The place itself is good, even the workers, they are helpful. I have only 3 issues:
1 — No parking: the street is SO tight that you can barely park the car for 2-3 minutes to get your luggage off-loaded. However, as I rented a BIG van, I had to park around 700 meters away with no issue.
2 — The street in front of the apartment is inclined at a large angle, so you have to walk up or down for about 15-20 meters (not at all suitable for those with older people, I added photos).
3 — It would be a plus if they add daily a couple of bottled water in the room. It is not at all a cost, but a plus.
My experience with my family was better than I expected. The staff was nice, rooms looked old but well kept for sure. Location is the only problem, so prepare for walking in inclined roads, but it does have an unbeatable price. They even let us extend our checkout time for a discount.
