Gen Plus Hotel

Good place, the crew is very helpful and kind specially the sumalian guy.

The location is close to the nice Balat area but otherwise would not recommend.
We found multpile bed bugs the first night, left the next day. The room was also quite dirty. Staff were nice but also didnt seem too suprised when we said we had bed bugs, so I think it was known already.
If this was a very cheap place you might expext this, but we were paying 50 euro a night, and this is disgraceful to me.

The room wasn't so clean. We had taken last floor room and the ceiling was low but the view was perfect. You can see Golden horn point of view. It was fabulous especially at night.

Best service and I stayed here for more than 6 days I had a problem with my reservation but mostaqeem fixed and helped me out! Thank you imara and mostaqeem and ayman for making my time in Istanbul worth it!

Great and big rooms, clean and great position near by Bazar Center and resturants with private parking.

On 03/01/2023 I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM after a long 13 hours flight, when I arrived there everything was messed up there was bags in the reception area everywhere and a huge construction was going on in the hotel and the streets around the hotel, the Wi-Fi was not working and my room was not ready. The Manager Karim asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes until they clean my room but I asked him to cancel my reservation and refund my money because nothing was the same as shown in the pictures but he refused and said if you wanna stay you have to pay all the due amount of 3 nights in advance in cash if not he will not refund me the one night I paid. I decided to leave and make a reservation in another hotel.
Overall it was a poor experience.

The best hotel for motorcyclists. They have a very secure private parking — you enter the yard through the gate. Tiger 955i with Heed crash bars entered without a problem. The Manager Karim and the rest of the Service are very friendly and helpful.
The room overlooks the Golden Horn and the ancient walls. We walked everywhere on foot. The rooms are very clean and atmospheric. I recommend!

Location is superb! 55T Bus takes you downtown to Eminounu and the Grand Bazaar and across the golden horn. Tram T5 connects you to M7 Metro. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Great place to stay.
