfast options, it was the perfect way to start the day. The dining area was spotless, and the staff attentive and friendly.
